Fantastic experience: Treatment of HIFU was today so not yet able to say if it has worked but very efficient and professional. At times it can be a little uncomfortable but it’s not pain, feels like several tiny needles pricking your face. Asked throughout how I was, was it painful etc etc, treated with courtesy and respect, definitely use Cosmex again. here’s to some good results Update, I really look my plumped face, it’s not really plump but looks great, not sure how to describe it but looks great and so many comments. Have just had my second HIFU, hopefully it will look even better, thanks so much, great team, great work, really pleased!! Had my second polynucleotide, such a difference, I have 1 treatment left as it’s three in total but love how it looks already. Never smoked and o know you don’t have to but hated the lines on my upper lip, already looks so much better and my confidence has increased too, huge thank you

Fantastic experience: I use Cosmex Clinic for IPL treatments to help with my rosacea and age spots. Their service is first class and the regular IPL treatments have significantly improved my skin so that I now able to use less makeup or go without occasionally (something I would never do before!)

Fantastic experience: PhilArt Polynucleotides - I've been very pleased with this new treatment which has improved the skin around my lip line. I'm now giving it a go under the eye to make the skin more uniform. Its a bit uncomfortable but only for a few seconds and I found there is very little down time. Lou has great technique so I always feel safe and I'm looking forward to the second treatment and the results of course.

Negative experience: I cannot emphasise enough. do NOT go to this skin clinic!! they have absolutely RUINED my skin permanently. I was prescribed the glycolic acid around a year ago and I started to experience a soreness and a rash like appearance on my neck, thinking nothing of it I still continued to use the product as advised (which was x2 daily and to leave on for 10 minutes) At the time I was also undergoing their LED light treatment and the clinician did ask about my neck and I said I think it’s just my eczema, at that time they still did not tell me to stop using the glycolic acid even though it was visible my neck was a sensitive area. Skip to now I have white scars/ burn patches on my neck which are 6cm long. I have been trying to contact the clinic in which they responded and I was awaiting a response from their “dermatologist” I have been extremely patient in waiting as you can imagine this being a distressing time for me and no one has made an effort to respond to me, I have always had to chase the clinic myself & they have brushed me off and could only offer me an appointment in April and did not prioritise me as a client who has severe adverse side effects from products they are selling. Women and Men it is so dangerous to be confiding in “skin experts” as you could end up like me with permanent vitiligo like scars which I now have to live with. Please please please do you research properly prior to seeking skin treatment!!!

Fantastic experience: Lou is very personable but always professional. And boy does she know her stuff . Lou will always tell you the (sometimes) painful truth and if she believes she cannot improve on the status quo, she will refuse to treat you nor take your money. Lou has the responsibility of providing clinical space for several therapists. She maintains a lovely old building; the heating costs are phenomenal but she would never treat anyone unnecessarily in order to pay the latest bill. You can absolute confidence in Lou.

Negative experience: A total disaster......total disappointment. Got appointment twice and the first time saying no equipment and will order it soon, and now the second time here, still a mess. No one in the clinic even borthers to call to reschedule the appointment. Really do not care about their customers. Absolutely not recommended, unless you have time to waste.

Fantastic experience: Clinic sparkling clean and my practitioner was very professional and skilled. My pain threshold is not great but by following advice re breathing it was very bearable. Am looking forward to completing the course in 3 or ,4 weeks time.
