Fantastic experience: I cannot praise Daria of ANA Therapies enough. Daria worked wonders on my newborn baby. For the first few weeks of my daughters life she used to continuously scream and cry. My husband and I were very worried about the amount she would be screaming especially as it sounded like she was in pain all the time. It would be really difficult to settle her and would become stressful for us all. After seeking advice from a few therapists that we already knew of we immediately booked a slot to see Daria for a mummy and baby session. It worked wonders!!! After 3 sessions with Daria my now 3 month baby is settled, calm and so much more relaxed. Fantastic experience: Had a nice lymphatic drainage massage combined with deep tissue massage with Sian Bond a few times now. I like the pressure with the deep tissue massage that Sian applies making me feel relaxed after every session.

Fantastic experience: Had a fantastic first session with Grace today for a hip issue. Grace was extremely thorough and informative in the examination of my hip area and came across caring and very knowledgeable in the appointment. She really worked on areas that needed treating and I have no doubt that with her help my condition will improve. *update* After my third session with Grace now my hip area has hugely improved, and no longer restricts my activities , I will continue to visit Grace for a bit of maintenance to prevent my hip troubling me again !!

Fantastic experience: Called up ANA on Friday after my back being wrecked for over 2 weeks spoke to a lovely lady on the phone ( sorry I’m not sure of her name ) she booked me in for Saturday with Morgan for a sports massage. Morgan was very thorough we went through history with my back and general health then did my massage. We had good conversation all the way though and she calmed my anxiety and made me feel at ease. 2 days later I’m sore but I can now put my shoes on again and move around a lot more. I have called up to re book even though there was no pressure to rebook at all and advised my friends to check them out. Thank you so much

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Grace, I have seen her about 5 times and I am no longer in any pain. In fact I was able to go for 8 weeks in-between seeing Grace and now at a point where it is more about maintaining. I have seen many different people over the years and feel that Grace's thorough, holistic approach is proving to be very beneficial to me.

Fantastic experience: Saw Grace today for a first appointment. I had been having pain/discomfort along my right hip down into my groin. Grace did a very thorough assessment and then began treatment. She carried out deep massage/manipulation, which although uncomfortable at times, was equally quite therapeutic. After treatment, was able to manoeuvre much more easily without the discomfort. Will be going next week for further treatment. Would thoroughly recommend Grace. She is very competent and told me what was happening in my body to cause the discomfort.

Fantastic experience: Iona Lim is so kind and an expert on the human body. I thought my back was the main problem but she soon identified that there were deeper underlying issues which she is helping me to work on. I really recommend her.

I have a very active job so need a lot of support and the occasional rehab, and every session at ANA is most definitely time and money very well spent! Fantastic experience: 7 days ago, I had my 1st session of a lymphatic drainage massage on a hematoma on the front side of my shin and could see difference straight away, by the end of the 1 hour session. The tightness of the skin had softened up and loosened. Just had 2nd appointment and the lump has got smaller and more evened out. Very happy with her knowledge and help. The nurse had told me to be aware that the body may just encase it and I would be left with a lump on my leg. A homoeopath told me about having a lymphatic drainage massage on it and I am so grateful. Seeing the difference after the 1st appointment Just had my 3rd session on the hematoma on my lower leg. With the upward stroking, to stimulate the lymphatic system and the use of the machine, the hematoma has reduced. The skin is a lot less taut and smoother. The dark shades of the old bruising are lightening, as the blood and lymph fluids are gradually clearing. Very pleased with the progression.

Fantastic experience: First time appointment and will not be my last! I felt very comfortable and sian made my experience so pleasant. I have suffered with my shoulder for a very long time and being in the beauty industry myself it takes a toll on my body. After a quick check and explaining what she needed to do and why she quickly got me onto the bed to start the process of sports massage helping to gain more movement and relaxing my muscles. I was recommended to come back every 4-6 weeks which to me is perfect and also she gave me some exercises to do at home to help open up my shoulder. Thank you again sian x

Fantastic experience: The ladies I've seen over the last two years are amazing. They really know their stuff and are so knowledgeable. Alex has been a massive support with visceral therapy, that's really helped with my symptoms from endometriosis. I've had a burning shoulder for weeks that wasn't getting any better that led to a stiff neck and constant headaches for over a week. 45 mins with Darya and no headaches and no burning shoulder. Highly recommend
