Fantastic experience: I have been coming to see Janie for a few years now for colonic hydrotherapy and not only is the treatment amazing Janie makes it so, as she is probably the most welcoming and warm person you will ever meet and puts you at ease immediately. Today I brought my son who has been struggling with his bowels and various health concerns over the year and is taking A levels to add to the mix. He found Janie to be so friendly , and made him feel relaxed and put any concerns he had away. He honestly feels so much better and enjoyed the chat about nutrition and just taking time to get to know him. He is like a different person today and I can’t thank Janie enough . Julie Salmon

Fantastic experience: I have been struggling to go to the toilet for a few years. if I'm lucky I go once every 7 to 10 days but since I have been here I have been going to the toilet every single day and I have been feeling so much better... JANIE was really fantastic in getting this very nervous customer relaxed. Don't know why I was so scared. Really clean, safe and relaxing space with lovely music in the background. Will definitely be back, and 100% worth the investment on my wellbeing.

She has a very open, warm and welcoming personality and she made me feel comfortable and aware throughout everything she was doing during the treatment. Her clinic is very clean and modern and it was nice to have relaxing music playing in the background to help relax, which I haven't experienced at another clinic before. Fantastic experience: I have visited naturality today to see Alyson the nutritionist. I did not leave disappointed! Alyson was informative, knowledgeable and very easy to talk to about all things gut health, general health and hormone changes. As always I was welcomed into naturality warmly and every member of staff I came into contact with said hello! Highly recommend any of the lovely team at naturality.

Fantastic experience: Spent 4 years and a lot of money trying to fix my back problem. After i find Simon and Aferentology everything changed. I was told my problem was in one of my teeth (i have had a canal treatment 15 y ago). I went to a holistic dentist (suggested by Simon) who re-do the treatment (properly this time) and over the next few months i gradually started doing stuff i wasn’t able for so long. I had doctors (rheumatologists) telling me i should give up and start taking regular anti inflammatory medication for the rest of my life but after discovering Simon and aferentology I’m strongly convinced that this is a game changer not only for me but for many people with similar or even different problems.

Fantastic experience: After trying many many different alternative therapies (by alternative I mean not the medical model) I have finally found one that works for me ....Afferentology! After just 2 sessions with Simon the inflammation in my body is 100% better. My muscles are now responding and I'm feeling much better and positive for the future. Fantastic experience: Simon King creates a respectful space and is brilliant at really listening to what is being described; in my case this was pretty complicated after an accident that had left me with multiple fractures. I could not get any effective treatment though saw at least 4 senior mainstream practitioners, both Nhs and private. When I arrived at the centre I was still physically & psychologically traumatised at the long term consequences of my injuries eg being unable to use both arms, wrists & hands. Simon thoughtfully & respectfully applied the skills he has developed from both research and long years of experience with a wide variety of clients. Fantastic experience: Recently I have read a lot about the benefits of colonic irrigation and after quite a bit of research decided upon Naturality Wellness Centre, and I wasn’t disappointed. After a series of 3 sessions I felt so much better in myself and felt the colonics had helped my whole body, and try to lead a healthy lifestyle and diet in conjunction anyway. My colonic therapy was performed by Janie Eastoe and I cannot sing her praises enough!, she put me at ease immediately with her professional, warm and friendly manner and ones dignity was maintained at all times! Janie chatted away making me feel very relaxed and explained fully exactly what to expect, what she was doing and what was going on. The clinic and my treatment room were spotless. Fantastic experience: What can I say but as massive great BIG "Thank You" to Naturality Wellness Centre and to Janie Eastoe. I needed an appointment as a matter of urgency and I was not let down by Naturality Wellness Centre. They had a cancellation and I received a phone call for an appointment. I was relieved and started smiling again. Thank God. Janie is an absolutely wonderful lady. She made me feel so relaxed with conversations about absolutely anything you can think of. I hadn't been to the loo for at least 8 - 9 days ( how I here you ask, why did'n't I explode ). I needed colonic hydrotherapy and Naturality Wellness Centre was the one I chose and so glad I did. I feel so much lighter, happier and better and I know that I am going to get myself back there at lease 3 - 6 months time, without a shadow of a doubt. Negative experience: There needs to be some balance on these reviews. I have had a bad back for nearly all my adult life. I was “diagnosed” very confidently that all my problems were caused by metal in my mouth. When I explained I didn’t have any fillings a new diagnosis was quickly delivered that it was the alignment of my neck. I was sent on my way after a dramatic neck click and told I was cured. Some strange strength test where very obviously no pressure is applied after the treatment felt like a fairground trick. Really not convinced. I still have a bad back. Someone needs to question the hype. If this works for you great and it clearly works for many.

Fantastic experience: The Naturality Wellness Centre is a very pristine centre. First time to have a colonic hydrotherapy and Janie made it the best experience ever. I was anxious at first but Janie put me at ease and informed about the process all through the treatment. I would highly recommend the centre. Fantastic experience: Simon King treated me after I had given birth to my daughter. I'd picked up a bacterial infection in hospital that wasn't going away and I had been advised by my doctor to take a forth round of antibiotics when I contacted Simon. I was despairing about the fact that I didn't seem to be getting well and was just going round in circles with various infections. Simon was very reassuring and worked with me to find a way back to feeling well without resorting to more drugs while I was breast feeding. A few weeks on I feel 100% better. I was delighted to have been listened to; his approach was very reassuring and the wellness plan he gave me was simple and worked! It was a fantastic service - a quick response. I cannot recommend him more highly.

I have seen many practitioners in the past as well as Chiropractors and I can say he really nailed my issue quickly and addressed it effectively. Fantastic experience: I went to see Simon King at the recommendation of my son whose RSI had been dramatically eased after two Kinesiology treatments following 3 years of pain every day. The improvement continues to hold after 5 months. My problem is with arthritic knees. Xrays show they reveal "severe degenerative change". Simon used Kinesiology (muscle-testing) to test the strength of my muscles explaining that they were not strong and not holding my skeleton in the right alignment so bones were rubbing against bone. He discovered the calcium I was taking prescribed since my hip replacement was not particularly good quality and was not being absorbed into my bones. He advised a seaweed based one which was not particularly expensive. I found Simon to be concerned, knowledgeable thoughtful and very skilled and hope he may be able to help me avoid a knee replacement operation.

Fantastic experience: I strongly recommend Naturality welness center to the entire world . I had an agonizing illness that hunted me daily that my thoughts became suicidal. I been recommended by someone who been previously healed at the welness Centre . His words of persuation was ; they'll cure you from everything! And after 10 yrs of seeing conventional doctors ( perhaps you know what mean ) that couldn't find what I had , "honestly I felt like a guinea pig.' I must be honest when recommend . ... I was really sceptical about it just thought to myself :hmm so if the doctor's can't help ... Would be this people ?! Possibly they give me some herbs and thats it ...then I'll be trapped there too , gonna be a sort herbal guinea pig ... trying all type of teas and herbal tablets ! Oh well ..ill give it a go ! My experience Vs conventional Doc's At Naturality welness center they're not looking for customers . They really professional and sensible people that look forward for the cure by accessing the root of the problem immediately No waste of time with endless and unnecessary tests , or I had only two sections 1st with nutritionist ( Alyson ). 2nd muscosketal therapist ( Simon king ) Immediately on the first section they gave me the report of my problem . like a miracle they provided me the cure , of that horrible illness that had become my daily companion . A dream came true to me ! Definitely , absolutely and 100 % positive recommend to everyone , it's different approach of practicing medicine . Real professional ! True instantly healing ! She really knows how to locate those sore spots very quickly (and more I didn't even know I had) and make a real difference. Fantastic experience: I've been to a lot of Chiropractors in my time and decided to try something different when I moved to a different area. I have always found that with chiropractors they would 'straighten out' my spine but the adjustments would 'undo' over the next few days. As a musculoskeletal therapist - Simon's approach is different. He identifies exactly what the problem is by testing how your nervous system is working before he makes any adjustments and the adjustments STAY IN PLACE. The adjustments are also much gentler than I have been used to. He really does get to the cause of the problem and you see him much less often than a traditional chiropractor. I am very impressed by how stable and comfortable my neck feels, which is not something I have experienced with other chiropractors who have simply taken away the pain only for it to return. I definitely recommend this approach.

Fantastic experience: Simon King is an amazing practitioner who wants to make you better, not line his pockets! Simon is an expert in Afferent Input. He gets to the root of the problem when nobody else can. Having been in a car crash 25 years ago I have spent a small fortune at physiotherapists, osteopaths and chiropractors. When I discovered Simon King 15 years ago it transformed my life. Simon sorts a problem in a fraction of the time it takes other people ( and I have been to dozens over the years ) and the results last much longer. Unfortunately Simon had to return to Australia for family reasons for a few years and I was devastated. I went to chiropractors but I was there week after week, and my problems were getting worse not better. I recently discovered Simon was back in the UK again. I have been twice and have got my 'mojo' back. I really resent the amount of money I have wasted going to other practitioners, not to mention the pain and discomfort I have been in whilst Simon was 'down under'. I have a two hour drive to get to Berkhamsted but it is well worth the time and effort.

Fantastic experience: I am taking my daughter to the centre for 3years now, she is a high performance tennis player. I'm coming all the way from London to be seeing by practitioners in the centre. I know that my teenage daughter is in good hands. Great service with an immediate effect.
