Fantastic experience: Moved up from London to st Neots and needed a new chiropractor, I train heavy and work hard and beat the hell out of my body, Bedford chiropractors are a god send they have a lifelong customer made in me.

Fantastic experience: When i walked in, the clinic i found it to be very inviting, clean and cozy. coffee/cakes on offer. i came in with tension headaches and tightness to neck and shoulders which i was told was the menopause by my GP. Just after a few sessions I already felt the difference. I found i was walking more upright rather than slanted. Shoulders seem more relaxed and headaches have calmed down but i'm not quite out of the woods. Dr Sandhu (Surinder as i like to call him) explains everything so well and in detail and shows a strict but caring nature on a one to one basis. Definitely would recommend to anyone and everyone!

Fantastic experience: I recently hurt my back quite badly while training at the gym and Surinder did a fantastic job helping me to recover. He gave me lots of advice, a course of treatments and genuinely cared about my recovery. He's also a super nice guy!

Fantastic experience: I have been visiting the clinic for over a month due to RSI in my right wrist. Initially, I was advised to have a cyst removed for improvement, but thanks to Surinder’s support, I’ve been able to return to Pilates and have noticed a significant improvement in my mobility.

Negative experience: I visited this practice along with my wife. It may of changed now, but when we went, there was no privacy, you're laying on a bed next to other patients who can see and hear you talking to the Dr. The treatment was shared. So there was only the one Dr treating you all at the same time, he moved along the row of beds treating you with his handheld device, a couple of shots in the area that needed treatment, then he walked over to the next patient and repeated. The science he explained just didn't ring true and I could not see how it would benefit the spine or muscle tissues. The Dr was very good at trying to convince you his method is the best way to treat you. I was later told by a top chiropractor that this process isn't good at all and acts like a placebo and you will be forever returning for more of the same thing. No surprise it never worked, we went elsewhere to be treated. The Dr also was caught out when my wife was asked to walk over a pad to see if she needed insoles. The Dr did a test, so firstly he poked my wife with his pointed fingers, which my wife showed pain, he then put some orthotics in her shoes and then this time he used the palm of his hand, not the points of his fingers in the same area. He did this very quickly, like a magician. He then said 'Can you feel the difference, there's less pain so you need these orthotics' He got challenged about using his palm, and it was clear that he was just trying to make a sale. Instantly we lost trust in him, it was a failed trick and so we never went back.

Fantastic experience: My initial consultation involved a comprehensive questionnaire regarding my health and well-being with me indicating areas of concern. I didn't realise the extent to which I needed treatment until the following morning when I tied my shoelaces for the first time in almost a year. I could rotate my shoulders with much greater ease and was so impressed that I have signed up for a further series of consultations. I cannot thank the team enough... they put me at ease from the moment I arrived. Their professionalism and care makes for a wonderful experience that I can highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have came to Bedford Chiropractic Clinic after I have seen the NHS physiotherapist and MSK specialist, I felt in pain, tired and determined to try one last thing before accepting to live on pain relief at 40 for the rest of my life. It felt like the pain acumulated in my body for months and months until that moment, my head felt so heavy and my upper back was hurting like I had the weight of the world on my shoulders. Dr. Surinder was very kind, he explained during my assessment what are the changes I need to make in my life for my health to improve and he guided me through this process, he believed me more than I believed in myself. Fantastic experience: When I started the treatment with Dr. Surinder at Bedford Chiropractic Clinic I was in constant pain while performing litle tasks as bending, lifting my daughter or putting my shoes. After 3 sessions, exercise at home, following Dr's advices and instructions I was able to lifter her and put my shoes without pain or discomfort and for that I am very much grateful, I do recommend an appointment if you struggling with back, neck or any other pain that you need help with. Negative experience: Last time I’m going to the clinic. I cannot fault the work which is why I had gone there and recommended to clients, but I will the poor professionalism and lack of care for his patients time. 2nd time I’ve had to walk out due to poor timing from the clinician - had an apology the first time, hence I went back, but to do it twice is unacceptable - 15 minutes after my appointment start time, still waiting. Poor service and very unimpressed. Will be taking my business and my clients’ business who I have recommended in the past elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Quite simply I have started to get my life back. After years of being shoved from one nhs service to another, with strong painkillers being the only solution on offer, I have now started an actual healing process. I am now not in chronic pain every day and I have started to be able to add things back into my life that brought me joy such as taking the dogs for a walk. It is still a journey and I am only at the beginning of my healing, but I know that if I keep up with the recommended exercises and my regular sessions I will keep getting stronger and hopefully reduce my pain to level that means I can deal with it more naturally with heat/ice and rest.

Fantastic experience: Costochondritis causing pain throughout the rib cage and shortness of breath, arthritis in both knees, lower back pain, rolling over on my ankles, tight hamstrings and shin splints when exercising are just some of the aches and pains I was suffering from and had neglected for years, probably decades. I pretty much hurt all over. I had tried physiotherapy, stretching, yoga but nothing was working. I figured I needed to see a Chiropractor. I got hooked watching Chiropractic videos on Youtube and overtime a patient would be suffering from a gripe I had. By the end of the session, you'd see relief on the patient's face. Finally I researched local Chiropractors to me and found Dr SANDHU. I reviewed his website, I watched his YouTube videos and listened intently to what he said and how he explained Chiropractic procedures, aftercare and exercises. I realised his treatment and support isn't just the duration of the appointment but it's a course of treatment and support and homework that guides you into correcting the bad habits we have become a custom to that have caused the aches and pains throughout the body. I booked my appointment with Dr SANDHU, I completed the aches, pains and gripes form, indicating the issues I was suffering from. During that initial consultation and having reviewed the issues I had documented, I was then examined and my posture at that time was recorded and explained back to me by Dr SANDHU detailing just how out of allignment I was and how that is causing or contributing towards all of my aches and pains. It all made sense, because Dr SANDHU explained it all to me in a manner that I understood and could absorb all that information in. This has continued throughout my treatment with Dr SANDHU. I am around half way through my treatment and I feel great. Better than I have in years. It is correct to state that I began feeling better after my first appointment and I have just improved and the pain has become less as each appointment has passed. Dr SANDHU has given me exercises to do at home to improve my posture that I am completing now with feeling discomfort or reigniting an old ache that I had. I am feeling brilliant and it's because of the treatment, care and support of Dr SANDHU at Bedford Chiropractic Clinic. If anything I have written resonates with you, please go and see Dr SANDHU, he is superb.

Fantastic experience: I could hardly make a little movement with my legs because of the searing, shooting, throbbing and disabling pain in my left leg.Since pain is the first thing the Chiropractor said he would tackle before really looking into the long term solution to the whole muscular skeletal problem, I thought it was a joke and mine is an outstanding one. Today the 07.08.2023 after two flare ups of the pain since I started the therapy on the 12.07.2023, I would recommend anyone even someone with vague symptoms to have a chat with the Doctor at Bedford Chiropractic Clinic. Fantastic experience: I had a very bad pain in my back right side. for weeks. Went to Doctor had scans booked but not till July. Pain was so bad I went to A&E. Found it was muscular issue. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Bedford Chiropractic Clinic, I've been in pain suffering with sciatica for over a year until I decided to approach the clinic, after a couple of sessions the pain is been reduced and I'm able to have a good sleep and wake up without pain. Fantastic experience: Having suffered for over 5 years with chronic low back pain, numerous trips to A&E and trips to the GP to be put on strong painkillers and physio which hasn’t been successful I was recommended to see Dr Surinder Sandhu. I was first greeted by the lovely receptionist Siobhan who made me feel very welcome as she could see I was nervous. All I can say is I wish I had known Dr Sandhu 5 years earlier . The first session was daunting for me as didn’t know what to expect but Dr Sandhu put me at ease straight away, the knowledge and expertise he has is incredible . Fantastic experience: I have had 2 appointments so far with Surinder and noticed a difference right away. I had bad lower back pain upon working and really bad shoulder pain. After the first appointment I noticed a remarkable difference in how I felt in the morning! No agony first thing. Fantastic experience: As a retired Sales Manager and avid golfer I realised that many miles spent in a car and numerous rounds of golf had taken their toll on my lower back and, for my longer term health, I needed to act. Thankfully, a friend recommended this clinic and, after receiving several weeks of manipulative treatment, getting sound advice on beneficial food supplements and being given an achievable stretching regime plus recommendations to utilise yoga and meditation I feel as though my general health and well-being are on very much an upward curve. No bad thing at my ‘tender’ 67 years!!

Fantastic experience: I have no hesitation to recommend Dr Strindberg Sandhu should you require the services of a chiropractor. I was a bit apprehensive the first time I went but he made me most welcome and put me at ease. He fully explained procedures etc. and over a few weeks was able to relieve the pain I was suffering. In addition he pointed out that my posture needed sorting out and both through visits and exercises he gave me this has improved. I will continue to see him in order to maintain the levels I have reached and also to treat any on going problems.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been suffering with lower back problems for almost 5 years now and being carer for a living I didn’t think it would ever get easier, I’ve been to physiotherapy, I see a personal trainer once a month and I’ve lived with painkillers, ibuprofen gel and hot water bottles for as long as I can remember with no real support so I thought I’d reach out to the Bedford Chiropractor clinic for some help and gosh was that a good idea, I’ve seen Dr Sandhu 4 times now and I’m already feeling so much relief and become almost pain free, he advises the things I should purchase to help with my recovery but will also give the cheapest websites, he’s an extremely welcoming man who shows well that he simply wants to help us as patients, he’s extremely understanding of my financial struggles and busy work schedule currently working two jobs and works with me to get the best experience and help me recovery after so many years, I’m extremely grateful to Dr Sandhu, would highly recommend visiting if you’re struggling, I promise you it’s worth every penny!

Fantastic experience: I have had a few sessions at beds chiro now and I can say it has had a positive affect on my health in general. Dr Sandhu knew I was very nervous ( I still am but less so now) but he talks things through with me really calmly. I cannot say enough on how wonderful the reception staff have been with me especially Lindsey who has been sitting in with me during my sessions to ease my nervousness . The other staff such as Siobhan has been so wonderful and took great care of me when I started my 1st session. I feel my overall health is improving. Aswell as chiro sessions, Dr Sandhu also mentions about appropriate exercises that can be completed and also mentions about healthy eating plans too. I am so happy with the service I am currently receiving and hope to continue to recieve for future sessions. :)

Fantastic experience: Dr Sandu is a life saver! Tried one treatment after being stuck in bed for nearly 6 weeks and found improvement by 20%. Was unable to sit up and walk and was also pregnant. NHS didn't care but Dr Sandu did and now I'm able to sit up and walk around. Highly recommended. I've tried other chiropractors in the past year and they never even diagnosed me with the issue which Dr Sandu did on first appointment. I saw some reviews talk about the time he spends on the treatment and from my experiance Dr Sandu is about quality not quantity. He doesn't need an hour of massages to help just trust his methods. Fantastic experience: I dont normally write reviews, but in this case I feel compelled too. I have been suffering with severe leg pains for the past eleven weeks which have completely baffled everyone I have spoken to or seen within the NHS. Dr Sandhu at Bedford Chiropratic Clinic has been treating it for the last couple of weeks and I can now say that the pain has now completely gone. I can not recomend him enough to do him justice. Thank you so much to him and his staff.

Negative experience: I saw the doctor several times for pain I had in my neck and shoulders. Each adjustment left me in more pain and barely functional for days. When I told the chiropractor that I decided to go to a sports therapist he said that I was making a mistake by going to someone who’d got a weekend certification (this was a ridiculous assumption based on no information I gave him), that he had over 20 years of experience and DEFINITELY needed skeletal treatment. His response was arrogant and in no way putting my health first. I have been through rehabilitation with my sports therapist and now working to build strength and have been pain free for three months because she saw immediately that I had overactive traps and wasn’t engaging any other muscles causing tension in my neck and shoulders. The chiropractor never noticed or looked for a root cause of my pain other than recommending inserts, back supports etc. Another sports trainer said overactive traps are not uncommon for middle aged women. But apparently not common knowledge for a chiropractor with over 20 years of experience,

Negative experience: Avoid this place, waste of money, just wants your money. So many fake reviews. Doesn’t help at all, very arrogant individual.

Fantastic experience: I’m a competitive distance runner who previously experienced a lot of injury which would stop me from reaching peak performance. Fortunately, I came across Bedford Chiropactor’s and have had frequent treatment over the past 2 years. This has lead me to running a personal best over 5K in a time of 13:51. With their expert care I’ve been able to train more consistently and therefore perform better. I’ve had lots of chiropractic/physio care over the years and this is the best practice I’ve found. Fantastic experience: I had been suffering with back and neck issues for most of my 20s as a result of a car crash. Just before I reached out to Bedford Chiropractic Clinic, I had pulled a muscle in my lower back which had led me to be off work for two weeks. After a consultation with Surinder, a plan was put in place to get me to better health. At this time, I'm roughly 7 weeks in and I'm better than I could have ever wished. At one point I'd written myself of, but I'm now experiencing no pain and I'm getting back into sport, which I hadn't felt confident enough to do previously. There is a lot of "homework," such as stretching as strengthening exercises but this has all helped. All in all, a great experience and I look forward to continuing to use their services.

Fantastic experience: I recently pulled out my lower back badly at the gym. I ended up on cutches at Bedford hospital where I had an ultra sound and was given 3 lot of painkillers to take. Then sent home. I booked an appointment a few days later with Surinder, as the pain was still unbearable and was having to use the crutches when I needed to walk anywhere. My sister came along with me for the first time. She was amazed that within 10 minutes I was up and walking around with ease after the adjustment. I cannot express enough my gratitude enough to you Surinder. Incredible talent

Negative experience: BE AWARE - Don't sign up for 12 for 10 offer!!! Upon initial assessment and first treatment everything looked pretty good and I thought I have finally found someone who can really "fix" me. I have been offered to sign upfront for 12 treatments for price of 10, I haven't done that because of my work schedule and decided to to opt for PAY as you GO. It was good choice. After initial assessment I have booked appointment week in advance 11AM. I have turned up for my appointment 5 minutes before 11, there was one person before me so I though I will be delayed quite alot and will be late for work, HOWEVER that person left in about 5 minutes, so I though it's all good and everything is on schedule. I have entered treatment room at 11:06AM, treatment started as normal, few pressure excercises, few resistance moves, few pushes with special tool to the spine... and session is over.. it was 11:11AM - $40 please... Do you want 12 for 10 offer ? THAT IS £480 an hour... This clinic is total scam, charging £40 for 5 minute treatments... no wonder Chiro practics has bad name, this clinic 100% confirms that... stay away, unless you have money to burn...

Fantastic experience: Incredibly welcoming, put you at ease straight away, very professional and experienced Dr Sandhu explains everything in detail. Have a way to go but can feel the benefits. Would recommend anyone with pain or without to visit this practice to be aligned and save themselves possible problems from wear and tear on the body from day to day life.

Fantastic experience: I was always sceptical how this can help but when someone recommended it I thought to give it a go and man I am so glad I did. After years of pain this session I had today is already showing difference. The way Dr Sandhu goes extra mile explaining you how your daily life is effecting you and how to change those routines is just incredible. He takes pride in his work. Sarah is great person and very polite. Even though it is one and a half hour drive for me but I will only go to this practice.

Fantastic experience: Being treated by Surinder Sandhu was an absolute pleasure. He always listens, he genuinely cares, and is so kind. He honestly wants you to get better, and his goal is to get you healthy, to understand your own body, and to learn to listen to it! I can't thank him enough for all the help he gave me while I was at his clinic, and the only reason I'm leaving is we are moving! I wish I could take him with me, a pocket chiropractor. Fantastic experience: Right from the very beginning Dr Sandhu made me feel very comfortable, he explained the symptoms I was experiencing and explained the pain to recovery journey. I bought the insoles and back support he suggested and started with 2 sessions a week and then reduce down to weekly. Already on session 5 and I'm pain free. I can't recommend him enough and this comes from someone who really didn't believe in Chiropractic before this! Put the painkillers down and book a session!

Not only did I get top notch treatment, I also got know the genuine giant Matt. Fantastic experience: I have now been going to Bedford Chiropractic Clinic for 6 weeks. They have been absolutely brilliant. I work long hours at a desk and my posture was causing some chronic nerve pain in the neck and head. The pain has been resolved and the advice given on what I can do to help myself so these problems do not reoccur has been life changing. The spin off for me is that I have more energy and much better mood. I did not realise how chronic neglect can create such a problem. I would strongly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: Suffered back issues for years with nerve twinges and muscle spasms, but also had a motorcycle accident in june and although my injuries healed I've been suffering constant pain and discomfort in back; thighs, hips, and groin since. Dr surinder has improved me by 75% in a matter of less than 2 weeks, and predicts I will be back to normal within 2 to 3 months. Can now walk fine with almost no discomfort and no more anti inflammatories. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Went after suffering with back and neck pain. Very friendly and helpful from reception to treatment. Have never felt better and also gives some fantastic advice on how to avoid aches and pains. Highly recommend going if you have even the slightest chiropractic concern.

Negative experience: Wow oh wow what con artists they are at this place!! Dr Sandhu can talk a good game and can be very pleasant and friendly but the niceties all ends there. Supposedly booked for an hour including one treatment, this lasted 40 mins which included 20 mins spent in the waiting room. When being seen Dr felt it was more important to answer phone calls during “consultancy” rather than patients, multiple people being seen at once, hardly spoke about what my issues were. Then tried to book me in for some more sessions of time wasting. Multiple friends and colleagues warned me about this place but I did not listen. BIG MISTAKE AVOID ! AVOID ! AVOID !

Fantastic experience: I decided to book an appointment after suffering shoulder and back pain as a result of working from home during lock down. Such an incredible difference after just one session with Matt, I can now move about pain free! Matt approaches his work with professionalism and good humour. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: As a martial artist of 27 years I have often visited Dr. Sandhu, most recently due to lower back pain. I'm always quite astounded at how quickly he finds trigger points and can treat injuries and ailments with precision, always following up with aftercare. I have heard the term 'prehab rather than rehab' before. We only try to cure things after they get too bad to cope with. It's the wrong way round. Fantastic experience: Have been going to a different chiropractor for years. Saw Matthew for two sessions whilst on holiday, and all I can say is WOW! If I lived in Bedford or nearby I would travel here all the time. After the second session my back and carpal tunnel in my wrist felt 100% better. I genuinely can say I felt like I was pain free for the first time in a year.
