Fantastic experience: I have visited Kelly twice now for colonics and an emotional release massage and omg, I have been blown away with both Kelly’s knowledge and how amazing I feel afterwards (less stressed, less heavy/puffy and less bloated). For so long I’ve been chasing ‘skinny’, eating low fat diets and then binging on ultra-processed foods as a “cheat day” but I’ve realised now that it’s better to feel good in your body (and gut) and eat what your body needs. I’ll be visiting Kelly again soon for her detox package which is amazing value and I can’t wait. I honestly cannot recommend Kelly enough - she makes you feel so comfortable and is such a lovely lady. The clinic is also clean, fresh and a relaxing environment.

Fantastic experience: Kelly is great at what she does I've been going to her for different treatments but mainly colonics, enemas and her mld treatments I try to alternate with her treatments so I can try new treatments and I've had several different ones although her list of treatments never end. I always feel very calm and relaxed and definitely lighter leaving after there I'm so glad i found her and the progression in my own health journey with her help and guidance.

Fantastic experience: I’ve travelled the world & experienced first class massages in Thailand and Bali that were incredible and have never found anything quite like it in the UK until I booked in with Eliminate and Elevate Kelly-her anatomy knowledge is second to none she educates you and almost gives you a training in how to make sense of what it going on in your body. She spent time before the treatment sharing the benefits and also how the treatment supports the vagus nerve-I’ve never received that in any treatment anywhere else. The Thai compress 90 minutes of absolute tension release I felt like I had shifted not just physical tension but emotional tension too. The compresses are packed with natural peppermint and the acupressure from the compresses really get deep into the fascia tissues-the face compresses we’re simply amazing I had blocked sinus for 6 weeks and as soon as I walked away from the treatment my sinus had completely cleared! AMAZING!

Fantastic experience: My experience with Kelly has been amazing. I’ve done two colonics with Kelly now and a food intolerance test that has changed my life. I would have had no clue what foods I was intolerant to without the test, for example citric acid! It’s really helped me to look more into what I’m eating and how my body is feeling. Since cutting out these foods my bloating has been so much better and it’s significantly reduced any gas. I have more energy and my colonics have really been helping with this journey. Fantastic experience: I had two sessions of Hopi Ear Candling with Kelly, and I can’t recommend her enough! I suffer from blocked sinuses and often feel like I can’t breathe properly, but after these sessions, I noticed a huge improvement. After the first session, my hearing felt noticeably clearer, which was amazing. Then, during the second session, some liquid came out, and my worse ear felt so much better. Fantastic experience: Kelly at Eliminate & Elevate is amazing at her job. she takes the time to understand your needs and what you want from the treatments and helps you to achieve this by suggesting what she thinks will work for you best. The Colonic Hydrotherapy I’ve had twice now I noticed massive improvements with my gut health after the first treatment. I wasn’t feeling bloated anymore, my heartburn has gone, not craving sweet sugary food so much and just in general felt healthier. The Japanese Head Spa was really relaxing. The products smelt amazing and my hair after was in such great condition it was just what I needed. The Manual Lymphatic Drainage. I wasn’t sure how I would find this or what to expect. I’ve been struggling with tension, poor circulation, cold hand and feet. This treatment made me so much more aware of what was going on for me and how much tension I was actually holding this has also made an improvement already on my circulation and I had the treatment less than 24hrs ago. I will 100% be booking all of these treatments again all of them helping with my sleep and chronic fatigue and mental health symptom's.

Fantastic experience: I can not recommend Kelly and everything she offers enough. Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to see Kelly for all things related to gut health & wellness for a year now, and it just keeps getting better! My most recent treatment was the Bamboo stick massage - to be honest, I thought this was going to be a “luxurious” and calm experience, but I was wrong, in a very good way! It was a deep tissue massage that as a personal trainer and someone who is extremely active, I really needed and didn’t know I needed until this experience. Kelly got rid of so much tension and knots and I had an immediate sense of relief straight afterwards. I will definitely be coming back to this monthly to keep on top of things. I also see Kelly regularly for colonics which I couldn’t recommend more, along with having previously done a food intolerance and gut microbiome test at the start of my journey. Fantastic experience: Bamboo Wood Massage treatment Kelly welcomed me in and explained what was going to happen and if I had any concerns. I felt super relaxed! This treatment is one of the best massages I’ve ever had! I went in with very low expectations, and oh how wrong was I! As Kelly rolled the bamboo sticks across parts of my body, I could feel the knots and tension. Even in areas I didn’t think I would feel- such as ankle, hands and wrists. Fantastic experience: Kelly made me feel at ease instantly upon arriving at her clinic, in a beautiful surrounding! Her knowledge amazed me and I found everything she shared about health, diet, nutrition and the gut so helpful and informative! Fantastic experience: Honest review If ur sitting on the fence about doing this reach out to Kelly she can answer every question perfectly… I have gallstones and take meds I was very irregular with going to the loo properly before my treatment plan … I have had the best nights sleep since starting the menopause stage of my life sleeping the night through … I’ve also decided to do the food intolerance check because I want to see what I should be avoiding to help avoid surgery on my gallbladder as I have 2cm stones which in the past month have stopped literally been as painful meaning I can get on with my life day to day …. Fantastic experience: Kelly was so friendly and very down to earth, she made me feel really relaxed and even gave me a lolly pop to clam my nerves...worked a treat. Kelly gave me so much advice and was happy to answer all my questions, I think I chewed her ear off. I have my second colonic booked and I cannot wait to have it done, I have a lot of toxins to get rid of. I felt very tired after my first one, within 3 days I felt a lot less bloated and I can feel I am digesting my food much better. I will definitely do a before and after picture for the next visit. Fantastic experience: I have had my first session at Eliminate and Elevate and came away really impressed. Kelly has great knowledge of the digestive system and fully explained the procedure. Fantastic experience: I have been wanting a colonic for years and it seemed so serendipitous that Kelly started up her clinic in Bedford. I jumped at the chance and so glad I did. There was nothing to be worried about. It's a slightly weird sensation but not painful and Kelly was brilliant about allaying any embarrassment. She is very much a professional and very knowledgeable about all matters relating to gut, digestion, detox, nutrition and so much more. I felt like I was in such safe hands.
