Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience with Fit To Last! Ali handled the administrative process quick and was super helpful guiding me to the right training programme. James is a great PT, who really looks at your health holistically. I can't thank him enough for his professional advice/ support, empathy and genuine care throughout my time with them. He was also very flexible when my training goals changed and adapted my workouts quickly. One thing that's very unique is the objective body scan measures the team uses to track your progress which is a lot more rigorous than the machines that you can find in other gyms. The app is also super easy to get used to and very helpful for completing the exercises with the correct form. I’d highly recommend the Fit To Last team to complete beginners, experienced athletes, and everyone in between :)

Fantastic experience: I joined FTL after a long period when I didn't really exercise consistently. I was keen to get healthy on a sustainable basis by incorporating regular exercise into my weekly routine. FTL made that possible! The results have been exceptional - I feel fitter and more energetic and am quickly approaching my fitness goals. Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Fit to Last in Clapham. Been there for a few months and i've never felt fitter! I paid for a personal trainer and they devise a fitness plan based on your targets. The exercises are varied so that it never gets boring. They ensure you carry out the exercises correctly and safely, which is exactly what I needed. Very friendly too!

Fantastic experience: It does what it says on the tin! In just three months going twice per week to the Clapham studio, I've made and feel changes that I can tell are here to last. The personal trainers are thoughtful and come up with personalised programs which don't feel like something you can only do for a short period of time. They really help build better and healthier habits. I already feel much stronger and confident in my body, and I look forward to continuing building strength. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I joined Fit to Last when I moved to Clapham last year from Australia and decided I wanted to prioritise my fitness goals with personal training. It has been such an enjoyable and rewarding experience and I can’t recommend them enough! James, Ali, and the trainers are all super friendly and it’s a great environment to be in. Like many others I never felt very confident lighting weights myself and it was something I avoided in the gym however, the team have really helped me with building up my confidence and strength and I feel I have seen a great improvement with my training and fitness within the last six months. The nutrition coaching is very helpful and the body scans are informative and give you a good idea of where you are at with your journey. If you’re looking for any type of personal training I would definitely recommend the Fit to Last team!

Fantastic experience: I joined Fit to Last around 1.5 years ago, initially committing to a year, but the experience has been so rewarding that I extended my membership. Before starting, the thought of lifting weights seemed daunting, and I had very little confidence in the gym. However, thanks to my training with Fit to Last, I've seen a tremendous improvement in my confidence, fitness and strength. The nutrition coaching and body scans have also been informative, offering valuable insights that have helped me achieve my goals. James, Ali, and all the trainers are lovely, and the sessions are always enjoyable (but also tough!). Fantastic experience: Excellent personal trainer based in Clapham. The FTL team, lead by James, are fantastic! As someone who was new to strength training and had struggled to fit in a regular exercise routine, the FTL team really helped me develop structure into my training and build this into my day-to-day activities. The sessions are personalized to suit my goals and ability. They're really supportive, patient and provide an encouraging environment, which I've really appreciated! Also I've really like their holistic approach - looking at nutrition, lifestyle as well as exercise. I can see this giving me long term benefits. Fantastic experience: Couldn't recommend Fit to Last more highly! I have been going to their 1:1 personal training sessions for just under two months and have seen amazing results so far - I am the strongest and fittest I have ever been. The plan is completely tailored to your own goals with regular body scans and daily nutrition guidance. I was completely new to working out when starting and they have been very patient and make you feel comfortable from the get go. Being based in Clapham means I can get my workout in before work, which has really helped me shift my lifestyle.

Fantastic experience: The team at fit to last take a sustainable and hugely motivating approach to fitness and nutrition. The program focuses on sensible progression of fitness levels and increases in resistance whilst remaining challenging and delivering results. The out of studio support through a dedicated app and email is fantastic. Offering a wealth of reference material and tips. Being able to upload your meal images into the app is a great way of monitoring your intake and portion sizes. With weekly feedback and guidelines it takes all of the stress out of meal planning. In studio, the combination of stretching, circuit and boxing sessions are engaging, educational, and motivating. My biggest take out so far has been the effectiveness of slower reps and strong form to enhance your results. Safety is top of the agenda with careful Attention to form, breath control and weight lifting best practice. Very considered adaptation towards existing or new injury. Overall I’m loving working with the team at fit to last and seeing results week on week in both my levels of fitness and physical changes. Can’t recommend enough!!

Fantastic experience: I joined this unique Clapham gym in January. Their team of personal trainers offer a fantastic package of tailored programming and support which is way more than I could have expected for the affordable fee. Regular 3D body scans, personal consultations and daily emailed guides to health and wellbeing offer a well-rounded approach to health on top of the PT sessions. I've got a whole bunch of weird niggles and they've been amazing at planning and adapting my gym programme. They're all really knowledgeable and friendly so this is a great place for those who love the gym already.. .or those who think they've hated gyms in the past. You even get to choose your music playlist for the session. What could be better than that I couldn't recommend Fit to Last more highly. I wish I'd found them sooner!

Fantastic experience: Superb experience with very professional PT coaches. No judgement at all during the assessment and they made me feel at ease. With the 3D scan I can track my body and progress. I have hypermobility and shin splint, and they can tailer all the workouts for my specific problems. James is very knowledgeable with anatomy, physiology and nutrition and will tailer make the training for you. Everyone is also very friendly, makes the hard work more enjoyable :)

Fantastic experience: Before joining Fit to Last I was looking for a less intense and intimidating gym to build confidence and experience in improving my fitness. The team have really helped me to overcome barriers to training in a friendly and supportive environment. There’s a very open door for questions and extra support for both exercises and eating habits. The regular scans are really helpful for tracking progress and making adjustments. Fantastic experience: When I first started at Fit to Last, I had zero experience of going to the gym or exercising. In the last few months I have seen a dramatic improvement in my strength and fitness, which is all down to the team at Fit to Last. Despite my lack of experience, I never felt uncomfortable or out of my depth. Fantastic experience: I couldn't be happier! After just 8 sessions in the gym and lots of great advice on nutrition and health I can already see not just a weight loss but also a change for the better in body shape. The whole team, James, Ali, Ryan, Alex and the new recruit, Brandon, are super nice. As an older woman I was worried about going to a regular gym but age doesn't matter here! Fantastic experience: I have struggled to lose weight healthily and have the confidence to go to the gym and do weight training for a long time. James and the FIT TO LAST team have been brilliant with their coaching, dedication and guidance and as I result I have lost nearly 4kg with a huge 4% reduction in body fat. If you had told me I would be enjoying working out twice a week and eating healthier and feeling less tired I wouldn’t have believed it. Fantastic experience: I started with Fit to Last couple of months ago and never felt so good! Fantastic experience: The best money I have spent on myself! The whole process from the start has been seamless. Fantastic experience: I have been doing online (via Zoom) personal training with Fit to Last for about 3 months and I can already feel the benefits. I have a lot more energy, and don't get that 'afternoon slump'. The workouts are carefully tailored and even when I had to exercise on a friend's landing (long story!), they were able to create a challenging workout despite the limitations of the environment. The daily emails are brilliant, just enough to help me make small changes without expecting me to shift everything at once. So, I am finding it very do-able and it keeps the motivation up. I am not usually one who enjoys exercise, but they are certainly converting me!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Fit to Last for 7 months which is the longest I’ve ever stuck with an exercise programme. This is very much down to the friendly and supportive environment that James, Ali and their team provide. What makes them unique is the way they work with their clients to design a highly personalised exercise and nutrition programme, tailored to your individual needs and goals. Fantastic experience: I couldn't recommend Fit to Last highly enough. I've been training with James and the team for about 4 months now. Having come from a fairly low point physically and mentally post-pandemic, working with FTL gave me the structure, support and accountability I needed to make some seriously impactful and sustainable changes that have left me at the brightest and strongest I've been in a very long time. The programme feels bespoke and individualised, and the team have been incredibly accommodating in fitting sessions around my often erratic work schedule. More than worth the investment.

Fantastic experience: I've been working with James and his team for around 6 months now and I feel so supported in my journey to improvement. My goals were to make long lasting changes to improve my quality of life, and each session I feel the tailored approach they apply is helping me to get there. Their knowledge and support through dietary changes has been subtle and effective and I don't feel bullied or judged when I slip up with that. I've even recommended my mum speak with these guys!

Fantastic experience: My husband and I joined Fit to Last around 6 months ago and it has been one of the best decisions we have ever made. James and Ali and their team are fantastic and always go above and beyond to ensure we are achieving our goals. James is an incredible coach; his sessions are tough yet achievable, motivating, fun and he has great taste in music if you are ever stuck for a playlist for the session ;)!! He will always push you to do your best, and he provides tailored nutritional advice as well. The studio is perfect and very well equipped. We have become stronger and fitter over time and the monthly body scans and strength tests are great in seeing our progress! Prior to this, we would waste money signing up to gyms that we would not be motivated to go to and we are therefore so grateful to have found Fit to Last. We would highly recommend them to anyone!!

Fantastic experience: I started training with James at Fit to Last a little over three years ago. Initially reluctant to take on a personal trainer, my wife (who was already training there) convinced me to give it a shot. And WOW !! three years on, training twice a week, and I’ve never felt better, I feel so much stronger and fitter. It's become an essential part of my routine, and a much needed release-valve from the pressure at work, whilst also complementing my running. James is very knowledgeable in the fitness / nutrition space and is really good at calibrating the sessions to achieve your goals. The sessions are fun, and are usually carried out in their amazing new studio in Clapham North, but they’ve adapted really well to the current situation. Indeed, I can confirm that James’ pixelated version on Zoom is also bad-a**, and has managed to kick my butt throughout the lockdowns !! James, Ali and the rest of the crew at Fit to Last rock !! Highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Fit to Last - training, communication, studio and equipment has all been amazing. I have been training here for the past 3 months in the small group sessions and very happy with the results, the sessions are challenging but achievable, and you see results pretty quickly! Fantastic experience: I don't normally do reviews but I feel like the team at FTL deserve it! I joined in August 2020 (one of those who grew far too wide the first lockdown and needed a kick up to a**) I was recommended by a friend and there are no regrets! I've done group training and our trainers have been James, Sara and Gemma, all of which are amazing! They push you to your limits but at the same time happy to adapt if you're struggling with a certain exercise. James and Ali have done a great job here and I'm so glad I joined! Thanks guys

Fantastic experience: I have been training with Fit to last for almost three months now and could not recommend them more. The communication is great! and they’re always willing to do extra research to help answer any questions I have. I love the monthly body scans as I have actually put on weight (muscle) since working with them but LOST!! body fat! Without these scans I would have stepped on the scales and probably given up after seeing the results bathroom scales would have given me. Can’t wait to see what else I can achieve teamed with Fit to last.

Fantastic experience: I have been training with James from Fit to Last for a number of years. The service offered by James and Ali has evolved considerably in that time. I have found the catch up calls, during lock downs, have helped keep me motivated and in touch. I have always found the sessions challenging but realistic and tailored to my individual fitness goals. The change from in person workouts to remote workouts was also a seamless process. The more recent change of studio has further enhanced the offering considerably.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend the team at Fit to Last. James is incredibly supportive and encouraging, and always pitches sessions at the right level of challenging but still enjoyable! They adapted incredibly well to the challenges of lockdown with no decrease in service or quality. Fantastic experience: I've been part of the Fit to Last family for over a year now, training in small group sessions both in-person (pre-COVID!) and virtually during pandemic-related restrictions. I can't sing James and Ali's praises highly enough: their approach is attentive, but not intrusive; completely professional, but totally down-to-earth. Their guidance feels bespoke and completely inclusive at the same time! This is the longest I have ever stayed with the same gym and I have to say that the whole experience has been transformative - literally. I've lost almost 2 stone - and kept it off - and am physically the fittest I've ever been thanks to James and Ali's expert instruction in exercise and nutrition (and the Styku scans that keep me motivated!). I have a much healthier relationship with food, and - I never thought I'd say this - I now look forward to exercise: I'm getting stronger all the time and really love the camaraderie of the group sessions! If you're looking to maintain or improve your fitness for any reason, give Fit to Last a call. I did, and I haven't regretted it for a single moment - no, James, not even during mountain climbers!

Fantastic experience: Can't recommend James and Ali at FTL enough. It's really hard to strike the right balance between providing a fantastic level of personalised detail without being invasive or difficult to engage with, but these guys have it sorted - the regimes are bespoke and genuinely personalised and accessible. The framework they provide really pays off - i am fitter and in better shape all round.

Fantastic experience: I attended Fit to Last for a year, trying both the group class options and the personal training session options, and it completely changed my life. I am now a much fitter person than when I began, who no longer dreads getting out and about or doing a work-out - in fact I look forward to it! Despite everything that was happening in the world in 2020, James and Ali were there for me the whole way through. I'm so proud of how I was able to improve my fitness and eating habits even during two very difficult lockdowns - Fit to Last went above and beyond to ensure a smooth transition to working out at home, so that no sessions were missed, and provided tons of extra support as we all adjusted to the new normal. The regular exercise sessions have been so important for my mental health during these times, and the accountability kept me turning up consistently. You get personalised support the whole time - tips on how to eat better, close monitoring of your progress, and regular opportunities to catch up outside of work-outs to discuss how it's going. It really feels like you are part of a community and I honestly couldn't recommend this gym more!

Fantastic experience: Had to take this opportunity to tell you how much training with FTL for a year completely changed my life! My attitude to health and fitness has been totally transformed! Although I don't train with you anymore (only because the awful pandemic has resulted in me working less hours which means less income!) I still apply all the lessons learned to my every day life! I still measure the portions of meat in my meals using one hand!!! And, your wonderful saying "all the colours of the rainbow" still rings through when it comes to veg! Fantastic experience: During lockdown I wasn't as focused on health and fitness as I could have been and was in need of some serious motivation to get back on track physically and mentally. Joining Fit to Last and attending the small group training sessions provided the support and accountability I needed to find my way back to training and nutrition. The trainers are positive and encouraging and accommodate your fitness level, even if you're new to weights like I was. Fantastic experience: I have been with Fit to Last for over a year and have thoroughly loved the experience. The service offered is a perfect combination of professional but also very friendly, and always adapted to my needs. Before I joined I had tried a number of gyms, trainers and classes but found them very difficult to stick to with my busy work and home life, but FTL have made it so easy for me to fit in 2 solid sessions each week, along with extra support on food diary, home work outs and help with injury management. My fitness and strength have really improved, and most importantly I now have a consistent exercise routine which is manageable and can fit into my lifestyle. I fully recommend these guys who have succeeded for me where others have failed!

Fantastic experience: Fit to Last – I joined in Sept 2019. Prior to that I was finding it hard to get into a class/routine that would fit in with my work commitments. There are many PTs/gyms/classes available but very few that have such a bespoke outlook for their clients. I met with James and immediately could see that he knew what I wanted to achieve and why. I was able to explain my goals, worries, past injuries etc. Because of his level of experience and knowledge, James was immediately able to make the classes work for me. I also really enjoy working in a small group rather than on my own and this is something Fit to Last offer. There is flexibility in the timetable which is a huge bonus. With the current Covid-19 lock down James has just moved it all online. No escaping his eagle eye either in the studio or at home. Coupled with very excellent expresso I would say to anyone who is interested, jump in and have a go. If not, why not!!

Fantastic experience: I've been exercising with Fit to Last for the last 2 years, and wouldn't want to change. The exercise programs are always new, challenging and varied. I have improved my strength as well as my overall fitness level. Fit to Last also helped improve my nutrition by giving me expert advice on how to eat to insure both a healthy lifestyle and achieve weight loss goals. Fantastic experience: I joined Fit to Last because I was struggling to get motivated in regular gym and wasn’t seeing the results I wanted. Training with James has been a very positive experience. The training is tailored to your individual needs and goals. The nutrition coaching is also very helpful. Keeping track of what I eat on the Fit to Last app really makes me think about what I eat and I feel much better for it overall. I feel fitter and healthier than I have in a long time. Even now during the lockdown James and Ali have been super supportive and James has continued our training sessions remotely over video link which has been great and helping me stay sane. Fantastic experience: I joined FTL about 7 months ago now. i was using an ordinary gym, which i struggled to commit to going to. i wasn't seeing results as i wasn't sure what i should be doing. I knew i wanted to get into shape and needed someone to guide me through everything. I join FTL and everything changed. James is probably the most reassuring and caring trainer you could ask for, i've never felt intimidated with James and i trust he has the knowledge to get me to where i want to be. he has carefully tailored sessions but has a big focus on nutrition and the importance of a good diet to help you lose weight. it took me a while to get to grips with eating the right things but i am now really starting to see the results. Ive managed to lose over 2 stone and it is just the beginning of my journey. I would recommend FTL to absolutely everybody, regardless of your goals. if you take in what James says and work hard, anything is possible!!

Fantastic experience: I joined Fit To Last about ten months ago. I had joined a gym and then I had a personal trainer but felt that my potential was not being fully realised. I have a one on one session with James. The sessions are varied and I feel they are really tailored for me. My aim in joining was to improve movement, balance and to stay fit for as long as possible. I am seventy and want to be fit for as long as possible. I can honestly say that I feel much better, I can move faster, I feel stronger and I am more confident about my movement and balance. If I have an ache or I feel restricted movement in a joint I only have to tell James and he immediately shows me exercises in order to get better movement. He also supports with diet. I’ve lost weight since joining. There’s a short email each week giving information and encouragement to look at all aspects of life, exercise, diet, mindfulness etc. Not only do I feel better but I receive compliments such as: You’re looking good, I hope I am like you at 70. When I told my doctor what I was doing, she responded with : You are one clever lady. I just love these compliments! James is also very accommodating with working around my holidays abroad and will fit sessions in. The monthly computerised readings of improvements to posture, lean mass etc are really helpful. I would highly recommend Fit To Last.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic trainer, truly motivates you . I started at FTL in July, before I knew it I was feeling healthier, more energetic and mentally in a much better place. The program is varied , so no boredom. The support app for nutrition reminds you what you should be doing - yet doesn't berate you if you don't do it. There's a body scan involved ( dont be put off) the end result is more like an avatar, but this over time shows where the lumps and bumps are shrinking, I have yet to lose more than 2kg but I am a dress size smaller through tightening up. I really can't recommend James enough , for short term or long term goals, you won't be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: Personally I think Fit to Last is a great way to reach your goals. I've tried other things before but, by the end, have always felt unhappy. Meanwhile Fit to Last is a programme which hast long-term benefits. This is because James not only gives a lot of information about how you are supposed to eat and train, but also because throughout his programme you really get into habits which are easy to keep up with even at the end of your program, so you know you are not going gain back unwanted fat. I completed the 6 months programme now and by following James's advice as much as possible I manged to lose almost 10% of my body fat, which is something I'm really proud of! I really recommend Fit to Last to anyone who wants to lose fat and get in a good shape in a healthy way!

Fantastic experience: Before I joined Fit to Last I was struggling with quite a debilitating back injury. This was restricting my movements to such an extent that I found normal daily chores such as shopping very difficult. I wasn't able to exercise effectively and I was desperate to improve my situation and get stronger and fitter. When I joined Fit to Last they designed a specific programme to tackle my weak back and to build up my core strength in a manageable way. As a result I am now exercising regularly and the problems associated with my back have all but disappeared. When I started to work with Fit to Last it was with the main intention to get fitter and stronger what I didn't expect was the fun and laughs I would have and how much I look forward to my sessions each week. If you're considering working with Fit to Last I would say to just do it in six months of following the plan your body shape will change and you will have more energy and you will be strengthening your body in ways that will surprise you. I can't thank Fit to Last enough for giving me back my health and making me fitter and stronger than I have ever been.

Fantastic experience: I was not one of the lucky ladies who pinged back into shape post birth. Whilst my NCT friend LEFT the hospital in her size 8 jeans, (I wish I was kidding) it was a hard slog for me to lose the weight first time round - all 3.5 stone of it! Little did I know how much more difficult it was going to be the second time round though. Two C-sections down, two stone up and still feeling like Shamu, even though my baby was now seven months old, I finally plucked up the courage to book an appointment with Fit To Last, (whose emails I had read with great interest for a couple of years from the comfort of my sofa). The hardest step is deciding to make the call / send the email, once that's done and you meet James, the rest is easy. You really couldn't meet a nicer, more professional, welcoming and non-judgmental person. I had never hired a personal trainer before but what I love about Fit To Last is for the same price as a PT who trains you on the common you get to work out in the privacy of their studio, with proper equipment, that a common or park based trainer simply can't bring with them. Yes, it may not be the most glamorous place but you are there to train and quite frankly anywhere is a million times better than being outside freezing and/or feeling self conscious in public. When you begin every detail and measurement is recorded - from how well you move, to how big your thighs are and also (gulp!) photographed for evidence. And you are given SO much support along the way - from books of recipes, to lessons on new habits, to bespoke work outs in their brilliant app to target your own personal requests or issues. You know that they are on hand via text or email all week - not just when you are in their studio. I have been training with James for five months now and have never felt so strong. I am back in my old pre-pregnancy jeans, feeling so much more toned (the bingos have gone!) and I am not far off my target weight (and to be honest if I wasn't so fond of wine I would have been there weeks ago). I'm also pushing myself further than I ever have done previously on my own in the gym as he's so motivating and encouraging. Who would've thought I could easily lift 40kg or do pull ups - I would have laughed 6 months ago! It is such a shame that some people have written such vitriolic nonsense in a few reviews here (which look like a competitor with an axe to grind mostly). I work in marketing and I know how detrimental these things can be and it makes my sad they may effect someone's decision to try Fit To Last. I can honestly say I have never felt safer or more confident being in James's expert hands. If you are thinking about getting fit, this is the place to do it. Make the call!

Positive experience: I joined the programme as I wanted to get some new ideas and improve my eating habits as well as understand what types of food to eat and when, i.e., proteins, fats, carbs. What I did learn is discipline is key in establishing regular eating patterns which can become quite difficult in the workplace. The Fit to Last apps and templates helped in my food preparation and also what foods I should eat on my training and non-training days. The training days were fun and challenging and I felt that I really worked out at the end of the sessions. James's reminders and messages were very motivational and inspiring and would certainly help in forming lifestyle changes and achieving the right eating/exercise balance to maintain good health.

Negative experience: Great name for a business. James is Level 4 PT so has the knowledge. It was not a good experience for me at all, after not exercising at all, eating chocolate and drinking every day....after a month of exercising and cutting down on all the booze and chocolate, not one change at all!!! Only two things have changed my travelling budget has a massive hole and I now have a injured knee which could have been avoided due to hypermobility. Not a great experience. The app they use is very updated though.

Fantastic experience: Im nearing the end of the 12 week team training programme and have just signed up for another! I used to love fitness growing up, but for the last 10+years I stopped looking after myself, no exercise, fad diets, eating rubbish. I finally reached a point where I knew I needed to change my habits, but I also knew I didnt have any will power. Luckily, I found Fit to Last where, with the help of James S. and James B., I found my love for fitness again! I've found the nutrition plan surprisingly sustainable (this is a lifestyle change for sure) and I find myself getting stronger each session. But that doesn't mean they get any easier. The trainers make sure you up the ante each week, and you never get bored. I've stopped looking at my weight, even though I have lost, and started concentrating on the more important figures for measuring progress, like body fat % and body measurements. If you have the funds but you're sitting on the fence about it, I say just do it! You won't regret it!

Fantastic experience: I have just completed my third 12 week programme and can honestly say that it has changed my life! I started the Fit to Last programme for obvious reasons; overall weight loss, toning up and building strength; but mainly to learn to enjoy exercise again. The nutritional aspect was also an attractive addition and you soon learn that you need both to get the results you want. The classes are small enough to still be personable to your individual needs and are varied so you don't get bored of repeating the same routines. James likes to introduce new techniques to keep things interesting and is always keen to receive feedback so everyone gets the best out of the sessions. I ran my first 10k recently and I was extremely proud to have completed it very comfortably. The training sessions with James helped enormously to help me achieve this goal and I now look forward to taking part in more events like these to keep improving on my times. James also has a great knowledge about nutrition and provides plenty of advice. You receive a personalised meal plan to help you on your journey as well as webinars to watch and learn from. If you stick to the meal plans and commit to the programme, you will see results and you will become that person you want to be.

Fantastic experience: Training with Fit to Last has been fantastic. James and his team are professional, responsive, approachable and fun. I've participated in the 12 week program and his motto of 'Fit to Last' rings true; it's easy to embrace the nutrition plan and training into an everyday lifestyle and it doesn't feel like a chore. The training sessions three times a week are varied, challenging and interesting. Despite being group training James individualises the exercises within the session so everyone achieves their goals. The nutrition program is easy to follow and was surprisingly tasty, James was flexible with the menus to include/omit favourites and dislikes and the webinars he provides explains in detail as to why the nutrition part is so important. On initial outlook the program does seem expensive but if you compare it to a monthly gym membership, individualised training with an expert and personalised meal plans it really is good value. I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I've been training with James for 8 months now- first through the 12 week Fit and Lean programme, and now as a private client, and have really benefitted from and enjoyed it. Over this time my fitness, strength and flexibility have improved a considerable amount and James has played a huge role in my rehab from a knee injury. He's great at putting together plans and workouts that work towards a specific goal but have a lot of variety to always keep things interesting. His sessions are always challenging but very clearly designed for you as an individual in mind and what he knows you're able to do (even if you don't know it yet!). He's always supportive and motivating to do those two extra reps you didn't think were possible but will make all the difference to your training. He's also always got something above and beyond the actual workout to share that will help with your goals like an article or book to read, an app to try out. His nutrition plans are also really good- tasty, simple meals that are great for helping get even better results. And the Fit to Last team are always listening to client feedback about what we like, what we'd benefit from and tailoring offerings accordingly. This includes podcasts, videos and new group training sessions. All in all I'd wholly recommend- whether it's for 1:1 sessions or in a group, you'll really benefit.

Fantastic experience: Fit to Last in Clapham is a great Program if you are serious about a Lifestyle change and i can highly recommend it.I am now 7 weeks into my 12- week Program and absolutley loving the experience and don't want it to end.I am positively surprised how quickly my body and mindset changed in that short time. You are not only exercising,you get a specific nutrition plan which changes every 3 weeks and the recipies are easy and yummy,best of all you are not deprived of anything, not even chocolate!! The team is very helpful and professional in every aspect,your Progress is closely monitored by getting weight and measured every 3 weeks.Fit to Last really helped me to understand how to break my bad habits, which i am so thankful for.
