Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend the Ashdown clinic for osteo, physio and podiatry - they have a brilliant team who always take time to listen carefully and get to the root of the issue. It’s our first stop as a family for sports injuries and back problems. Today I saw Luke who was very considered with his diagnostics, and treatment was really thorough, I feel like a different person 12 hours later, amazing!

Fantastic experience: I have used the Clinic for about 18 months. I became aware of a foot problem over Christmas & contacted the Clinic late New Year's Eve. Unfortunately they had closed & I left a message on their system. Beverley was immediately in contact, asked for photos of my foot & arranged for an appointment today (Thursday). She sorted me out & stopped the pain I was suffering from & went beyond all expectation in following up. All very impressive & I am very grateful to be out of pain & on the road to recovery. Would have given a lot more than five stars for the service. Thank you Beverley.

Luke is a real specialist in muscular and skeletal problems anywhere on your body. He will relieve the pain and show you simple things you can do at home to prevent them occurring again

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Ashdown Clinic since 1993 when I hurt my back and i have experienced a wide range of treatments there ever since. Paul the Osteopath and Beverley the Podiatrist can work wonders and all the Staff are always cheerful and very helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else and would recommend The Ashdown Clinic to anyone needing help and professional advice on health matters.

Fantastic experience: I have always received first class care from all the practitioners at the Ashdown Clinic. I have been treated by Beverley for some 40+ years and she has never failed to successfully sort my numerous injuries both sporting and accidents. I wouldn't go anywhere else even though it is now a 2 hour drive. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: A nice clinic, the reception staff are excellent, the clinic is hygienic and well cared for. I have been a patient for McTimoney Chiropractic at this clinic for a few years now and it's extremely gentle but effective with no x-rays needed.

Fantastic experience: First class service, had shoulder pain from gym, Luke manipulated it to ease the pain, and gave me some exercises to enable the joint to maintain some extra stability. All the staff really friendly overall a great experience.

Fantastic experience: As someone who had never utilised a physiotherapist before, Ashdown Clinic was the perfect place, the staff are professional and friendly making a quite nervous patient relaxed. Due to my numerous issues Zac Chandler had his work cut out for him, but again ever the professional he explained everything on my level and without his course of treatment I would not be as mobile as I am. I have no hesitation in recommending Zac to anyone requiring a physio, also Ashdown as a safe friendly place for various treatments (most I haven’t required yet but I’m not getting any younger).

Fantastic experience: Me and my partner have been visiting Steve for last 3 months and I will say he knows what he is doing and always heal us properly. My wife suffers from lot of pain and aches she feels very relaxed as soon he does the treatment. We visit him once every week, Steve is very nice, friendly, and caring person. With his work he is very experienced and does the work properly. I would highly recommend him.

Fantastic experience: Paul Strange is one of the best osteopaths around. He used to practice in London where I live, and now I travel to Potters Bar to see him - because he's so good! He's very experienced and knowledgable, but also kind and caring, with excellent people skills. I was recently diagnosed with a slipped disc in my lumbar spine, and Paul sorted my back out in just a few sessions. The clinic itself is great too: efficiently run by friendly staff, with a clean environment, and lovely flowering plants to greet you outside the entrance. Thanks Paul and team.

Fantastic experience: 3 weeks ago I could barely walk into the clinic, now I out walking my dog! Luke the osteopath is phenomenal! I can't speak highly enough.

Negative experience: I visited a chiropractor yesterday it was an my first visit for a consultation and for lower back relief I was so disappointed with the treatment that I received . It cost myself £85 for my visit and I left the same way I entered the clinic in pain ☹️ Nothing was explained to myself as to what might be wrong with my back as well I didn’t expect an instant fix but was disappointed with the lack of information provided or explanation as to what was wrong with my back

Fantastic experience: I crawled in with serious lower back pains. I was helped to the door of the conic by 2 of my co-workers. I walked out with much of the pain reduced or gone. My symptoms were explained to me, the treatment was explained to me and it was very effective. I would highly recommend the clinic, especially Luca, the chiropractor that saw me to anyone who has back pains.
