Fantastic experience: I would like to share an incident that took place recently with one of the products I ordered from this website. Unfortunately, the post man delivered it to the incorrect place and I was not made aware that it was sent out for delivery. I contacted James who reassured me that he would get this sorted as I was worried since it was an expensive serum that I had ordered. James went above and beyond to make sure that I recieved my product within the next two days. He was extremely helpful and understanding. It is the first time I've ordered from this website and I will be using this site from now on to order my skin care products. I had no issues contacting James he responded to my queries within the same day. Excellent customer service. James is efficient, kind and ensures that his customers are taken care of. Negative experience: Not a great experience lately with total body care clinic, I had booked an appointment on the weekend and drove around 1 hour to get there. As soon as I did, I was told the person could not treat me due to not being qualified. My advice would be to confirm on the phone when you book that the treatment is confirmed and the beautician can carry out said treatment .

Fantastic experience: Thank you so much to Bianca for her warm welcome into the clinic. I had a deep cleansing facial and met Bianca who was bubbly and attentive from the moment she said hello. She enquired about what I was looking for in this appointment and was able to clearly advise me on the steps she would take me through in the session so I was aware of what was happening at each point. I was completely relaxed from the cleansing stage to exfoliation and to the layering of serums to hydrate my face. She was mindful of my hair when giving me a head massage and altered the method to fit my needs. I felt completely refreshed and had the glow I was looking for straight after the appointment. I loved Bianca’s honesty in her advice as it demonstrated her complete professionalism. I was also given a tester to take home before deciding if I wanted to commit to buying the full product which I appreciated very much. I will definitely be visiting again and telling my friends and family!

After a couple of weeks I was not happy with the product and e mailed the company . With in MINUTES I had a PHONE CALL to resolve it. I was offered a total order replacement. !!! Fantastic experience: At first I wasn't sure about having laser hair removal but after my first consultation with Isabel, I felt very comfortable. I was given honest advice and now that I have had a few treatments with Isabel & Emma, I am really happy with the results so far. I highly recommend this clinic and all the team are very friendly.

Negative experience: I spent £300 on the laser treatment for a fungal toenail and after the 4 sessions there was no improvement. They did give me a further 2 sessions for free, but still no luck. They then offered me a further 4 treatments at half price. After the 6 treatments were so unsuccessful I didn't see how another 4 would do much good so I gave up and cut my losses. The service I experienced at the clinic was good, but I would be very cautious investing in laser treatment to cure a fungal toenail, especially at these prices, with no guarantee it will work, its quite a gamble.
