Fantastic experience: Really great little spin studio, Pilates room and work out room. Mats and weights are super clean. Free water and showers. Really easy to get to from the Tube or bus, just off Chiswick High Street. Joe and Imani are really great. Available on ClassPass.

Fantastic experience: My friends and I absolutely loved our first spin class at Cykl Haus! From the moment we arrived, we received a warm welcome from Joe, who went above and beyond to accommodate us. I accidentally wore slides to the class, but Joe came to the rescue by providing me (luckily) with a pair of shoes to borrow. This level of customer service was more than I could ask for and was greatly appreciated! Cykl Haus has a convenient location, maintains cleanliness, and provides a small but well-equipped bathroom with a shower. They also offer bottled water and disposable towels. While the studio may not boast the extensive amenities of larger ones, it more than compensates with its high-quality workouts led by exceptional trainers. It's clear why they're so popular with a loyal customer base! Imani led our class and was just perfect! He was so professional, attentive, and patient in helping us get started. His positive attitude created a comfortable and confident atmosphere throughout the class. Imani's clear and calm instructions were easy to follow, which was particularly helpful as I sometimes struggle with my coordination. His guidance pushed us to our limits, and we thoroughly enjoyed his playlist! The intimate class size and the welcoming ambience the studio's staff fostered made us feel right at home. I could easily see myself becoming a regular at this studio and look forward to my next spin!

I enjoyed working out in the studio but have also had great success throughout lock down and beyond working through Joe on line.

Fantastic experience: I never used to be someone who enjoyed exercising until I met Joe and starting using CYKL HAUS. I’m now a convert. The spinning lessons are great and my cardio fitness has improved so much!! I also do PT with Joe. I always thought I would be too self-conscious to have a personal trainer, but Joe is great at making you feel comfortable and my confidence has really grown. Fantastic experience: Loved getting up for the 0610 ride! Joe is a great motivator and has assembled a brilliant team of engaged trainers who LOVE spinning! My cardio fitness went through the roof with spinning, would definitely recommend this team and location if you’re within reach in Chiswick.

A lot of effort is being put into the preparation of each training session and good music to make it fun. The owner Joe is a wonderful PT trainer - he made me liking weights which I avoided at all costs before.

Fantastic experience: Just started weight training with Joe after an op and wanting to get back into shape. First he’s a lovely chap and clearly knows his stuff, which is v reassuring particularly when exercising again injury. He knows exactly what you’re capable of even if you don’t and empowers you to reach your potential...I’m a way off that but I know Joe will get me there. I always come out feeling like I’ve pushed myself and with muscles aching but I’m bouncing down the road with positive energy!

Caters to all levels of fitness and experience without ever feeling intimidating. Instructors are excellent and the workouts become addictive. Personal training is also exceptional. Started trepidatiously nearly two years ago, and now has become a part of my daily/weekly routine.

They are really passionate about introducing one to indoor cycling at a manageable pace. Your experience is so bespoke that it sometimes makes you feel like each class was designed just for you. We love their innovative and considerate silent disco approach, it really does enable our space to work really well for everyone. If you would love experience indoor cycling at it's best in Chiswick. Fantastic experience: I am just over the moon - I am not someone who naturally takes to exercise and I always avoided cycling in the gym. But this was different. Motivating, uplifting and so professional. Fantastic instruction and earphones were great. I did not feel intimidated and if I found something too difficult I was able to tone it down. I am actually looking forward to the next class and am determined to improve with every class. Terrific value for money

Really positive and welcoming instructors with great playlists and will make you feel comfortable and motivated even if you don't know what you're doing! You'll definitely get an amazing workout no matter what your fitness level is. Bonus - top of the line Keiser bikes that track your speed, intensity and distance that are really tough to find in London! Highly recommend :)
