Fantastic experience: I have had several sessions with Kate and I have been impressed with her professional and friendly manner. I have certainly benefited from the treatment and I would have no hesitation in recommending her to others. There is however more to it than just the treatment, she has good interpersonal skills making the time slip by in an interesting and enjoyable way. I have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone who has need of her specialist skills.

Fantastic experience: Katie is a great physio expert who knows her work well. She asked me about my areas of problem before proceeding and took care of accordingly to ease of my pain. She asked me about pressure intensity and weather I can bear time and again which was reassuring. I had sustained stiff back after an exhausting training efforts in my profession for a long time and it somehow made me partially dysfunctional when I came to work here also because of extreme weather. I felt much relieved after the deep tissue massage targeted for my stiff back and consider to take more sessions for a complete relief. I wish Katie best of luck for everything she wants to achieve

The therapist, Katie, was both lovely and professional. Most importantly, the treatment was successful and I was back playing sport a couple of days later.

Genuinely, the best massage I’ve had in a long time, two days since I had it and I can move my shoulder without pain but also sleep without a constant dull pain in it. Personable, knowledgeable, hugely effective ~ her diagnostic and remedial abilities are simply commendable and moving to Livewell is the best thing I've done in years. After just two treatments I already feel better than I have for aeons and although I'm not there yet, I know that having Katie's treatment will get me to where I need to be asap. Fantastic experience: Katie arrived promptly on Tuesday and following a short assessment of my neck, shoulder and back pain proceeded to give me a deep tissue massage to relieve the tightness in my muscles. After 3 days I can already feel the benefit and hope this will continue to improve. She was very professional and efficient in making me feel relaxed as this was my first experience of deep tissue massage. Fantastic experience: Magic hands!! Reece is a truly professional massage therapist; he has been my savior in helping me with my back and shoulder pains. He massages deep tissue technique really well (I find only a handful of people can do this painlessly!) He is very accommodating in booking appointments and very reliable. I have had appointments at his place which is clean and tidy, easy to find, and has parking available. Reece has also travelled to me in the past, which is very helpful. I would highly recommend him!

Fantastic experience: I was part of the touring Australian over 60 Cricket side and damaged my shoulder fielding. It was by luck that myself and a fellow player were lucky enough to have Beth do several treatments on our injuries which greatly assisted in our recovery. I had a shoulder sports massage which was really great and it really loosened the knots that I have in them. Would highly recommend her. Very approachable and knew what she was talking about.

Fantastic experience: After suffering with a shoulder injury through weight training for years and after umpteen physiotherapy sessions and months of lay offs all to no avail, a friend of mine suggested a sports massage. After some initial research I came across Colette. It took Colette 5 minutes to pin point my injury with a few shoulder movements. It’s been 24hrs now since my initial visit and I now feel I’m getting somewhere with my injury. Collette is a very friendly person and came across as being extremely knowledgeable in her field. If you're suffering from any muscle injuries etc, I highly recommend her.

Fantastic experience: absolutely first class service. After initial consultation the therapist pin pointed specific areas to focus treatment on. Very knowledgeable and extremely passionate about services provided. Me and my friend went together so one of us was waiting whilst the other had there treatment however the treatment room was perfect for creating a very warm, welcoming very relaxing atmosphere so the wait felt part of the treatment Would highly recommend this service. I had deep tissue massage and can definitely feel the benefits the following day.

Fantastic experience: Called collette on a saturday morning as i was experiencing superior pain within the shoulderblade region. I had an appointment within the hour. Collette was very welcoming and made me feel at home. I told her the problem and done a few simple excerises to pin point the area. I had a hour of treatment and felt a huge burst of relief, it was really painful and was in agony and she sorted it. Collette is really proffesional and knows her stuff, a good sports therapist is hard to come by. I will definately be going back so we can completely eliminate the problem. Fantastic experience: I visited Collette for sore neck and shoulders due to bad posture. She offered some excellent advice within minutes and really personalised the treatment. I know it’s a working progress but I’m really looking forward to visiting Collette again soon!

Positive experience: I Went to Collettes Home for my deep tissue and sports massage, i was experiencing a lot of tightness and she has helped so much, i am still tight but my condition is my fault through a period of prolonged training, and therefore it needs more than one session. I will be going back again, she is a great professional and makes you really comfortable, this lady knows her stuff and while getting the job done she is always asking if you are OK and reassuring you, these sessions are amazing and essential if you are like myself a personal trainer or a person who trains a lot, even for normal massages for stress relief they can really help with tension and anxiety, go get one it is worth it. Live-well is great they can even come to your home, or you can go to them, I am looking forward to Collette coming to mine when i move to my new one. I gave 4 stars because no one is 5 stars, well not the people who want their company to expand and grow, Collette spoke of always wanting constructive feedback and therefore, 5 stars says you have no room for growth and we all do, she is awesome and i would highly recommend her, I feel 90 % better after one session that is pretty amazing after the condition i let myself get in. Fantastic experience: I visited Collette with suspected shin splints. Which was so painful I couldn't walk properly. Upon the first visit I was noticeably better, she advised so stretches to do at home and advised rest. Went back a week later, she worked her magic once again. Typically out with shin splints for 4 weeks, 3 weeks later I've just ran a 10 mile race. She has healing hands and a calm no nonsense approach. She is highly professional and really knows her stuff. I couldn't recommend Collette enough.
