Since relocating to Toronto, I have yet to find anyone who matches her skill and care. Gemma explained the process and upon finding an intolerance to dairy, talked me through the alternative food options and tips. She also suggested some supplements to support my gut recovery as well as some skincare samples. She is always clear on why she recommends what she is recommending and explains things really well. I never feel any pressure to buy, but I keep coming back because I really love the Amaranth ethos, the products they stock, and I have a lot of faith in Jo's expertise.

Jo is the lady you should ask for should you need any professional advice on diet, bloating, using different supplements and so on. Fantastic experience: I can always rely on Amaranth to give a safe and supportive place to come for products and advice – the products they sell are excellent and it is obvious that they would not sell or give advice on anything that they did not believe to be the best (but accessible to most people’s budgets) – they have an excellent team and are all very passionate about health and well-being and looking after their customers - I would not hesitate to come to them for advice. They also arrange online and in person events from time to time which I have attended and can highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: The Ayurvedic Holistic Glow Facial was a fabulous treatment, superbly administered by Jane. A wonderful, relaxing combination of facial and massage. Fantastic experience: I recently had an hour's Reflexology treatment with Jane and I am certainly feeling the benefits from it. I felt calm afterwards and slept really well. Also, the Sciatica pain I had beforehand seems to have subsided too. Jane is attentive, a good listener for when I had any questions and approachable. Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Claire for a while now. She has healing hands..she is very empathetic to your issues and offers treatments that will help. I find the Indian head massage very therapeutic and feel the positive effects for days after. Recently during a visit I mentioned problems with very dry skin on my face..I took her advice on a facial and the results were amazing. My skin was glowing and I could see the difference. Claire has an amazingly calm and supportive energy about her which instantly makes you feel at ease. As a very self conscious person myself, Claire has always made me feel comfortable and not judged which is so important in any treatment room. All the ladies are so helpful and knowledgable about the products available..there is no hard sell so you feel comfortable browsing and feel that they only want the best for their customers. Not only do they help fix you, there is also a great range of gift ideas.

Fantastic experience: I regularly go to Jane for the Neom De-stress 90 minute treatment, I cannot recommend this enough. Jane is professional, friendly & experienced. I’ve had massages & treatments all over the world and this is by far my favourite. An hour is never enough but this 90 minute treatment leaves you feeling relaxed & calm, it’s a head to toe treatment including reflexology. The oils smell and feel lovely and Jane always recommends to leave on to receive maximum benefit. Jane’s knowledge is extensive and always answers any questions I have and gives me more insights to any aches I might have. I always leave feeling amazing and completely de-stressed. This treatment voucher is always on my gift list for Birthday, Christmas & Mothers Day.

Fantastic experience: Hello, I have been receiving treatment for my back for over two years, and have had little or no success. That was until I walked in to Amaranth and received a treatment of Bowen & Emmett combined, by one of their resident therapists (Sue Bowen) Sue has been great and the results are nothing short of amazing. After only seven sessions, I am now walking with good posture and my usual swagger. Also I have been able to play my football again, brilliant feeling. I have met a few of the staff and they are all very friendly people, and cheerful. Also I have met and chatted to the owner Jo, who is very welcoming and knowledgeable. Jo also makes me a fruity tea of my choice upon arrival or after treatment. So with that said, Amaranth and the staff get my vote. Bravo everyone, bravo. Kind Regards David Ashley
