We find it especially helpful before bed for our autistic daughter and my husband who works constant night shifts they both struggle to get to sleep and stay asleep. When taking the tablets there is a noticeable difference in there sleep. We also take the vitamin d3 and the vitamin b complex. Brilliant product that are essential parts of our day.

Fantastic experience: I have been using pheonix products for 4 years now and I have always had good efficient service. I was diagnosed with a vitamin D deficiency and since using their vitamin D & K2 my symptoms have completely subsided, To get the desired results you have to think long term, they don't work overnight it can take weeks for the body to adjust.

Negative experience: Extremely rude, disrespectful and immature seller. Appalling customer service. He is unable to take any criticism (even when it is completely valid). He cannot provide evidence of the quality of his supplements, which is a huge red flag. I advise you to do business elsewhere with genuine, decent human beings.

Fantastic experience: I ordered some neurovits thru ebay a last year, very quick service. I was happy with the letterbox friendly pouch , not quite as good looking and tidy in the cupboard as a bottle mind. Their stuff seems good quality and they claim to meet gmp standards too. Ive checked out some of their formulations Ive been interested in and been impressed with the chemistry IE not cheapo versions. I'm trying out the well reviewed Nootropic blend direct from Phoenix as I notice its cheaper than buying through ebay .

Negative experience: Ordered online through Amazon. rude in messages and when responded they refund and didn't deliver goods after saying dispatched. Shame cheap prices but then again you get what you pay for with rude customer service!! Wouldnt even give one star and hope they are polite in there shop!!
