Fantastic experience: I have attended two of Kathryn's courses and I've really enjoyed them. As a mum of two finding the time to exercise is always a challenge so being able to bring your baby along is great. Kathryn is really knowledgeable and takes the time to ensure you are using the right technique and give you alternatives depending on your own abilities/birth recovery.

Fantastic experience: I've absolutely loved taking part in both of Kathryn's Mumma Rebuild programmes. I feel so much stronger, and my pelvic floor is miles better than it was after my first child (really wish I'd done this back then too!). I've learnt so much about breathing, engaging my muscles, and moving with proper form. Kathryn is incredibly knowledgeable, completely non-judgemental, and genuinely cares about your progress. If you’re a Mumma looking to rebuild your strength post birth and get back to feeling fit in a safe and supported environment then look no further. I found Kathryn on instagram after having my second baby last summer and I have been doing her Mumma Rebuild courses since 12 weeks postpartum. I am an ex professional dancer, now dance teacher so was already aware of my body (so I thought), but Kathryn has helped me build my strength from the inside out so that now I feel the strongest I’ve ever been! She has so much knowledge, is super friendly and her classes are so enjoyable. No matter what level of fitness you are, this is the class for you as she will adapt exercises for you individually according to your stage of postpartum. You can take bubba with you to the class which makes life so much easier, so it’s also a little baby social which is lovely. I have just finished my 4th course with Kathryn and am already looking forward to the next one!
Fantastic experience: I attended the 6 week Mumma Rebuild: The Foundation group and would really recommend. It was a really great reintroduction to exercise postpartum and a good way to meet other mums too. Kathryn is lovely and was fab at supporting us to make adaptations to the exercises if we needed to hold or feed baby during the cicruits. I enjoyed it so much I've signed up to the follow on course.
Fantastic experience: I have just finished the mumma fondation 6 week course. It was fab, I really enjoyed it. Kathyrn ensures you are in alignment and doing the exercises correctly. She always gives different options if you need to take it easy or push yourself or if you are mid feed or carrying your baby there is always an alternate move that you can try. This course was a perfect way to get myself back into exercise gently and safely, it has helped me to mobilise my body and I’m feeling stronger and fitter. It was so lovely to do the course with such a lovely group of ladies and babies - I can’t wait to get going with the next course. 100% recommend!!!
Fantastic experience: I attended Kathryn’s Mumma Rebuild: The Foundation course following the birth of my son and would highly recommend it to any new mum looking to get back into fitness and connect with their bodies during pregnancy. Kathryn has a great teaching style and is really welcoming and flexible with seeing to babies needs during the class, adapting exercises when needed. She also kindly held my baby to keep him entertained so I could finish the circuit. The course builds across the 6 weeks and has an easy to follow home programme as well. I feel really strong and happy with my progress. If you are thinking about booking don’t hesitate.
Fantastic experience: Kathryn’s Mumma Rebuild course is a lovely gentle reintroduction to exercise and I felt in very safe hands throughout. Kathryn’s exercise explanations are super easy to understand and she gives gentle but clear technique corrections during the class. There’s a programme to follow at home to keep you ticking over between classes but with no pressure. It’s also a great way to meet other mum’s and babies. Fantastic experience: I’ve never been good at maintaining an exercise routine but I started training with Kathryn at 1 year postpartum and love my sessions with her. She is incredibly supportive, tailors everything to you and adapts as and when needed, and you can really feel the progress. Fantastic experience: I first got to know Kathryn when I took part in her Mumma Rebuild classes when I was on maternity leave with my first daughter. She was so informative about post partum exercise that I knew I wanted her as my PT on my second maternity leave. We started our 1-1s 6 weeks after I’d given birth and Kathryn gave me the perfect exercise plan which eased my body back into strength work. She has helped me form good, consistent habits and has changed my attitude towards exercise for the better. I have been doing one-to-one sessions with her for a few months now and have really noticed the progress. She’s incredibly knowledgeable about postnatal recovery and tailors exercises to suit me and my body. Fantastic experience: This was my first course with Kathryn, after having my second baby. It is honestly hands down the best "for me" class I have been to since having both my babies. It's that good, I've already signed up to my second block of classes in September! Kathryn is incredibly good at creating a supportive and non-intimidating environment for new mums and their babies. Kathryn is always super approachable and takes the time to help each of us individually with our exercises to make sure we felt comfortable and were focusing on the right areas. I really liked the progression of the classes each week, and how mentally strong and happy I felt after each class! I loved meeting other Mums and my son loved being included in the class and spending time with the other babies whilst we worked out! If you opt to do any classes during your maternity leave - this should be the first one on your list!

Fantastic experience: Kathryn is a wonderful PT. I attended two rounds of her Mumma Rebuild classes and came out stronger because of it. As you can take your baby with you, she adapts the moves to suit if the baby is fussing (or indeed happy but just wants to be up!) so you can still work out just as well as if you were solo. It was a great introduction back into working out after a c section. I’d recommend Kathryn to anyone, no matter what kind of birth you had.

Fantastic experience: I joined Kathryn's 'Mumma Rebuild' course and immediately came out with a smile on my face. It was brilliant to have a space to focus on me again and to get back exercising in a sensible and supportive space. Fantastic experience: I had 1:1 sessions with Kathryn from when I was pregnant until postpartum and also joined Kathryn’s ‘Mumma Rebuild’ group class. Kathryn is an amazing motivator, the classes are always fun and I really enjoy the variety of exercises we do! Kathryn also shows how to modify and progress the exercises, how to breathe during them and corrects when you do them wrong which made me feel really safe and confident I wasn’t overdoing it and saw myself getting stronger over time. I used the breathing techniques when I was in labour and Mumma Rebuild has helped me get back into exercise postpartum - I look forward to all our sessions. Kathryn always shows up positive and encouraging and is just a lovely person to be around. It makes such a difference having a plan between sessions too. I can’t recommend Kathryn’s enough - especially for to-be and new mums.
Fantastic experience: I feel so lucky to have found Kathryn and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a personal trainer and especially women postpartum. After my emergency caesarean I didn’t know where to start in trying to rebuild my core and regain my fitness. Kathryn set out an excellent programme to help me steadily and safely improve my strength. Having worked with several personal trainers in the past Kathryn really stands out as best in class. She puts a huge amount of time into building bespoke programmes for all of her clients and her attention to detail during each session is outstanding. She is also just a lovely person and really understands what new Mums are going through. I always look forward to weekly sessions with her.
Fantastic experience: Kathryn has worked with me both whilst pregnant and post-partum in PT sessions and I have also attended her Mumma Rebuild classes (all of which says a lot about how much I rate her). Fantastic experience: I took part in Kathryn’s first ‘Mumma Rebuild’ course. It was fantastic! A great way to get back into exercise after having a baby. Kathryn understands the changes the body goes through in pregnancy and in giving birth so the exercises were challenging but tailored to the group. It was nice to have an ‘appointment’ to get out the house but Kathryn also provides a programme to follow from home between sessions, as well as a WhatsApp group. It was lovely to take my baby and not worry if she needed to be fed or cuddled, she was quite happy listening to the music.

Fantastic experience: Kathryn’s mummy rebuild classes are great. Kathryn has a wealth of knowledge which means she can support you to challenge yourself and adapt the exercises to what you need. She helps you get your technique right. There is a mix of strength and cardio fitness. Kathryn creates a relaxed environment where it feels fine to feed/cuddle your baby as needed. I would highly recommend her classes!
Fantastic experience: I have been lucky enough to work with Kathryn for over two years. My initial goal was to lose some lockdown weight and feel more healthy. Not only have I been able to achieve my weight loss goals, but Kathryn has helped develop my body confidence and improve my overall well-being. Fantastic experience: After struggling post birth with pelvic floor symptoms, and feeling low in confidence with respect to building exercise and running back into my life, I was delighted to be introduced to the Mumma Rebuild sessions. Kathryn is a wonderful trainer who clearly is passionate about what she does and takes the time and effort to ensure each and every individual in the class is exercising safely and correctly to rehab back after pregnancy and giving birth. The exercises are targeted to building up both pelvic floor strength and overall body strength and I am feeling so much stronger after attending for the last few weeks. I’ve also really enjoyed the classes and have met some lovely mums. I would recommend these classes to anyone who is looking to start exercise post birth.

Fantastic experience: I have been doing Kathryn’s Mumma Rebuild classes and highly recommend. She makes it easy getting back into fitness as baby can come along too. She is super knowledgeable on PP recovery and is very conscious everyone in the class is at different stages of PP and provides different options/levels for each exercise. Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Kathryn since 4 months post-partum, in preparation for my wedding next month. Kathryn took the time to understand my goals, developed a bespoke training programme for me that is reviewed monthly, and really ensures that my form is on point. I feel so much stronger, and appreciate her support in helping me get back into shape after pregnancy. I highly recommend Kathryn if you’re looking for a personal trainer who understands pregnancy and being a mum!
Fantastic experience: Kathryn is absolutely fantastic. She takes a customised approach for each person she works with ensuring you meet your goals but also helping remove any negative mindsets they may have around health and fitness. I had a very unhealthy way of looking at food and working out, but she has helped me change this mindset and so achieve my goals and feel better about myself. She has also helped me strengthen my glutes and my ankles - i was spraining my ankles frequently but with her help this has stopped. I really look forward to my sessions with Kathryn and I thoroughly recommend her.
Fantastic experience: I was looking for a way to get back into exercising after having my second child. I wasn’t sure where to start, what to do or how hard to push my body. Kathryn has given me the tools to start building up strength again. Her Mumma Rebuild sessions are brilliant and she takes great care of the individual, in terms of adjusting your posture, suggestions on breathing and she provides varied exercises which support, but also challenge your body within reason. She’s always available with suggestions or advice and being a mum herself, she understands the issues that you might be faced with. I’d recommend these sessions to anyone I come across!
Fantastic experience: Kathryn’s classes have been fantastic for getting me back into exercise postpartum. She is extremely approachable and welcoming, amongst the busy class of other ladies she ensures your form is strong and any exercises are adapted for your needs as required. I’ve enjoyed Kathryn’s classes so much that I am now also doing 1:1 PT sessions with her too which have been great. Kathryn explains the areas of focus in each exercise in layman’s terms so that you can really visualise and understand what you’re aiming for - which for me has been great!
Fantastic experience: Couldn’t recommend Kathryn’s Mumma rebuild classes enough. She’s a brilliant PT who is very motivating. The class atmosphere is so friendly and relaxed. It’s great to be able to take my baby along and dedicate some time for myself to get back into my fitness.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Kathryn's Mumma Rebuild classes. You can feel comfortable bringing your baby and whatever stage your body is at, get back into fitness post birth. Kathryn is great at coming round and checking in during the class, or giving feedback/correcting your positioning during exercises. Fantastic experience: I’ve been attending Kathryn’s mumma rebuild classes for the past couple of months and highly recommend them. It’s fantastic to find a fitness class you can bring your little one to and Kathryn is so good at coming round and helping you understand how to do each move correctly. The classes are a great workout and the circuits set up allows me to try lots of different movements, my little one happily watches me.

Fantastic experience: I started training with Kathryn 3 months postpartum and after a long time without training I was worried I would never get back to my pre-pregnancy fitness levels. After my first meeting with Kathryn I knew I had found the perfect trainer to help, she developed a plan that has enabled me to build up my strength, confidence and overall fitness. Alongside her specialist knowledge in pregnancy/post-pregnancy fitness (with a particular focus on breathing and pelvic floor improvements) Kathryn has introduced exercises to build strength around an old recurring injury - creating a truly bespoke program for me. Our sessions are varied which means they’re never dull and I really look forward to training each week. I highly recommend Kathryn to anyone looking for a personal trainer, she’s great!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Kathryn’s Mumma Rebuild classes for a few weeks now and have been really enjoying them (no clock watching in these classes!) I love the relaxed atmosphere and Kathryn is really great at checking everyone’s form and explaining the exercises, I’ve definitely learnt a lot more about my body since starting the classes, in particular the pelvic floor which is so important to recovery. Being able to bring my baby is great and means that I can actually dedicate some time to getting back to exercise and rebuilding my body after having my baby.
Fantastic experience: I thoroughly recommend Kathyrn's Mumma Rebuild sessions. It's difficult to find classes that are focused on new mums, so these are brilliant for getting back into exercise more easily, as you can take your baby along with you! And of course it's also fun for them. Sessions are varied to keep it interesting and I feel like I've worked my whole body afterwards. Kathryn is so good at taking the time to make sure you're doing each exercise correctly and therefore getting the most out of it, working the right muscles. There is also great flexibility as exercises can be adapted for individual needs or if your baby needs a cuddle/feed during. I would recommend any new mum wanting to regain or improve fitness attends, as it really is suitable for all!
Fantastic experience: I've been attending Kathryn's 'Mumma Rebuild' classes for a few weeks now and love them! The circuit format keeps things fun and there's always a variety of new exercises to try. Kathryn is very knowledgeable and always takes the time in class to ensure we're comfortable and performing exercises correctly. There's a large emphasis on regaining or building strength in our pelvic floor and I often leave the session feeling more mobile and like I've stretched and released tension from baby wearing/lifting etc. My little one loves watching me exercise and also enjoys meeting and playing with other babies. Couldn't recommend the sessions more!
Fantastic experience: I booked PT sessions with Kathryn shortly after having my daughter in May. She really helped me build up my strength postpartum and gave me the confidence to start training again. She was always on time to our 1-1 sessions and was extremely accommodating to time changes if my baby was playing up! She even helped me feed Sienna during a session which was very helpful. I would recommend Kathryn!

Fantastic experience: Kathryn has been my personal trainer since last year and has been helping me on my weight loss and body toning journey. I cannot thank her enough. She is patient, friendly and quite knowledgeable in what she does. I have been having lower back problems for a while and she made sure to take that into account while doing the exercises and building my core strength. I was a bit apprehensive if I would be able to do the exercises with my back issues but she put my mind at ease. Although some of them are a bit hard to begin with but she monitors every move carefully so as to avoid any injury/pain to my lower back and in general. She has been quite good at motivating me to stay on track with my diet as well. Highly recommend Kathryn!
Fantastic experience: I have known and worked with Kathryn since 2019. She came highly recommended by a friend and I can see why. All my life I have been trying to find a way to make physical activity sustainable and regular feature of my daily routine, and had never succeeded before. But Kathryn has single handedly turned that around. I started with working out with her 1 day a week to now doing it 5 days a week! And the credit totally goes to her in keeping me motivated, adapting and adjusting routines as often as needed, while ensuring progress — and all with a single minded goal of keeping me going in a way thats balanced and sustainable. And we achieved all this despite the lockdown. Her program has done wonders to my body strength, flexibility and general well being (physical and emotional). She is very knowledgable, and extremely good at keeping a close eye on the right body postures and working the right group of muscles, even when doing an online class. Plus her fun, caring style means I really look forward to the workout sessions with her! Can’t recommend her highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Kathryn has been my "Go To" PT this last couple of years....I have been going through a bit of ups and downs with my physical abilities and my weight loss but Kathryn has been there for me and has forever encouraged and motivated me.....her exercises are tailor made to keep me going without hurting or causing more injury to current self, she also includes the exercises my physiotherapist has prescribed into the program which makes it very easy to follow ....she closely monitors my food intake and proposes healthy alternatives when I fall of the wagon.....we have lil talks between exercises regarding our daily lives and that makes me open up on any difficulties I have in following the program, she gives me a pep talk and always acknowledges the milestones in my weight loss journey.....she makes me feel like I am in good hands ...Thank you Kathryn for all that you have done and looking forward to more sessions with you and achieving the goal.....
Fantastic experience: Kathryn has been my fitness life saver throughout lockdown! I started with her group classes at the beginning and now have been having PT sessions for over a year. Kathryn has been so good at keeping me motivated, something I really struggle with. She creates a journey that is suited to my goals and make sure we progress but at the right pace so that it’s in a healthy way. I really like that she’s not just a PT, we also have fun by chatting about general life so it’s like working out with a friend :)
Fantastic experience: Kathryn has been so helpful in my weight loss journey! I struggled for years trying to stick to diets and fitness routines but could never find the motivation to keep going. When I started training with Kathryn it all changed- I found that going to the gym was no longer a scary and daunting place for fit people only! Kathryn made fitness feel inclusive and accessible. She is so encouraging and gives me the motivation to workout regularly! I’m really pleased with the progress I’ve made so far, and even though my progress has been slow, Kathryn hasn’t pressured me or made me feel guilty when I’ve had a bad week. I’m finally beginning to feel confident in how I look and I’m feeling so much stronger! We’ve been training for around six months now and I couldn’t have chosen a better personal trainer!
Fantastic experience: Kathryn is such an amazing trainer. Her gentle but strong methods really motivate you to keep going even when you slip on your habits etc. She's really made me understand that this is a marathon and not a sprint.
Fantastic experience: I was super happy with Kathryn’s weekly pt sessions. As a tired working mum with two young kids i had put on extra weight that I couldn’t shift and had no time, desire or know how on how to use a gym properly. Through weekly 1 hr sessions with Kathryn (and her advised dietary changes), I was able to meet my weight loss goals (losing 12% or 7Kgs of my starting body weight over 16weeks and got my bmi back into the healthy zone from overweight. I am by no means at an ideal weight, but I am happy with what I have gotten down to and the weight has stayed off (mostly!) a few months on. She tailored her sessions for my specific problem areas, rotated around core, cardio, strength and different body areas, and progressively made things harder in line with what I could handle. She also gave weekly exercises to do for c 20 mins 3 x per week which was very achievable I have since recommended Kathryn to neighbours, friends and my husband who have all taken up sessions with her! I will definitely recommend! And I also thank her immensely for helping me
Fantastic experience: Kathryn is one of the best personal trainers I’ve come across. She helped in get into shape in very short time period. She pushes you to give it your best, keeps changing the exercise to challenge your body and is very friendly and encouraging. I highly recommend her.
Fantastic experience: I met Kathryn in June 2019 and started my sessions in July. At that time, I had just joined the gym and knew absolutely nothing about how to exercise properly. Long story short, I hurt my knee and so when I met Kathryn I told how I wanted to learn how exercise with stressing my knee. We met up twice a week for our sessions and she told me to go to the gym on three other days and work on my diet as part of my homework. Within, 6 weeks of being consistent I had not only lost weight but I felt much better about my body. Now in January 2020, I still go to the gym minimum twice or three times a week. Lastly, Kathryn is kind but firm and encouraging. I am so proud of myself and I credit my success to the 10 sessions we’ve had together in total. Now, I have all the tools I need to lose or maintain my weight. She's the best.
Fantastic experience: Kathryn is really great. I was suffering from back and neck pain for few years but too shy to go to the gym as I was never good in exercising. Finally I made my mind and was lucky enough to have Kathryn as my personal trainer and now everything has changed. No more pain! I noticed a positive change in my appearance and posture.I am happy and more energetic than ever. My friends are asking me what I have been doing as I look healthy and fit again. I’m going to gym almost everyday. Fantastic experience: What to say about Kathryn...friendly, approachable, kind, non-judgemental and just a down to earth kinda coach! I only worked with her for a little while as I moved to Australia but the time I spent with her was brilliant. She is focus, understood my back problems and adapted my sessions to meet my needs. There are many coaches/personal trainers out there but she is irreplaceable. I haven’t been successful in finding someone as good out here. If you are unsure whether or not to train with her, let me reassure you as it will be the best thing you ever do. Not only do I miss her fitness sessions, I miss her as a good friend!
