Fantastic experience: I lost 10lbs in one month on the rejuvadetox diet with Lana and I have been recommending it to EVERYONE! I was feeling fed up and uncomfortable in my own body, no matter how much I exercised I could not lose weight. I found out about RejuvaDetox and had a v informative free 30 min chat with Lana, and signed up for the combination (in person once a week, detox belt rest of the time). She was clear, patient, informative and reassuring. I enjoyed the treatment. I did find the diet hard, but completely stuck to it, Lana was on hand on WhatsApp whenever I had any questions (and I had a lot!), she had suggestions if I was finding it tough and I learned SO much about what to eat, when to eat it, as well as tuning into my body. Fantastic experience: I had a very pleasant experience at Total Health Clinic with Kostas, who provided me a very professional, detailed and person-centred health and energy check-up. We went through a range of tests measuring things like my BMI but also more detailed such as Vo2, blood coagulation and joints health. Before deciding to have a full-body MOT, I was able to speak with Kostas at length. He patiently answered all my concerns, which gave me confidence in proceeding. Lana was also fantastic in handling the booking process, even accommodating my last-minute appointment change with ease. The process begins with a detailed form to be filled out. During the actual assessment, Kostas first conducts a physical examination to check for inflammation and explains the possible causes. He also performed a VO2 Max test to assess my oxygen intake, providing me with a clear and detailed report of the results. The main examination follows, which lasts about 90 minutes. Kostas uses a device similar to a wand, connected to a machine, to assess various aspects of the body’s balance. It indicates areas of imbalance, which he then works to rebalance. While I can’t personally verify the accuracy of this aspect of the process, I requested Kostas to send me a detailed report of his findings, which he agreed to do. What stood out most to me was the valuable advice Kostas provided on improving my overall health and lifestyle. His recommendations ranged from simple, cost-free changes to more advanced (and sometimes costly) options, but everything was explained in detail. He is extremely knowledgeable and speaks with confidence and clarity about each suggestion. Fantastic experience: Great experience! Kostas really helped me figured out the root causes of my health issues and identified a lot of new ones and environmental pollutants that really need attention. He took a holistic approach with combinations of kinesiology, bio resonance, breathing tests, etc. and also customises solutions for me. Most surprisingly, the bioresonance machine can even help me figure out which supplements from specific brands can help me the best, so it's very much tailored! Fantastic experience: I had been searching around in London, for somebody to do bioresonance and also kinesiology. As I have been doing these treatments on a regular basis, for years, then I wanted somebody who was very good and knew what they were talking about! There are plenty of practitioners out there who just fob you off with the basics. I am extremely glad that I found KOSTA. He is absolutely brilliant, extremely knowledgeable and Has a load of different treatments that he can do within your session. He also goes the extra mile and does not look at the clock to finish bang on time ( unless he has to move from the room) He genuinely cares about seeing the patient Improve their health. My son and I have seen him a few times and have benefited hugely from the treatments. He May not be the cheapest practitioner around, however for the slightly higher fee you get a far superior service; so it is certainly well worth it. I would highly recommend using him as I do believe that he can help with any health issue. His wife, Larna, also does some very good skin treatments. So if you are looking for a skin lift, then Larna is the person to see!! I am happy to provide further information to anyone who is undecided. I am not a fake review, I am just a very pleased customer!!

It's not only insightful to learn in depth what is going on in your body but you'll be given all the tools to address certain chronic health concern from digestive, lymphatic or hormonal as well as immunity or sleep issues and much more. Fantastic experience: I finished the Rejuva Detox plan with Total Health Now last week What a revelation! I lost 9 pounds and 15 inches despite eating 2500 calories a day, I had REALLY struggled to lose weight prior to this detox - despite watching calories like a hawk. But it wasn't just about the weight - it was a full health reset, I had terrible pain in my hips due to overexercising that physio and other interventions could not touch, within one day of the detox the pain was manageable - by day 28 it had completely disappeared. Not only this but my mood (which is generally good anyway!) was fantastic, it did take a lot of discipline to stick to the plan but I was never hungry, inflammation felt like it disappeared, the thrice weekly lymphatic drainage sessions with Lana left me feeling incredible afterwards and the mental clarity I have gained is nothing short of phenomenal. But it's not only that Lana educates you throughout on how to eat to keep your blood sugar balanced, I had no idea that I was spiking my insulin with my chronic tea addiction (I thought I was super healthy which Is why I was baffled at my bodies sheer resistance to losing weight - despite exercise and what I believed was a healthy calorie controlled diet - as advised by my Doctor) for 3 years I struggled. I now know how to eat and it's not to do with calories it's to do with keeping your blood sugar balanced. I am really impressed with the CACI Facial treatments. The procedure is really relaxing and non-invasive plus the clinic is only using vegan beauty products. I am halfway through the treatments and can definitely see an improvement. We have been concentrating on my problem area - jaw line and jowls, The lines around my mouth have decreased, my jowls have lifted, and my cheeks look more youthful. Fantastic experience: This is a review that I'm so happy to share. I met Lana and Kostas at the "Get Well Show" earlier this year, which I attended in the hope of finding an answer to over 30 years of gut issues. I have seen many practitioners at different clinics over the years and had mixed results. The problem hasn't necessarily been the treatments/diets but from returning to "normal life" afterwards. Fantastic experience: I was diagnosed with a very aggresive Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) three years ago. My rheumatologist started me out on high dosage of Hydroxychloroquine and Sulfasalazine. Fantastic experience: The Breathing Re-training Course made an immediate impact on my life. I've always had trouble falling asleep at night, and for several weeks leading up to the course I had many nights of insomnia. After only three days into the course, I was falling asleep immediately and sleeping through the night. This alone has greatly improved my quality of life! Also, after about three weeks of (imperfectly) following the breathing exercise recommendations, my cell tissues oxygenation doubled and reached the “safe zone” according to an easy to follow breathing test. Once this happened, I had a noticeable improvement in my chronic digestive issues, and I was able to decrease the amount of supplements taken at each meal. During the re-training, I experienced several cleansing reactions due to some other chronic issues, and had it not been for the daily and then weekly support, I probably would have given up the exercises and not worked through them. Another benefit of the group course is that I learned a lot by hearing other people's questions and experiences with the exercises. I have to say, too, that the weekly follow-up meetings were invaluable to me. They helped me stay on course as I developed new breathing habits, and Kostas addressed the questions and new experiences that came up, giving me very helpful, personalized suggestions.
