Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience and sorted out my hamstring problem in one visit, would highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Contacted Steve on Sunday morning and he saw me the same afternoon. I've been struggling with a calf issue on and off for the past 18 months. We had a brief consultation conversation, following which he did some acupuncture and deep tissue massage and I was on my way within the hour. Steve told me I should feel the difference in a couple of days...he wasn't wrong! Cannot rate his advice and treatment enough and I will definitely be arranging for regular monthly treatments to keep things working as they should! Thanks Steve

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Steve for a fairly regular sports massage for a few years now. His service is second to none. He gives excellent advice and his treatment room is always immaculate he is friendly and considerate he is a great listener and understands my issues especially as I drive a lot and have lots of aches and niggles and he always sorts me out.

Fantastic experience: I have suffered from severe shoulder pain from a huge knot behind my right shoulder that made it painful to even lay down. I was recommended Livewell by family and was booked in immediately the day after the GP told me to see a physiotherapist. I was looked after by Rosie who was friendly and informative, explaining each of her actions and how each area was connected, as well as how it contributed towards my pain. I feel much more relaxed and aware of the areas I hold tension, and plan to make more appointments in the future. I would recommend Rosie for anyone who has never had a massage before as she was very approachable and made me feel very comfortable. Thank you so much Rosie!

Fantastic experience: Went to see Steve on Tuesday for the first time as he came highly recommended , with a severe sciatica pain I'd been suffering with for near on 3 weeks, I've got to be honest my neighbour who recommended him said he'll really put you through it and he didn't disappoint but I guess no pain no gain and I certainly gained its now Friday and although still soar from the manipulation to be expected I'm 90% pain free he did say it would take several days to calm and he's right , he really knows his profession and would definitely recommend him he's also a very likable chap easy to talk to down to earth kind a guy. What more can I say if you have a problem give him a call , the other thing I liked there was no hard sell just the one session he said and only if you really need a tweak come back to me , superb.

Fantastic experience: I came to Steve having strained my lower back which was excruciating, I had some acupuncture and some soft tissue work which has worked wonders, I’ve made a huge improvement in just 24 hrs.

Fantastic experience: I went to Steve for a pregnancy massage today having been in pain for the last 5 weeks. Steve explained exactly what areas he would be working on throughout the massage and how I would need to lie on the couch etc. as I’d never had a massage before. Fantastic experience: Being a lorry driver I started to suffer from a severe neck/back pain. A huge knot behind my shoulder blade, being there for 6 months maybe more on and off. I went to one or two massage therapists, it did not do the trick. I found Live Well and went with Steve. Went with a Deep Tissue Massage. After expressing my issue, his explanation to the deep tissue totally reduced my pain. Advising another may be needed. Couldn’t have been happier with the result. Felt sore the next morning as advised, however the knot and aches reduced significantly. Due to book another soon.

Fantastic experience: I have been using Livewell Health for nearly 2 years for massages after various spinal operations. Some for healing injury, some for general healthy living. Diane, the lady who answers the phone, is always couteous and points me in the right direction. My most recent appt was with Natalia, who was professional and friendly. Most importantly, she understood which methods to use with my sciatica issue. She was very knowledgeable and was happy to go above and beyond by sending me exercises I could do at home (all in her owm time after my hour was up). All in all the business as a whole to me is faultless and I would highly recommend to anyone, even more so for injuries as I know it can be daunting using a new therapist if you are in pain. Thumbs up, 5 STARS.

Fantastic experience: Steve‘s in depth knowledge and incredible efficiency at getting to the root of the problem make him by far the best therapist I have ever come across, and over the years I’ve tried many. For me well worth travelling over an hour each way for. I truly can’t praise him highly enough.

Negative experience: ***Review update*** Ok so as you will see I previously highly recommended Steve, however being the long term loyal customer I have been. I'm very hurt by my most recent experience and feel it's only fair I share so others don't experience the same. Due to my youngest disabled twin son at school testing positive for covid at the specalist school he attends with his eldest twin brother I had to collect him. I notified Steve straight away. He then stated that I would be required to still pay half for cancelling within 24 hours of my appointment. Now I wouldn't of minded if Steve had informed me such a cancellation policy being in place especially as I've been a long term loyal customer since 2017. It was only a few weeks before Steve himself contacted me within his own so called 24 hour policy telling me his got no childcare for his children as his Mother has had to attend hospital appointment with his Father so he needs to come later as he has no childcare. Me being a single disabled neurodiverse (Severe ADHD Moderate Autism) parent to twin disabled twin son's I understood and happily accepted despite it actually putting me out with my own pre-booked commitments, because like him I am a parent and I understood how such circumstances can arise. Funny he never infomed me of his 24 hour cancellation policy then. I informed Steve I am unhappy at this as I assumed we had built a very good long term customer relationship over these years. A friendly warning that he would have to enforce the cancellation policy should it occurs again would of been both respected and adhered to by myself. So my advice make sure you are aware of this cancellation policy to avoid the breakdown of our 5 year relationship. Steve needs to remember that his business isn't irreplaceable, when it comes to money one can always go elsewhere but finding and keeping long term loyal customers is much harder! I would highly recommend Livewell Health. Steve is not only a expert in this area due to the high level of qualfication and in depth knowledge, he also gives 5Star customer service by always going that extra mile to make sure his client is satisfied whlist being highly professional at the same time. I have tried so many in the past and the number 1 reason why I went elsewhere was because they seemed to take my regular loyal custom for granted. This is why Steve's service is truly diverse and in my opinion he earns every penny for the high level of work he puts in!

Fantastic experience: So happy that I found Livewell Health! I was having severe back pain and loss of movement that Physios and Chiropractors couldn’t seem to resolve, but following my Deep Tissue treatment with Steve my range of movement is almost back to normal and pain has disappeared. Steve was very knowledgable and helpful, and made me feel at ease straight away - I have already recommended him to several people! I’m so grateful to him for helping my recovery and enabling me to be able to get back into my fitness routine - thank you Steve.

Fantastic experience: excellent service. had an issue with my lower back and Steve gave me a deep tissue massage. He massaged my back, shoulders and legs. I was a little sore the the following day but the pain in my back had almost gone. A few days later everything was fine with my back. He also resolved the long term issue in my shoulder which was bonus

Fantastic experience: After suffering with sciatica and shoulder pain for some time I decide to see Steve. I couldn't be more happy, the sciatica went over night and the mobility in my shoulder is getting better. I'm walking taller and with very little pain compared to when I went in. After a small consultation Steve got to the root cause and I am now able to sleep better and I feel more invigorated. Wil definitely use again.

She was a lovely professional lady, and gave me lots of advice along with a great massage which helped relax my muscles. 2 days later I feel much better; Will certainly be booking Hollie again soon !

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Steve highly enough. I took a nervous 12 year old to her first appointment & Steve put us both at ease immediately. He administers the massage while explaining the reason behind it. He is very knowledgeable & I feel my daughter is in the hands of an expert. My needle phobic daughter succumbed to acupuncture needles after Steve explained the benefits - he really is a miracle worker! The only negative is that we didn’t know about him sooner, but we are over the moon with the help he has given her now. We are huge fans & I would recommend Steve most highly.

Fantastic experience: Had my 1st session with Steve in relation to on-going neck and shoulder pain. After speaking about my symptoms, Steve was able to determine the root cause of the issue and applied various treatment methods (acupuncture and deep tissue massage) to treat it. I find Steve very experienced and passionate in helping people as well as providing excellent service. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic session with Steve. Makes you feel comfortable. Started off with a chat just on what I was hoping to get help with. Had some acupuncture to help with a trapped nerve whilst he worked on other muscles. The hour flew by and a week later really feeling the benefits of it so signed up for further sessions to carry on tackling my long list of ailments! Can't recommend enough!

Fantastic experience: Second visit with Steve due to a reoccurring neck/back problem, I brought my mom along this time aswell to have acupuncture. Fantastic service as always, nothing is ever too much trouble for Steve ( he emailed me a report of his findings with recommendations to give to my workplace) puts you immediately at ease, so knowledgeable and professional in his field and well worth the few days of soreness afterwards! Fantastic experience: Recently went to get a 1 hour sports massage by the lovely Steve, felt super comfortable, not awkward at all, conversation flowing, just super friendly, the environment and room itself was very comfortable to be in and a relaxed atmosphere, felt sore for the next two days however it was expected as I was very stiff prior to receiving the massage, but within 3 days, I felt far more relaxed, and felt like my muscles were loose, I also had the ability to stretch further than I normally could, will definitely continue to see Steve!

After the first session with Steve, I could move again- he was Friendly, Patient and answered alot of my questions and made me feel at ease. After the session- I said I must re-book, and he was a breath of fresh air-by saying, "lets see how you go and you may not need to come again", something I have never experienced before. Fantastic experience: Had a deep tissue massage today in Sutton Coldfield and honestly, it was the best back treatment I have EVER had. Hollie came to my house, set up, and didn’t stop until every knot was gone. All while I swore and screamed My back was locked tight with tension...had been in agony for days. Now have full movement, the hideous back pain has gone and I feel better. Cannot recommenced her or the service enough. Booked again for next week

Fantastic experience: I had 3 sessions with Steve and not only is he very knowledgeable about what he is doing he is really nice guy. He made me feel so relaxed and at ease throughout my time with him. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone. My treatment was very painful but Steve was mindful of that, only pushing your body to limits he knows were possible before allowing me a small break to recover. Fantastic experience: I visited Steve today for the first time regarding lower back issues I’ve been having for a while that recently resulted in me being admitted to hospital. After feeling the re occurring pain start again recently I went ahead and booked a massage with Steve. Though painful at times during my 30 minute massage, I was able to bend relatively pain free soon after for the first time in months. Steve was fantastic at explaining every process to me and I instantly felt totally at ease. I will definitely be going back in a couple of weeks to continue the work he started today.

Negative experience: I had a neuromuscular massage with Steve along with trigger pointing and acupuncture, this was my first treatment with Steve , the trigger pointing and acupuncture went ok the massage didn’t go so well as I was in pain and felt dizzy afterwards I asked with him how many trigger points I had , he said 4/5 but then days later he said 6, I then messaged him asked him what I could use to take away the pain I was in, he said heat and ibuprofen, or I would have to go to the doctors and try something else , i told him I was intolerant to heat and already on muscle relaxers so the advice was pointless to be honest , the trigger pointing and acupuncture went ok it was the massage that went wrong

Fantastic experience: I found Steve’s knowledge and skills in relation to sports physiotherapy and massage to be of the highest level. He sorted my problems out and now I’ve started a regular regime of massage to ensure they don’t occur again.

Fantastic experience: I am a crossfit-x-trainer fanatic which I have been for a number of years, with this type of training their are problems I have encountered with various injuries I have picked up along the way. I compete in local events and last Monday I woke up with strained muscle in my back. Panic struck in as I had trained hard for this event which was due to take place on Saturday. I contacted Steve and he was able to seem me immediately , had two treatments during the week, and very good expertise advise in terms of recovery this helped me immensely. As the day of the competition not only was I able to compete but do a PB and win the women's advance category. without Steve I don't think any of that would have been achieved, So I owe it to Steve thank you for your expertise, he is reliable, trustworthy and very good within his field as to the how the body/muscles/tissues function etc. I would recommend him 100%. I booked with Steve recently and following a consultation and review of my issues Steve treated my over trained and under stretched legs perfectly . Fantastic experience: Steve is an excellent massage therapist. He really knows his stuff in regard to anatomy and muscles - how everything works and how it should be. This is proper sports massage which get results, not always entirely comfortable, but well worth it!

Fantastic experience: 6 of us took part in a 40 mile charity walk recently and we hired Livewell health to give us a rub down at our halfway point. We arrived broken, i can honestly say we wouldn't of been able to continue without having a sports massage, Steve attended to me, explained what he was going to do and what he was working on. All of us were able to continue and finish thanks to being fixed up by Steve and his team. Fantastic knowledge and service from these guys, certainly recommend for any events or personal needs, top job!

Fantastic experience: I had just two treatment units with Steven Hartill who is a highly qualified therapist (level 5 qualification in Sports Massage & Injury Rehabilitation with the Oxford School of Sports Massage ) and he worked miracles. My neck and back pain is so much better and really improved my life without the constant pain I was suffering. Steve immediately recognised the problem and treat the whole body muscles and nerves that are connected to my back and neck problems. I am very satisfied and can't recommend Steve's treatment highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing different chirpractors and osteopaths for over 18months now, none who really diagnosed my problem. It was merely temporary relief. After seeing Steve, straight away he knew the intricacies of my muscle tightness and why it was affecting me the way it was. The session was incredibly painful but already, I am noticing so much more power when weightlifting, I actually think I may be able to play rugby again in the near future!
