Positive experience: The usual decent Pret experience with a clean environment, friendly staff and good quality food and drink. I found some of the stock levels less than perfect on this visit though so I couldn't get my first choice. Satisfied with the alternative though.

Fantastic experience: The Leeds Trinity branch with it's highly professional and friendly staff is a regular stop for us as a family. Spacious, clean and well laid out.
Positive experience: Always great coffee and lovely friendly baristas. My only pet hate is wooden stirrers. I know plastic is an issue and I'm all for getting rid of the stuff but you can ask for cutlery if preferred.

Positive experience: Am a regular here and used to really love it. Recently has dropped in quality on multiple fronts and I think the staff has a lot to do with it. Previous staff always knew your order and recognised you, this lot even after a year ask the same stupid questions. Coffee usually doesn't taste that great any more, toasties are under toasted and the best cookies are no longer sold. Not sure what happened but id look at training for the manager and a few tactical staff changes to bring the place back to its former self. It's not bad, it's just that we've seen it be great.
Fantastic experience: Kinda love this place. It's the perfect alternative to a fast food for far more healthy food, freshly prepared day by day and the beverages are cool too. They have a personal style a little vintage that is really nice and it always makes me feel at home, in a really comfortable place, suitable to study too.
