Fantastic experience: It was my 1st visit here and found it very nice. Bea was very good, & I felt very relaxed with her. She certainly helped my back & neck pain even on the 1st visit..

Fantastic experience: I have been suffering with a painful shoulder for many months now, and decided to book in to see Bee to see if she could help me. I managed to get an appointment really quickly, the receptionist was really pleasant and was able to suggest the right person to see. Bee was able to confirm what I thought the issue was and done a thorough examination and was able to suggest the next course of action by seeing the Dr within the Healthcare to help me further. From booking the appt to coming along on the day was excellent. Waiting room really clean lovely place with teas and coffees which you can help yourself too. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: My appointment with Archie was quick & easy to make online. Archie listened carefully to all of my symptoms and then gave me a clear and concise explanation of what he thought my problem. He massages the affected joints and we then agreed to try acupuncture since I had received good results from acupuncture to my shoulder in the past. The following day things are definitely easier and looking forward to my follow up appointment next week. Definitely recommended

Fantastic experience: Excellent sports massage to ease my neck and shoulder pain. Jo really got to the nub of the area and it is already much better. Would happily recommend Jo and Will definitely return when required.

She was assured and confident and really gave attention to areas of muscle tightness as well as the other area affected. I left with more mobility and feeling much better. I will definitely return.

Fantastic experience: I have had two physio appointments with Jake. He has been a fantastic help with my knee where I have damaged the cartilage. He has patiently explained what has happened, the best exercises to do to start the healing and the continued follow up now it’s getting stronger. The reception staff have also been lovely. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: After some weeks of debilitating neck pain, my two sessions with Archie put me right. He quickly located the problem, eased the muscles through massage, and manipulated my ribs and neck vertebrae back into place. Sure I was a little sore at first but I now feel back to my old self. And he was great company while he did all of the above!

Fantastic experience: It is over five years since Felix fixed a back issue I was suffering with. I therefore had no hesitation in making an appointment to see Felix following a recent fall that has left me with some aches & pains. The consultation started with a number of questions to help Felix understand exactly what my back problem was this time round. I was then given some probing to determine the exact area that was causing me distress & pain. This was followed by a manipulation session & some recommended exercises to fit into my daily routine to assist with the healing process. I left 30 minutes later feeling so much better than when I had arrived. I have my next session booked & feel well on the way to a swift recovery. Many thanks Felix.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending this practice, on and off, for a number of years and can't praise their support and professionalism enough. I have always been treated with the utmost respect and felt listened to. I am currently having treatment with Felix, who I have seen on many occasions over the years, but have also had treatment fron Archie and Josh, who have been equally as good. Not forgetting the receptionists who as helpful and friendly. Local, friendly, helpful, what more can I ask for. Extremely happy with service provided.

Felix has been the first professional to explain to me clearly what has been happening to my body & gave reassurance that I am, in time going to heal. He delivers his treatments with empathy, intelligence and kindness. I float out of the sessions, sleep well and feel armed with the right knowledge and facts to also take great care of myself too, today and beyond !

Fantastic experience: Having had back and neck problems a year ago I returned to Tollgate Healthcare, which I have used in the past for other issues. I started treatment with Josh, and with his skill and expertise soon began to make progress on reliving the pain and discomfort I was experiencing. I have made regular appointments to keep up the treatment that has enabled any issues to be kept at bay. All the staff at Tollgate Healthcare are brilliant, highly professional and throughly amazing at what they do, I can not recommended them highly enough for such great service.

Fantastic experience: I unfortunately hurt my back in lockdown and was so terrified I wouldn't be able to get treatment, I was so pleased to get in to see Andrew Gilmour. The practice has put in place all of the procedures which are clearly explained over the phone before you arrive. Waiting in your car pre appointment Andrew came to bring me in, taking my temperature before entering the practice. Face masks are worn and hand sanitiser used upon entry and exit of the building. You can wear your own mask or there are some available should you need one. Even though the full proceedures are in place its not awkward at all and you are always made to feel very looked after. All the rooms are wiped down between each appointment with new chair coverings which are easy to clean, and during treatment disposable aprons are used. Reception has a screen up and hand sanitiser available with payments taken by card as usual. Really impressed with the clean and safe operation keeping all of their customers safe without loosing any of the service. I have been going weekly throughout lockdown and the procedures are consistant and thorough everytime. Excellent as always and cant recommend them highly enough.

He gave very good advice on next steps and was very good at checking in to follow up on my progress and well being. I was deeply impressed by the care and understanding he showed. It was quickly established that I wouldn't be coming to see him, BUT, he was still happy to spend 15 minutes talking about my back issues and what he would do in my shoes. Andrew has done such a superb job of looking after my back that I am doing things now I never thought I would ever do again like cycling, running, horse riding and even digging the garden. Fantastic experience: I have recently received treatment for sports induced injuries from both Andrew and Felix. They are always totally focused, and in a quiet and confident manner gain a full understanding of the issue before commencing treatment. Invariably the problems are sorted out quickly, and AG & A are always excellent at recommending exercises to strengthen the problem area. Equally over the years Andrew has also had no hesitation in recommending alternative treatments from associate colleagues to me if he felt that these could be more effective. The quality of treatment at AG & A is also seen throughout the practice in respect of cleanliness, an excellent reception team, and ease of making appointments - Highly recommended
