Fantastic experience: Always a lovely experience speaking to the lovely staff and costumer service staff. Been using them for years and never had any issues. Some of the reviews are very surprising as I haven’t encountered any issues whatsoever. Great pharmacy and very knowledgable.

Negative experience: Extremely rude and unprofessional on the phone. No way to represent such a well established company!

Negative experience: Call waiting times are absolutely horrendous. Trying for days to buy a remedy but they don't have enough staff seemingly. Poor service

Negative experience: Ordered on December 29th. Today is January 8th and my order has still not been dispatched. I realise it's the holiday period but orders are supposed to be sent next day by 1st class post. I contacted Helios who told me the item was out of stock and would be coming in the next two days. I replied that it was poor service to just leave me in the dark about it being OOS and they said they were busy, had staff issues etc and that my order had 'slipped through the cracks'. Still waiting for my order to be sent. Needless to say I won't be back to purchase from a company that can't even get basic customer service right.

Positive experience: Excited to try this product, as it comes highly recommended and especially as another brand, I'd tried, didn't work as hoped. However, I found the person who served me at the counter today at Tunbridge Wells, somewhat patronising, repeatedly insisting that I really needed the services of one of their Homeopathic practitioners, when I am already well versed in Homeopathic remedies and knew which ones I needed. That said, I feel a more positive result from taking this brand of Cell Salts.

Fantastic experience: I was very impressed with customer care and advice I received at Helios today . I have ordered remedy’s and a rub on cream for sore aching shoulders which works very well. Remedies arrive quickly usually within 2 working days and are of a high standard . I asked for labels to have a large print due to sight impairment and it’s no problem for them . I can recommend this company.

Positive experience: This store is recommended by homeopaths around the world where homeopathy meds are not easily available. As a result, I mostly get my meds from them while living in Canada. No doubt they are not only quality meds and affordable, but their customer service standard is also above par. But there is one problem, the carrier they choose and/or their Canadian partner are at times tardy enough to cause delay in delivering these meds in Canada beyond reasonable margins, and it is not just Customs, which keeps the patient and their families guessing and waiting, adding to their miseries. Wish they can add more options to their list of shipping partners.

Negative experience: paid for next day, it never got here. when i phoned thay told me i had to ring royal mail, thay have told me the sender still has the item. now asked for a refund, very Disappointing

Negative experience: I ordered £25 of products to take care of wild foxes with mange , unfortunately they won’t eat anything with the drops in and was a completely waste of money and time. The foxes are not better and I’m going to find the one time tablet( BRAVECTO) from fox charity that cures mange straight away, wild fox places send it FREE of charge for people that feed wild foxes. Do not waste money on here.

Fantastic experience: I've only ever used their online services, but this company definitely wins on that front. Their website is by far the most user friendly of the homeopathic pharmacies, and they are quick to dispatch my orders, important when treating acutes. I also use a lot of LM potencies, and Helios stocks LMs for almost every remedy in the convenient liquid format. They are also the least expensive of the pharmacies, which is a big plus. While they don't have the same range of customisable remedies as Freeman's, or of C potencies as Nelson's, for my needs and money it's Helios.

Negative experience: just checked your site and the video about Helios Family and Customer Service. If Our experience is anything to go buy you have not got a clue about customer service if the person who picks the phone up is so rude and patronising that one is shocked considering you are all Homepaths or at least work in that space. Not financial markets!!!!

Negative experience: Extremely disappointed with the fact if you order 6 items or less the order is processed straight away, if you order more items than 6 the process before dispatch can take several weeks even before it’s processed. Can not understand the logic of how processing 10 small items can justifiably take two more weeks!

Fantastic experience: I've ordered through Tun. Wells store multiple times and they've been very helpful on the phone every time and stuff comes out v quickly to me. No complaints apart from I wish was a bit cheaper. Edit: I've also now had a couple of very helpful phone chats and purchased from Covent garden store and all was great.

Negative experience: Such disappointing service from Customer Service/Homeopath at the Tunbridge Wells store. It appears that they are either too busy to be polite and helpful or just can not be bothered. "Please can you help?" is interrupted with a list of what they can NOT help with "because we are too busy". I had a similar experience on refusal to change an order less than an hour after it had been placed. Switching to Nelson.

Fantastic experience: Wir machten Anfang Februar 2017 einen Kurzurlaub in Dover und hatten vorher, per E-Mail, in Tanbridge Wells Vermiculite X6 Tabletten bestellt. Vor Ort wurden wir sehr herzlich , kompetent und zuvorkomment bedient. Auch war eine zusätzliche Order kein Problem obwohl die Tabletten noch produziert werden mußten. Dazu gesagt es war Sonnabend und nach Öffnung des Geschäftes waren gleich 7 Kunden anwesend. Ich fühlte mich sehr gut beraten und werde gern wieder bei Helios homeopathische Heilmittel kaufen.
