Fantastic experience: Gaz helped me repair stress fractures in both of my legs while building my fitness enough to pass the army fitness tests. Under his training I went from being unable to walk to running the best I ever have with no injuries as a result. Gaz is an extremely reliable coach and will put 100% into the goals you have as long as you do the same. My time with Gaz has transformed my running and overall fitness. Can’t recommend him enough!

Fantastic experience: I have both trained with Gaz at K-Star Muay Thai Academy and 1-2-1 private personal training. Gaz is very committed, determined and knowledgeable ... He doesn’t believe in fads, diets etc as he has all the qualifications to assist you with all your dietary and fitness needs. He will PT at times and locations to suit yourself, albeit at home or the park, his plans are tailored to suit round work and home & he keeps in contact making sure you stay on plan and motivated. He certainly got me up to my fitness level, put me through my paces and never let me give up. Fully recommend Gaz for PT and nutrition.
Fantastic experience: I've trained with Gaz regularly for nearly 3 years. I'm over 50, carrying an injury that needs surgery and I'm not a natural athlete. Gaz has continually pushed me out of my comfort zone. He has changed me from a plodder to a sub 4 marathon runner. He has taken the time and effort to research my injury and found new ways for me to train and work around it, giving me more mobility in 6 months than the NHS did in 2 years. Fantastic experience: After numerous injuries and a long losing streak I decided to train with Gaz. Not only did he work on fixing my injuries but focused on my appalling technique. He has got me through numerous fight camps, sometimes kicking and screaming and believed in me when no one else did. What Gaz doesn't know about strength and conditioning is not worth knowing. He has a no nonsense approach to training and will always go the extra mile. Not only am I back to winning but I have never felt so prepared physically and mentally. I cant recommend Gaz enough for anyone wanting to improve their fight game strength and conditioning or just get fit.
Fantastic experience: Circuit classes are brilliant you are pushed to work hard all the way through the class from warm up to cool down . Gaz has a unique style of teaching and makes it fun even though it’s a really tough class. He has a huge amount of knowledge and can always offer alternatives or easier/ harder options . You really know you’ve worked and always look forward to the next class .

Fantastic experience: Gaz really cares about your results he is very knowledgeable about exercise and nutrition. I've lost 18 pounds in weight and my overall strength has improved greatly. I was struggling to walk upstairs because of the condition of my knees but with Gaz's advise and support this is no longer the case I can now run up them.

Fantastic experience: I initially went to Per4mance to get better knowledge of gym equipment and how to correct technique on certain lifts, squats etc. I quickly gained strength and confidence and knew not to mess about as Gaz took it seriously and did not let me slack! Every minute of my hour sessions were planned out to meet my goals and if you can get past his vocabulary, you meet your goals. I went from being slightly overweight and conscious of being in the gym environment to being toned, fit, strong and lifting 80kilos+ on my own. His knowledge on S&C, nutrition and general PT is amazing and gives you a no bull sh*t approach. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Gaz is a fantastic trainer. I had him a few years ago when I was training for a fight that I had no hope of winning, with his training and coaching I managed to bag a victory. Not only did he help me physically tailoring sessions around the goal, he also helped me mentally and built my confidence up. After a few years of not doing anything with 0 motivation, I knew they only way I’d get back to training was with Gaz. The goal is different now it’s about being stronger / fitter and losing weight. Also posture correction, which he recognised in the 1st session was an issue. Every session is bespoke to my physical needs and pushes me to achieve things I never thought possible. Might not seem a lot but dead lifting 50kg was a personal high for someone who hadn’t lifted before going back to him. Also his health and nutrition knowledge is exceptional. He is always planning supporting and continually giving me advice. He genuinely cares and wants your to achieve your goals. He’s also quite humorous which makes the session more enjoyable.
Fantastic experience: Gaz was a breath of fresh air when it came to teaching me the basics behind nutrition and weight loss. He explained it all clearly so I understood the principals behind it so I could build my own meals and snacks rather than given a restricted list of things to eat. The accountability was great as I had to send him my weight, step count and meals so it pushed me to stay on track. The training and exercise support was also great and he helped me build resistance and strength. I now feel I have the tools to keep my weight and training on track!

Fantastic experience: Gaz has changed the way I train completely, I was all about the get big look good,I’m 43 and it’s only now I feel like I really know what I’m doing. Along with the training he’s giving me Gaz has given me plenty of advise on my diet in which his knowledge is incredible, I’ll admit I had a few doubts that I’d be able to change my ways long term but feeling the results and getting compliments from my wife and 17 year old daughter who now wants to change my wardrobe to go with my new look I’m definitely a changed man. From nearly 18 stone to now just over 15 in such a short space of time I’m actually running around with my 5 year old and keeping up. Gaz has now become a friend of the family, his unique way of training and wealth of knowledge has changed everything from our weekly shop as in the food we all eat now, I sleep better crazy I know but true, I’ve got a lot more energy and most importantly I’m happy and walking a little bit taller. 100% not your average PT and will kick your butt when needed, which at first was a lot.
Fantastic experience: Gaz is not your traditional PT, he has a massive range of experience and skills, which he draws on to help his clients achieve their goals, whether it's fitness, weight loss or training for a more specific sporting goal. I loved doing padwork with him, an hour of hardwork flew by and I lost weight and built fitness rapidly. He is such a positive, supportive and encouraging PT, who works hard to keep his knowledge and skills up-to-date. I can't recommend him enough.
