As always, Ben (and Anton, today as well) went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and left completely satisfied. It's also worth noting that this shop, unlike many others, is run by experienced bodybuilders who truly understand their customers needs, and you can certainly rely on them for the best advice and top-quality supplements. To sum it up, the customer service is unmatched, the staff's knowledge is second to none, and the prices are consistently fair.

Negative experience: Dont make online orders with these guys they dont ship the item or respond to emails or answer the phone, made an order online after a week was never shipped, sent 2 emails no response and called the store twice no answer, will have to get my bank to force a refund!!

Negative experience: Fraudulent and dishonest company. Make sure that they have the products in stock! They wont take accountability if the carriers lose your parcel and cannot deliver the products. They stop answering emails as soon as it includes a refund. Buying from them as a international customer is a risky business and i highly recommend that you buy elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Called in this afternoon for some advice regarding eating habits, nutrition, as I'm a chef, find it difficult to eat during the day, hence eat the house at night leading to weight gain. Ben gave me great advice, took out half an hour at least to explain everything, analysed me on their machine for body fat, visceral fat, muscle mass, you name it this machine does it. Bought some meal replacement products and he kindly gave me some sample products to try. Can't recommend highly enough....

Staff went out their way in shop to help advise what would work for my case best and the quality of products they use are top notch, they know how explain for example which protein supplements work best and how some or slow and fast release which I didn’t know to be honest, and other useful information about weight gain to help set a target in my mind of where to go I would highly recommend the place to everyone I know as they how full well which products work best, as well as stuff to suit myself which I didn’t even know existed such a protein packed still drinks which with a bit of a food fobia work with my dietary requirements perfectly, just need to get more, will be back very soon for more stuff! Fantastic experience: Popped in today with my daughter who is a young sports person. Absolutely fantastic source of information, knowledge and experience. Ben is amazingly passionate about his field and explains it in a way that makes it clear how what you put into your body will not only affect your performance short term but also long term, as well as the mental health aspects of food. I could listen to this gentleman all day and every day and if only he could go to every school, College University and Sports Club we would not be facing the eating problem chaos we seem to be building up in our future generations. The tips you gave about warm water, eggs and bananas were invaluable. See you in a month.
