Fantastic experience: Been fighting with my skin for 12 years thanks to PCOS, after trying every acne remedy/medication under the sun I lost trust in the skincare industry. I decided to get in touch with spoilt rotten to see if there was any treatment options for me that would help manage my flare ups. The lady I spoke to on the phone booked a good amount of time for me to have a FREE consultation and a facial. The beautician who carried out my treatment was extremely knowledgeable, understanding and knew exactly what I needed to help calm my skin down. The facial was SO relaxing and my skin on the day was very angry, it’s the next day and I woke up with already great results. My skin feels soft and already looks brighter. My acne is less irritated and my skin does not feel oily or clogged like it usually does using my home skincare. I was given samples of the products used to try at home to which I will be buying the full sized versions. I will 100% be returning for regular treatment. The facial was £70, worth every penny. I was sold on a journey rather than unrealistic ‘instant’ results. Definitely regained my trust in skincare. Thank you spoilt rotten❤️

It really doesn't matter which member of staff treats you, they all have a brilliant knowledge, are lovely to talk to and highly skilled. Fantastic experience: All of the girls here are so lovely. I always feel comfortable when I go and I’m always super pleased with the outcome. Had the LVL lashes done most recently. Completely pain-free. Emma did such an amazing job. 1000% would recommend. The also had the appropriate measures in place in regards to COVID-19, which made my visit very safe.

I had a full set of gel acrylics with nail art & a spa pedi amazing 11/10 safety measures in place & all staff are absolutely fab making you feel extra safe & comfortable. The lady who did my nails I can’t quite place her name silly me, but she was absolutely amazing & was so precise and really cared about what I wanted & how my nails looked. So lovely to chat to her also & it felt like I had known her years! Will definitely be going back soon!

The atmosphere is so welcoming and friendly and the salon is very relaxing After working day in day out it's the time of the week I most look forward to. I have acrylic nails every 2 weeks. Brow wax and tint, pedicures and I've also had a course of microdermabrasion. All the treatments are done very professionally and to a high standard nothing is too much trouble. Natalie and all the other therapists go above and beyond to make you feel so relaxed and welcome. I dont just see it as a salon I see it as visiting a friend, someone I trust.
