We ensure our training works for you by having personal training sessions and classes on the hour, every hour from 6.00am -8.00pm (Monday to Wednesday) and from 7.00am to 12.00 (noon) (Saturdays)
Every member has a dedicated coach that works with you in every area of need from exercise, nutrition, motivation and more.
We offer 1-1 Personal Training, Small Group Personal Training and classes to ensure there is something for everyone.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to The Fitness Collective for nearly 3 years and I can’t recommend the place enough! Have never been a proper gym goer but with the individual training plans and small group training sessions I am stronger now than ever before. All the coaches are excellent and can differentiate individual needs which is perfect when as a casual runner I have constant injuries. Sessions are hard but fun.

It’s a safe, non-intimidating environment that focuses on results. The coaches are highly experienced & attentive. They always bring the energy to the sessions & help you to achieve your personal fitness goals. I highly recommend their 6 week accelerator course in which I gained muscle mass & lost body fat, all whilst still able to enjoy the lifestyle/food and treats that I like. The small group PT sessions are on the hour, every hour so there are plenty of options to suit. Weekly yoga & mobility sessions are also included in the membership. I cannot recommend this gym enough, they offer free trials so it’s well worth checking out for yourself.

Fantastic experience: This place is more than a gym, it’s like a second home thanks to the coaches and members!! I started TFC just over three and a half years ago and haven’t looked back. This is the longest I’ve ever stuck to a fitness routine, and I’m fitter than I’ve ever been—I even look forward to working out! The coaches are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and motivating, and no two sessions are ever the same. There is a variety of sessions including stretch, power, hybrid, sweat, zone match, strength, yoga and training is done in small groups with plenty of guidance and support, creating a friendly and welcoming environment where no one feels intimidated. What really sets TFC apart is the community. There are regular social events, and it genuinely feels like being part of something more than just a gym. If you want to improve your fitness while joining a supportive and inclusive community, I’d highly recommend The Fitness Collective.

Fantastic experience: I joined The Fitness Collective on the 6 week Accelerater Programme almost 2 years ago and have never left!!! My purpose was to get strong! Having retired just before joining, it gave me a new focus and I became committed to getting stronger, feeling healthier and fitter. Fantastic experience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ !! I’ve been a member of The Fitness Collective for almost five years! It’s kept me sane, helped me grow stronger emotionally and physically, and introduced me to a brilliant community of people. The atmosphere is genuinely welcoming, no ego, no intimidation, just everyone doing their own thing and cheering each other on. There’s a great variety of sessions: strength, cardio, running, yoga, stretch, and open gym. You get a main coach who follows your progress, but all the coaches take the time to get to know you (and they’re all super lovely humans). They’re great at tailoring plans to whatever you’re aiming for (whether that’s a running programme, your first pull-up, or an adjusted session because you have an injury). There’s also a social side for anyone who wants it, hikes, accelerator and Christmas parties. And it’s easy to get to, right in the centre of West Bridgford. Parking’s easy on the road nearby or at the Co-op around the corner (free for an hour). The coaches are fantastic, the community is top-notch, and I honestly couldn’t recommend The Fitness Collective more!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of the Fitness Collective for almost 4 years. When I first started I was so unfit that I felt like I was going to die or vomit every session. Despite that, and thanks to the amazing coaches and their support, I have continued to go regularly ever since. I am now very significantly stronger and fitter than I was, as well as having lost a lot of body fat. The coaches are all excellent, and spend time to get to know you and what you can/can't do due to injury, and if needed adapt what you do each session. This is very reassuring, and means that you don't waste time trying to do something which either you can't manage, or which would aggravate a pre-existing problem. In addition, the coaches make it fun - or as close to fun as hard exercise can be! I would whole heartedly recommend it to anyone who wants to improve their fitness.

Fantastic experience: A gym that feels more like a club you’re excited to come back to every time. It’s people and community centred, always filled with friendly, energetic individuals who motivate and challenge you. The coaches are attentive, engaging, and encouraging, no matter where you’re starting from. They always take the time to explain proper technique and offer alternatives so you wake up aching in all the right places the next morning. There’s a range of sessions to choose from, like small-group personal training, hybrid cardio, or yoga - whatever works for you, how ever often works for you. Having tried a few open gyms before joining The Fitness Collective, the results, both physical and mental, after just a short three months have far exceeded anything I managed on my own, even after much longer periods of trying.

Fantastic experience: The best value for money you will ever get from a gym! The group session format works brilliantly to balance between enough indiv focus and enough energy and momentum drawn from the group around you. The coaches are all amazing. They genuinely care about you and your progress and will - and have many, many times for me! - adapt workouts to make sure they work for you. Fantastic experience: I joined the gym earlier this year. I selected this gym out of all the ones available because of two things. One was the small group personal training which is more affordable than 121 training but is really effective and the second was the sense of community. The members organise events outside the gym - like Sunday walks; everyone is so friendly, I always feel welcome when I walk through the door. The coaches are all amazing - each one brings something different to the training and that adds to my slow but steady fitness improvement. They are also all fun which makes sessions go easier!

Fantastic experience: I joined The Fitness Collective 3 months ago, which has since transformed my fitness and strength levels. The Facilities are modern and are in a good location. All coaches are friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. In particular, my coach Michael has helped me with nutrition and my form massively. Since joining my technique has improved significantly and I can see how I have progressed. So thanks to everyone involved at TFC for making that happen!
Fantastic experience: I couldn’t recommend the fitness collective enough for anyone looking for a new gym, I started on the accelerator programme in April - this is a great method of quick fat loss and can help to hold you accountable. The coaches are extremely knowledgable and approachable and other members are always friendly. The sessions are kept fun and can be tailored towards your goals.

Fantastic experience: I'd barely ever set foot in a gym before joining the Fitness Collective a year ago. Twelve months on, I'm as surprised as anyone that I'm now a regular gym-goer! Fantastic experience: I joined The Fitness Collective after my first pregnancy. Post partum, my diet was all over the place, swapping the healthy diet I maintained during pregnancy for anything that would give me a quick energy fix, which was mainly cake and chocolate. I had gained two stone and desperately wanted to get back into my old clothes. I have only been at the gym for four months and I have lost over 8kg. Having a dedicated coach that keeps you honest, both from a diet and exercise point of view has been absolute magic for me. I'm accountable and I'm seeing results each week. Once I've reached my target weight, I'd love to start building muscle mass, and I'm confident I'll achieve that goal with their support. Every coach knows me by my first name, they always say hello and it's incredibly welcoming. Fantastic experience: I joined this gym last month on the 6 week Accelerator Programme, not knowing how it would go or whether I would fit in after having had nearly a year away from training due to an injury. I shouldn’t have had any worries, because from the minute I started I valued, supported and listened to. I exceeded my expectations of the programme, thanks to the staff but especially to my assigned personal trainer, Joseph. If you are looking to become part of a community, I can’t recommend this place more and as soon as the programme ended I immediately signed up to become a fully fledged member. My friend gave me a weeks membership and I feel in love with the staff, members and training so much I first joined there 6 week program as I was already a member at another gym. At the end of my 6 weeks I couldn’t imagine not being a member any longer so have now joined! I really cannot sing everyone’s praises enough! I joined TFC just over a year ago after a long break from strength training, dealing with arthritis, niggling injuries, and a dip in confidence as I hit my late 50s. I honestly thought my days of feeling strong and capable were behind me — but TFC has really changed that. The small group personal training, with its tailored support and adaptations, has helped me build strength safely and steadily. I’ve seen progress in every area of my fitness, and I’m currently doing the 6-week Accelerator to take things up a notch. I’ve even realised I haven’t needed pain relief for my hips in over a month! The coaches are knowledgeable, caring, and genuinely invested in every member’s success. They’ve taught me how to fuel my body properly to train and recover — no fads, just science-backed, sustainable guidance. My coach Helen is incredible and seems to know just how to tweak each PT session to help me hit my goals and feel like I’m achieving more each week. Fantastic experience: I joined early this year for a one-month trial when I decided to go back to the gym, and I must say, so far so good. I am enjoying my experience so much; I am seven months in. I love how personal, community, and people-centered it is. The people are nice, funny, and friendly. The coaches do care about their job and every member. Each session is full of adventures and different beautiful personalities coming together. Love it so much . Really enjoying my experience. Totally would recommend.
Fantastic experience: I could not recommend the Fitness Collective more. It’s truly transformed the way I work out. Being able to book small group personal training with hourly options has been great. I always felt lost in a conventional gym, aimlessly looking round or waiting for machines. Here the workouts are effective, efficient and there’s always someone on hand to help and give advice. The most wonderful thing about the Fitness Collective are the coach’s. They know every member individually, they know what you want to achieve, the environment created is like no other gym. The members are incredibly friendly, welcoming and encouraging. It’s a space to thrive in fitness and meet wonderful people.
Fantastic experience: I cannot speak highly enough of this PT-led gym! I have been a member at a lot of the big-name gyms and none of them comes close to the personal service and dedication that you get from the staff at TFC. You get assigned a PT who takes a genuine and continued interest in your goals, provides ongoing support and encouragement and tailors the PT sessions to align with your goals. There’s also a real sense of community about this gym. I’ve been a member for 3 months and already been invited to a number of social events and attended a social hike in the Peak District where I got to know a lot of the other members. If the typical gym vibe is not your thing (and it isn’t mine either) definitely give TFC a try.

Fantastic experience: I initially joined the 6-week Accelerator Programme and have been a member ever since! It’s by far the best gym experience I’ve had. The atmosphere is always positive and welcoming from the moment you walk in. The coaches are incredibly supportive and always ready to offer guidance. Fantastic experience: I’d been hearing good things about the fitness collective, decided to join the 6 week accelerator programme myself and now I’m nearly 3 months in and thoroughly enjoying my training and since have put on 2kg of muscle mass since my last weigh in. Fantastic experience: The friendly team at the Fitness collective set you up for success by understanding what you want to achieve and then building an exercise and nutrition programme to make it happen. Following the plan is down to you, but the support is always there: Your knowledgable coach will help keep you accountable and if you do follow the plan to the letter, you WILL see results. In the 3 months I've been a member I've lost 5.5Kg of body fat and gained over 1Kg of muscle. Fantastic experience: Two years ago there was no way I would feel confident about walking into a gym, but the coaches at The Fitness Collective make you feel so comfortable. They see potential in everyone and build your confidence, and they push you to achieve things way beyond what you thought you were capable of and I’m so grateful for that. Absolute legends. Fantastic experience: The fitness Collective is such a great place! The first time I walked through the door I was made to feel so welcome by the coaches and members and that hasn’t ever changed. I joined on the 6 week accelerator programme and I got so much more out of it that I ever thought I would! The support and accountability was the kickstart I needed and It’s not just been the physical changes, but I feel 100% better mentally and have fallen back in love with training. I was under a physio when I joined but this was never an issue. The coaches are all very knowledgeable and can easily adapt any session to align with my physio. The small group personal training mixed with team training sessions mean there is a good variety of sessions. Such a lovely community of coaches and members would highly recomend it to anyone!

I was only able to attend one session, recommended by a friend, while I was in the area, and I'm so glad I went along. The hour flashed by and I learned so much - the burn is real!! Fantastic experience: 8 months, 1.5 stone down, and feeling like the best version of myself—physically and mentally! After rupturing my Achilles six years ago, staying consistent with fitness felt impossible. I tried everything—online coaching, David Lloyd—but nothing worked. I needed structure, discipline, and a supportive team. The Fitness Collective changed everything. Their guidance and accountability helped me push past my limits, lose 1.5 stone (over 2 stone total!), and, most importantly, rebuild my confidence. Fantastic experience: Fitness Collective is a great gym option for all. The coaches are so engaging and their attention to detail is unmatched. They adapt the session for anyone with injuries and limitations. This is a bonus for anyone undergoing physiotherapy or has restrictions. Being a physio myself, it was a great to see clear structure to the session with clear goals. Highly recommend!
Fantastic experience: I started at the Fitness Collective on a trial basis with an idea of trying it out, learning something new for my own training in the future and then leaving but after trying this gym, I couldn’t go back to training by myself! I have now been a member at TFC for 2,5 years. There is just so much that I love about this gym. The coaches - every coach is with their unique knowledge about fitness that leaves you super knowledgeable on training and nutrition. They are all are aware of your goals or injuries/ pains and tailor the training to you so you really have no excuse! There is absolutely no intimidating feeling at the gym regardless of your fitness level, especially for a woman. They push you towards your goals and you leave the gym feeling amazing. It is also more than a gym - it is a community. All members were very welcoming and friendly when I joined and now and some of the members I consider my friends.
Fantastic experience: After hearing friends talk so positively about the fitness collective and seeing their achievements I had to give it a try and with sessions every hour there really is no excuse! I absolutely love it! The coaches are brilliant and whilst you’re assigned a coach who works with you to set personal goals, the whole team are aware of what you’re working towards and are so motivating to push you to achieve in such a knowledgable, positive and supportive atmosphere. I look forward to every session which is never something I thought I’d say about exercise! Seeing results definitely helps too!
Fantastic experience: I first started at The Fitness Collective by signing up for their 6 week accelerator programme. I had always exercised but felt like I needed some additional motivation and help to get myself enjoying exercise again. The small group personal training sessions have been really good, I had no idea where to start with lifting weights, but all of the coaches have been extremely helpful and supportive, showing me how to lift properly and modifying the exercises for me when needed. The weekly check ins with my coach are great and really help me to stay on track. My coach helped me look at my nutrition and just made small tweaks to my diet but it made a huge difference and helped me to reach my goal. I have now been at TFC for about 4 months and it has been a wonderful experience, the coaches really do make a difference they are all really approachable, friendly and helpful and create a positive attitude to working out.
Fantastic experience: If you need to get stronger and want some meaningful support to achieve this then TFC will get you there in your own time and style.

Fantastic experience: What can I say - I've been a member for 2 or 3 years and never posted a review.....my bad. The team at TFC are all fantastic. Whilst you have a personal coach the team all work together to make sure any training packages are totally suited to you (and to changes that may occur). Almost nothing seems too much trouble in terms of supporting you with an appropriate training programme which meets everyone's individual needs. I continue to have a great time at TFC both with all the team there as well as all the other members...it really is a friendly place to train at, too. Anyhow, enough from me other than well done and thanks to Nik and the rest of the team there
Fantastic experience: I joined The Fitness Collective on the recommendation of a friend 6 months ago and have not looked back. I have never been a huge fan of traditional gyms but was feeling that I needed to up my game in terms of resistance training. I now absolutely love the gym! But it’s the special touches at the TFC that make it a such an enjoyable experience- the personalised approach to training, the community atmosphere, the fun events and classes and the brilliant coaches. Every session is different and the small group approach ensures you get lots of individualised help and tips to improve. I have made so much progress in a short time. I look forward to every visit and have recommended it to lots of others!

I joined after completing a trial, the results were impressive (switched from a big branded gym). It’s really friendly and inclusive - zero intimidation. Fantastic experience: After trying many different gyms, I haven't found another gym as great as TFC. The coaches, the people and the variety of exercises are the best and really worth every penny. The support I have been given while recovering from injuries has been outstanding and I have always felt safe in exploring new movements. TFC has built my confidence in the gym significantly and has helped me create consistent healthy habits I have never followed before. I have made close friends through TFC and love that it forms social bonds but enables friends to challenge each other in fun ways! Would recommend to anyone looking for a fun and supportive gym environment!
Fantastic experience: I’m so thankful to all the trainers at the fitness collective for their support, encouragement and professionalism. I joined with a back injury that meant I’ve had to take it extremely slow and steady with the weights and the team have all been fantastic, always adapting exercises and ensuring I’m feeling ok. I’ve not had any back pain for a few months now and am starting to feel so much stronger and fitter and my technique is improving. I’m so happy I discovered this amazing club and highly recommend it.
Fantastic experience: I only have the best things to say about The Fitness Collective and the whole team! I joined around 18 months ago, having dipped in and out of fitness with nothing sticking but at an all time low with my weight and confidence and terrified to get into a gym. As soon as I walked in the whole team were so welcoming and I felt at ease. The coaches are so patient and motivating, pushing you to work harder and try new things which makes the gym so much fun! Through all the weight and cardio sessions as well as run club I found a new love of fitness and have now signed up to a half marathon in September which i would never have done without them. The personal approach really helps with nutrition and working closely on my goals with Michael as my coach gave me a whole new outlook on nutrition and a healthy diet without being restrictive and stopping my life. We found a balance that worked for me and it just feels like part of my lifestyle now as opposed to a diet that I can stick to. I will always be grateful to the team and members for giving me confidence again and for all the fun and laughs! Would recommend them to anyone!
Fantastic experience: I've recently joined The Fitness Collective after living just down the road for yonks. The staff are fantastic - they're friendly and helpful and really help you with your technique. The staff know everyone by name and the classes are a lot of fun. I've been a member of various gyms for years and have only just discovered that I've been doing deadlifts completely wrong for the last 8 years! I only joined a month ago and although I already exercised regularly I can see the effect on my body shape. I should have joined The Fitness Collective years ago. Try it! You won't regret it.

Fantastic experience: I joined The Fitness Collective in Feb 2023 and it’s has made me accountable for my training and diet to achieve fantastic results. I joined on the 6 week accelerator programme before going on holiday, during this period I achieved my goal of 12% body fat and allowed me to have the confidence I wanted on holiday. As the coaches and sessions are so great, I committed to continue with a membership. All the coaches have strengths in different areas so depending what your goals are, you can work with the coaches to ensure you’re accountable for what you want to achieve. My coach Joseph has been incredible in helping me create great eating habits and consistency in my diet, I pushed on to get my body fat down to 10% and be in the best shape of my life. I have often Yo-yo’d with my weight and would fall off when trying to maintain diet and training plans. Since training at TFC, I have continued to be able to maintain the best physique of my life and that has given me a confidence boost in life. The coaches at TFC have pushed me to challenge myself out of my comfort zone, I have registered to complete a Hyrox race in October. The tailored sessions they offer me are second to none. Matt has fantastic knowledge of building the strength required for the fundamental experiences and Michael’s run club is helping me improve my spend and endurance whilst running. No matter what your training and fitness goals are, reach out to these guys and they will be here to help.
Fantastic experience: I love the Fitness Collective! Would 100% recommend to anyone especially if you have no experience of lifting weights or feel nervous in a gym setting. With the help and encouragement of all the coaches I've gained a lot of confidence in lifting weights and all round generally in my fitness levels which I am sure I would not have achieved anywhere else. Easy to book sessions which fit around busy lives! Lovely welcoming atmosphere and as much or as little support around diet and nutrition as you need.
Fantastic experience: I got given a free 7 day trial in January and immediately signed up after. Having been a member of a big gym for 10+ years I was starting to plateau and get bored, I was training but not seeing big results. Matt has inspired and given me the accountability I needed to push forwards. Always checking in with me, helping me with nutrition and keeping me on track even when I’m not in the gym. I have now been a member 6 months and gained over a kilo of muscle while losing over 3% body fat. All coaches are aware of your goals which makes this such a personal approach to training . The fitness collective is so much more than a gym it’s a community I can’t recommend it enough.
Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of the fitness collective for a few years now, and can’t imagine training anywhere else. The environment that they have created is welcoming and not intimidating as other gyms can be. All of the coaches bring with them individual areas of expertise and provide motivation whilst training, but also provide guidance around nutrition, rest and sleep. Fantastic experience: This is a one of a kind, amazing place. I want to call it a gym or a fitness center, but I think it's more than that. It's a stellar EXPERIENCE. The coaches, Matt, Nik, Michael and JT, are all wildly enthusiastic, knowledgable, and just great communicators. I only had a 2-month stint at TFC, but it made an impression that will last a lifetime. A phenomenal group of people promoting healthy living through fitness and nutrition, backed by a great community. You won't find a more inviting, personable place to workout anywhere.

Fantastic experience: I joined the Fitness Collective 13 months ago after my husband recommended it to me, and I love it. It’s unlike any gym I’ve been part of before due to the unique combination of small group PT and Sweat classes, incredible coaching and the community spirit. I was a runner and dabbled in gyms but didn’t properly appreciate the impact joining TFC would have on my fitness, strength, love of classes and body composition (dropping over 7 percentage points of body fat). The coaching team are exceptional and have helped me in many ways including tailoring exercises to my needs and working around injuries, tweaking exercises for maximum return as well as ensuring my technique is strong, motivating me to go heavier/harder, advising me on nutrition and bringing their own personal style and strengths to sessions! The members community is another massive benefit of TFC too, making it a welcoming, fun and motivating environment in which to train. If you’re looking for a new gym, a challenge, additional motivation and a brilliant team of coaches then there’s no better place to train!

Fantastic experience: I've been part of The Fitness Collective since it first opened back in 2020. The gym has a great and supportive atmosphere, with positive vibes even during those early 6am sessions! My coach, Joseph, has continuously motivated and helped me towards improvement, setting regular goals. The gym keeps things new and exciting by switching up workouts on a weekly basis. Fantastic experience: I started in September 2021 at a whopping 74kg, three months later I had lost 5kg and felt great, since then I have lost a further 11kg and am stronger and fitter than I’ve been since I was in my early 20’s. Fantastic experience: I recently did a trial with the Fitness Collective after being recommended to them by a good friend. I have to say my friend was spot on!! This place is really unique, a wonderful environment to be part of a friendly community, focus on your own goals and get fitter and stronger. The training team are very knowledgeable across many disciplines not only fitness but mental well being and nutrition. They always have time to support, help and guide which is great. I was really impressed with the slight changes they asked me to implement to improve my technique with various exercises, it all made a difference. Fantastic experience: Amazing coaching sessions done in small groups , with varied programs. The PTs are knowledgeable and motivating and give constant support on both exercises and nutrition. Cannot recommended this place highly enough
Negative experience: - VIOLATION OF PRIVACY Take videos, photos without acknowledging you and post it on their social media which I find really disturbing. - NO SPACE If you want to cancel a session you will have to pay 35 pounds adding the fact that you will loose your unused session ( they never told me about that I found it on my bank account ). It is not supposed to be 4 persons with 1 coach for a small group personal training …. Then why are we sometimes 7 with one coach ? So we will be charged extra if we cancel a session but we are still paying the same amount of money for less quality work/time/space. - NOT FLEXIBLE AND LIES You cannot reuse your unused sessions even if you be been told the opposite on day 1. If you are sick, disabled or just cannot come due to an emergency on have to travel quite often you still can’t reuse your sessions. They will never communicate the cancellation fees. How convenient … -ZERO COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THEM: It was stressful to go after them to remind them an appointment or to remind them some information that they wanted to share but never did. You might have some problems with your app and it won’t be fixed unless you keep pushing. If the app doesn’t work you can’t book your sessions and then you’ll have to call your coach and my coach is a human being who cannot reply every time in prior to let me know if I can be booked in. About the violation of privacy I had to recall them a SECOND TIME for them to stop. But they didn’t communicate between them so the poor coach who filmed didn’t know I didn’t want to -THE MANAGER CAN BE VERY RUDE I didn’t like when he raised his voice at me just before a session because I let him knew respectfully about the app issue and the fact I wanted not to be filmed He wasn’t considerate with my health issues. - NOT THE SAME COACH - NOT CONSISTENT There’s a personal coach who is supposed to check on you and give you nutritional advice ( you normally have a face to face meeting every month ). Well …. After 3-4 months they will not bother themselves with you even if they are supposed to provide that service No changements with this gym even after 7 months Better gym are to be found in the area
Hi Manel, thank you for your feedback and we are very sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your 7 months training with us. Our aim is to provide the best service possible to each of our members and we are always sad to lose any member.
We would like to apologise if any photos were taken without your permission, we do our upmost to ensure that all members are happy with us using their image for our social media posts.
There has never been any unauthorised payments taken from your account. None of our products are priced at £35 and our records show that the only payments taken over the 7 months you were a member were for the monthly membership cost.
Our 24 cancellation policy is in place as stated in our T’s & C’s to prevent regular late cancellations meaning that spaces are taken up and other members missing out on be able to book sessions. However this is often waivered if a cancellation is due to an injury, illness or emergency which many of our members will corroborate.
There has never been an incident where 1 coach would have to manage 7 members.
Your inability to book sessions was due to frequent late cancels and no shows which meant the system automatically removed these sessions from your membership account. On occasions that any member experiences difficulty with their booking app, each member has a contact phone number and email address for the gym and their dedicated coach who are on hand to help them to book on to sessions.
Email correspondence between you and your dedicated coach show that they were in contact with you on a regular basis with regards to your exercise and nutrition.

Fantastic experience: Been with TFC for coming up to 18 months. Been the best experience I've had of trainers and a great environment for keeping you engaged and moving forward, even when you're not feeling it. Good mix of style from the different trainers and a nice mix of members so really accessible to anyone that wants to change gym or start training, regardless of prior experience and level of ability.

Fantastic experience: TFC is unlike any gym I've been to. The strategic goal setting and review process is truly tailored to the individual and the range of Small Group Personal Training sessions, Sweat sessions and Stretch sessions make working out varied and enjoyable. Well worth the money!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been attending The Fitness Collective for about 6 months now and have gone from doing absolutely nothing exercise wise and eating dreadfully to training 3 times a week, smashing personal bests and eating a whole lot better. The coaches know everybody (and suffer press-ups for forgetting ) and they really care. Coaching exists outside of the 4 walls of the gym, setting you up for success with any goals you set

Fantastic experience: I joined in the middle of January with the aim of feeling better and I have to say I really do. Both physically and mentally. I have joined and done lots of PT sessions and with trepidation joined in whole heartedly with great results. I am by no means a gym body.. but I am trying to get rid of my sofa bum. When I have done pt before I found that the minute my session finished it was next man up. Not at the fitness collective all the guys welcome you and see you as a person not a number. Joseph is really good at two things. Coffee and death jumps. Thanks guys .
