Fantastic experience: The practitioners at Unique not only know their stuff but the main benefit I have found from their treatments is that they practice what they preach in both a proactive and reactive manner which is very refreshing. Each practitioner I have seen are heavily focused on their own health and career progression which comes across in every session.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been attending the fitness classes at Unique Body Clinic since they began and can highly recommend Gemma and her team. I hadn’t done any exercise for about 7 years, took the plunge and so glad I did! Classes are small group classes, varied, and friendly. Although everyone performs the same workout, individuals can work to the best of their ability using the large range of equipment available. Both my fitness and health has improved in the short time I’ve been going. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been using the clinic for a while now for various aches and pains and Gemma always knows exactly what to do, when Gemma mentioned that she was starting PT classes I was really excited, my fitness had taken a back seat and I’d lost all motivation! Now I go 3 times a week and am absolutely blowing after each session. My aches and pains have diminished though! I train usually with Gemma or Callum and both of them are extremely talented and dedicated to their job. By the classes being small they are able to tailor the workouts to your needs and quite often as you go along through the session, this attention to detail is why I continue to go back week after week and highly recommend it to anyone who’ll listen to me. The sessions are brilliant and worth all the sweat and swearing. (sorry guys!)

Fantastic experience: I honestly cannot recommend Unique Body Clinic enough. From sports massage to osteopath to the small group fitness classes to the yoga classes, the service is second to none (and these are just the services I have used, they offer so much more than this including private gp, blood tests, health screening, reflexology, ear health check, acupuncture and more!) I always see Gemma for my osteopath appointments who is amazing, but all the staff are so friendly, professional and knowledgeable and really want to help you and I always leave feeling a lot better than when I walked in. Whatever your needs, Unique will have you covered!

Fantastic experience: Top treatment, friendly and extremely knowledgeable therapists.

Positive experience: Excellent place, so easy to book and the staff are super friendly. They all also appear to be almost over qualified!! It's very reassuring. I would say however, for my last 3 visits, 2 of them where I've been complaining of having a headache, the staff to tend to insist on nattering away even tho I'm complaining of my head about to burst. Just need to listen a bit more attentively to your client I think. Some are worse than others. I know it may appear slightly unfair of me saying this, but it's how I felt at the time and not wanting to offend by saying please shut the hell up . I'll add that if you're looking for a relaxing massage, this is not the place. This is a sport injury clinic first and foremost, which I would give 5* for in terms of their staff experience and knowledge.

Fantastic experience: I attended one of Gemma's fitness classes as the first session was a free taster. Wow this class was so good i loved it very friendly and it can be adapted to your fitness level. Instuctions and use of equipment are excellent. I have now become a regular at some of the classes, and my fitness its improving. Highly recommend this gym. What have you got to loss give them a try!

Fantastic experience: I have recently moved to the area and have been looking for a gym. Unique Body Clinic have been running small group taster exercise classes in their new gym area. The gym is small but well-equipped. I attended a small group session. We trained in pairs which added a supportive but encouraging element to the class. Had a great workout. Felt welcomed and not out of place as a 50+, not as fit as I would like to be, mother of 2. I am looking forward to their new ongoing classes. I have also had a massage at the centre which, along with the gym, I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: After a serious injury 16 years ago where i broke my back a d both arms, I regularly visit UBC and have had sports therapy and massage treatments from different therapists on site. All are professional and welcoming. The rooms are clean, fresh and private. I feel amazing when I leave after therapy. I can fully recommend the service. The work that goes into each person individually so you have a personalised therapy session/s is second to none. A wonderful team of people with a high standard of skill and knowledge

Fantastic experience: I very seldom write reviews but just wanted to leave feedback on the incredible service I’ve received so far from just two appointments with (Karen Long, Osteo) at Unique Body Clinic. Anyone suffering with an injury will know just how debilitating it can be and I’ve suffered on and off with shoulder pain for years which has constantly held me back in the gym. Today is the first day in years I’ve woke up feeling virtually free from pain. Karen has not only helped me physically but also mentally with the emotional setbacks that very often come with an injury. She doesn’t just focus on the injury but you as a whole package. I’ve walked away armed with knowledge and understanding that I’ve never been shown before, from visiting countless other clinics. For anyone suffering from pain, never give up. Keep searching for that one osteo that can literally make all the difference. They are out there! I couldn’t be more optimistic for the future.

Neil I have seen numerous times and he always explains what he is doing and why. This puts me at ease and has proved to be a lesson in how my body works. Both Gemma and Neil are friendly, approachable and professional in their practice. I have come across other members of staff on my visits and they are always friendly and helpful. Fantastic experience: I am a long term customer of Unique Body Clinic. I have benefitted from expert assessment and treatment for a range of muscular and skeletal issues. I have experienced sports massage, osteopathy and dry needling and find that with one or two treatments I am back in tip top shape. Fantastic experience: I had a number of osteopath sessions with Karen Long. I’d torn a ligament in my back and was also dealing with my father dying of lung cancer. Karen helped me both recover from the back injury and was also like a therapist discussing the situation with my father. The clinic is very clean and tidy and the staff are exceptionally professional. I would highly recommend if you ever need these kind of treatments

Fantastic experience: I have used osteopaths/sports massage services for many years and have to say this place is the most professional I have come across. Everyone is very warm and friendly, the place is spotless and always smells fab, as they burn candles made by the owner; although I have no idea where she finds the time to do that! Gemma was my therapist and the only words to describe what she does are "outstanding, full of passion, very knowledgeable." I can't recommend this place highly enough.

So friendly, professional and great at what they do. There's nothing more disappointing than booking a sports massage and feeling like no tension or knots have been released but I never have that experience here, I feel better every time! Fantastic experience: I have been to see Gemma or other members of her team whenever I have a few niggles with my body that needed attention. Gemma has a lot of knowledge about her business and always relieves the pain I have. This pain sometimes comes back, but the pain is less after the 2nd or 3rd I visit, until I fell 100& again. So a big thank you from me!!
