I've dealt with these guys for years and everyone in the office has been very friendly, polite and helpful. Our account manager, Jo, has been amazing. Negative experience: Habe diverse Bestellungen bei Tropicana aufgegeben, alles hatte bis zu einem gewissen Zeitpunkt immer geklappt. Im Mai gab ich eine Bestellung auf, liess diese jedoch stornieren da die Versandgebühren zu hoch seien. In den nächsten 2 Monaten bestellte ich immer wieder und bezahlte die Bestellungen & erhielt diese auch. Als ich dann im Juli eine Bestellung aufgegeben habe, bezahlte ich 945.90£. Als die Ware versendet werden sollte, kam eine Mail von Tropicana, ich hätte noch eine unbezahlte Rechnung vom Mai. Wie sich danach rausstellte, war das die Bestellung die ich storneiren liess weil die Versandkosten zu hoch waren. Jetzt behaupten die ernsthaft, ich hätte die stornierte Bestellung erhalten, als Beweis legen Sie Tracking Daten von anderen Paketen bei aus einer anderen Bestellung. Die haben ein riesen Chaos & ich muss nun gerichtlich vorgehen um mein Geld wieder zu erhalten. Ich würde jedem davon abraten hier irgendetwas zu bestellen!

Negative experience: problematic communication. I ordered a small order from July 17 to see how they work. They sent me a few days later that the carrier made a mistake. I asked for the tracking number to verify but nothing. I am still waiting my orders in Greece and I have been informed that on August 4th I will be closed for holidays. I'm still waiting for an answer. I will contact my Bank to ask for the money back. not professional at all

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars so I would give zero, I paid the goods, and after a few weeks of waiting I canceled the order, I have been waiting 10 months for a refund, tropicana is still making excuses, terribly. I'd rather throw money out the window than here in that company. I don't understand how they still work.

Positive experience: Whenever I visited I always had a friendly welcome and positive service. The staff appeared to know what they were talking about. The last time I visited the staff member had a photo of herself on display, which showed she was a fitness model. She looked stunning. But back to the store. Fair enough I've been into bigger supplement shops. This had just what I wanted within easy reach and access to my smallish frame. If you want a simple supplement place then this is perfect for you.

Negative experience: I submitted an order for a little over £200 on Sunday evening, received an email early Monday morning advising that my order had been sent. Later on Monday I received another email advising me that my returns requested had been accepted......before I had received the order!! So I replied to the email asking what’s going on and was informed (after being advised that the order had already shipped) that my order had failed security checks (due to it being a large order - £200) and had been cancelled. Nothing I said would change that cancellation and the advice was to submit another smaller one - no chance, I went elsewhere and submitted the same order (cheaper). Bunch of idiots!!

Negative experience: After being a business customer for months, I had nothing but good words until I purchased a tub of TF7 Labs Poison. This had ZERO effect on me and the other 4 people I gave it to try. We all exceeded the maximum dosages and still, no effect. Tropicana said they were looking into it for weeks and that TF7 Labs would contact me. They did not. I never received the refund i was originally promised. Since then I have not used Tropicana. Great way to look after your business customers!

Negative experience: Terrible experience, ordered 2 items online,. Order processed, and card charged for items out of stock. items arrived days later than the delivery option i paid for stated and all items on same order delivered seperately and on different days. To top it off the item they charged me for that was out, of stock(which was replaced in fairness) arrived danaged beyond repair. So charged for something out of stock, arrived later than expected and arrived damaged. Not good enough

Fantastic experience: I Love getting my stuff from here, they always throw in freebies! - Most recent of which was an after work out pack genuinely worth £50! and I only spent £11.99 to get it! I also ordered my stuff at 2am, and had en email to say it has been dispatched the very next morning at 9am... that is some crazy efficiency!
