She has been incredibly clear in explaining the path of rehabilitation, talking through each of the exercises and how they will help and has provided a clear framework to allow me to stay focus and disciplined. I sustained an injury from running over 18 months ago and, as a result, have bounced from physios to GPs and even received an MRI a few months ago. We've got a long way to go but I have ultimate faith that I'll get running again with Emma's support.

Fantastic experience: I saw Gabriel Fingeret for a consultations after an incredibly difficult year on a personal level, where I underwent several surgeries to treat a medical condition. I was unable to exercise for a long time and my physical and mental health were both impacted by this awful period so I needed expert help to help me get back on the track and back to my running and exercising again. Fantastic experience: I had a series of sessions over 6 weeks to support my preparation for a 21km trail run. Colin was excellent, not only providing the physical treatment to allow me to ramp up my training pre-race, but also lots of tips on supporting work for me to do e.g. foam rolling as the focus for the issue, and race preparation e.g. tapering, gear, etc. He's also super friendly and pleasant, and I'll be going back to him with any future issues or short term race preparation!

Fantastic experience: I'd had occasion knee pain, and general knee issues for about 18 months, which was hampering my training schedule. Something that is very important to me. I visited Colin at Ultra Sports Clinic and I was expecting the worst, but he very quickly identified the issue, treated me and I was able to get straight back in the gym, training normally and pain free. Ice now had no pain issues for over a month and generally my knee health feels much better. Colin did an amazing job and was a pleasure to visit.

But Colin quickly put my worries to rest. I am being amazed by the results Colin is achieving. In just a week, he worked wonders on my swelling, reducing it from a melon-sized knee to normal. He also tackled my intense bruising with some nifty taping techniques, providing significant relief from both the unsightly discolouration and the pain. Fantastic experience: My wife had bad shoulders and unfortunately she required to undergo surgery which would have impacted her shoulders and its mobility. She decided to get some physiotherapy before the surgery from Colin which worked a treat. I am training for a marathon and play volleyball and have undergone a lot of pain and injury the last month, it’s a revolving door of new injuries after the other. Richard really takes the time to listen to my concerns, assess my injuries and give me a well rounded treatment, as well as advice for recovery. I always walk into the clinic with so much pain and walk out feeling so much better. Richard is professional and friendly and like I said gives tailored advice, I highly recommend him!

Within six sessions I was fully healed, the swelling down, pain free and able to return to full activity consisting of daily 10k steps and regular HIIT. The treatment entailed a combination of massage, stretches and exercises. I highly recommend Colin as a first class physiotherapist.

In the our first session he clearly identified and explained the issue (a small muscle underneath). With a very hands on approach a an clear plan he fixed my issues very quickly! His approach towards treatment is tailored, systematic and thorough - he tells you the 'why' behind the 'what' and 'how' on the treatment approach and sets realistic expectations with respect to your progress. He also modulates the treatment to your comfort level, and doesn't adopt a one size fits all approach, which can unfortunately be quite common in this field. Fantastic experience: I have seen Colin a few times now to deal with severe tendonitis which has affected my hip and lower back. He is brilliant...there was more improvement in the first 30 minutes than the past 3 years. My injury is nearly sorted after only 2 weeks (4 visits). Most of the improvement has come from Colin working on my muscles and he has given me only a few exercises which I do, rather than loads of them which I would probably wouldn't. Colin is great at explaining what is wrong, what he is doing and why, so that I have a better understanding of my physiology and I can avoid it recurring. He is also a great guy that I have enjoyed chatting with during our sessions. I recommend Colin without hesitation.

The pain was considerable…sitting, lying down, bending over and various other general movements were very restricted and agonising. Fantastic experience: Colin started treating me for an ACL tear as part of my pre-hab before surgery. He focused on my mobility and pain rather than the MRI and encouraged me to cautiously start running again provided I remained pain free - the other physio I had seen plus the surgeon told me it would be six months before I ran. And I have no issues at all! I can’t recommend him highly enough - he has a no nonsense, yet sympathetic and encouraging manner. Fantastic experience: After rupturing my ACL I required ACL surgery, with a meniscus repair, and my surgeon recommended Ultra Sports Clinic for my rehabilitation. My Physiotherapist took time to listen carefully to how my knee was feeling and responding to certain movements. My physio was also in contact with my surgeon and they would liaise with each other to make sure that at all stages of my rehab the treatment was appropriate and challenging whilst still being safe. For me the best part was that my physio was incredibly knowledge, practical and confident. And this provided me with the confidence to move forwards with my rehab at a good pace, I felt in safe hands the whole way through. My experience with Ultra Sports has been simply fantastic and I would highly recommend them.
