Fantastic experience: First time having the Heat, Heal and Flow. Sarah really cares about making it a comfortable experience, explaining everything before you get started. Sarah provides a calm relaxing atmosphere where you can focus on yourself for a short while. This treatment has given me more energy and Sarah's aftercare tips have been really helpful. Fantastic experience: Sarah was absolutely lovely, I had my first visit a few weeks back for a lymphatic drainage massage! I have fibromyalgia so I was worried about it potentially hurting more than helping, however I didn’t need to be worried at all!! Sarah was so welcoming, I was so relaxed from start to finish! It didn’t hurt during or after, I felt very floaty and calm! I’ve definitely noticed a difference already with the pain in my legs, and I will be booking in again and can’t wait! Would recommend!!

Fantastic experience: I have just had 1 session of the Bio Active Slimming wrap and WOW!! What a treatment! The techniques used by Sarah are stimulating, soothing and relaxing all at the same time, paired with different sensations performed by the creams used, they made my body feel amazing! After just 1 session my legs were visibly smoother and the skin tighter, my cellulite and lipodema deposits were nowhere to be seen! I cannot wait for my next session! Fantastic experience: I had the bio slimming Paris active wrap with the lovely Sarah last week . I’m a huge fan of Heat, heal and flow treatment as it’s been incredible for my stomach and I have reaped the benefits of having it , but it was great try this bio slimming wrap , Sarah talked through the whole process throughly , explained what each product does and asked questions in regards to what areas i wanted her to work on . I could feel the products working on my body during the treatment and did for several hours later ,I have noticed my stomach area looks much more trimmer and the back of my legs look better , and this is from one session .I absolutely will be having this again , I felt great and you really can see results after one treatment . Fantastic experience: After completing a thorough assessment form beforehand which reassured me hugely Sarah took the time to assess exactly what i needed on the day and discussed what she thought would help. It was unlike any massage i've had before. At one point i feel asleep briefly it was so relaxing. I left in less pain and was able to move more freely. The treatment room is also very soothing and calming.

Fantastic experience: Sarah is fantastic. I had a problem with my shoulder which had been going on for over a year. I had it better than it was but recovery was proving stubborn. I can move my arm so much more and can even open the car door without having to resort to twisting and using the other arm. Even little things like shrugging on the coat are now pain free. Definitely recommend the massage services from Sarah. I should have booked so much earlier, not a mistake I will make again. Magic hands Sarah!

Negative experience: Unfortunately the booking system on the website kept crashing, so I left a voicemail with my details asking her to confirm the appointment I was trying to make. Now two weeks later and still no contact, so whilst I cannot comment on the standard of her treatments, I can say her customer service is somewhat lacking.

Fantastic experience: Thank you Sarah for my Heat Heal and Flow treatment! This treatment was so interesting and relaxing, felt very spoilt having a facial, the body wrap and sauna blanket and a full body lymphatic massage in one treatment. This was my first time having any form of lymphatic drainage massage, I can already feel the difference in my body and my stomach is so much more relaxed and relieved of any pressure, I will definitely be making it more of a regular thing! Fantastic experience: I have worked with Sarah prior to and following surgery. Her approach is always sensitive, kind, warm and approachable while making sure that I was doing all of the things I was supposed to be doing to ensure my recovery. The reassurance and support she gave me when I was having a few wobbles about the outcome was invaluable because it comes from a place of such incredible knowledge and expertise. Her therapy space is a beautiful calming oasis of peace and her approach reflects that. I was really happy to get the opportunity to experience her new treatment Heat, Heal and Flow. I was looking forward to a couple of hours of complete calm and pampering and that was exactly what I got, and more. We always have such a giggle at these times too which is so important. I was a little worried that I would find the heat wrap a little claustrophobic but because she gives a wonderful facial lymphatic drainage massage while you're in there, the time just flies and you're not really aware of the confinement. I felt so snug and cosy, it's totally relaxing. Then comes what she is an absolute mistress of, Lymphatic Drainage which always gets rid of my swell hell and makes me feel so light and smooth-totally worth it. This is a treatment I will continue to have even after my full recovery from my surgery-I highly recommend her, not just the service but Sarah herself. I am blessed I found her

Fantastic experience: Feedback After receiving a gift voucher for my birthday i decided to opt for the Heat, Heal, Heat and Flow treatment. I turned up for the appointment feeling anxious, but within 5 minutes of meeting Sarah all that anxious worry was put at ease. Sarah has a wonderfully calm demure and the treatment room is welcoming with the most amazing infused scents which only add to a relaxing atmosphere. Sarah got to work, carefully going through every step, by the time she had finished the lymphatic facial all the muscles in the face where totally relaxed, i hadn’t realised how much tension i had held there for so long. After removing the body ritual wrap, Sarah then moved onto a bespoke massage concentrating on my hysterectomy scar that had a lot of scar tissue and abdomen. The massage was really relaxing and the hard stomach and scar that i had just accepted was now ‘my normal’ had returned back to its soft self. Following the treatment not only do i feel incredible but i have had several people comment on how much i’m glowing and how well i look an absolute added extra! Don’t hesitate to book this treatment or any service that Sarah offers, you really will walk out feeling amazing!

Fantastic experience: Six weeks in of having post surgery lymphatic massage. It really has been, and still is an ongoing process, which, without Sarah's wonderful treatment, I would not have made it this far. Every week I see and feel a difference. She is kind, gentle and intuitive- just what you need when you're in pain and feeling vulnerable. She knows exactly which area to work on and I am completely confident in handing myself over to her each week. Today was so relaxing I actually fell asleep!

Fantastic experience: I had the heat heal and flow treatment today with Sarah. She puts you at ease and allows you to make a decision to whether you want measurements for before and after, I did it because why not?! The treatment consists if being wrapped in what feels like cling film and then you lie in a hot bag for half an hour whilst receiving the most relaxing facial from the experienced Sarah! Nearly fell asleep afterwards there's the lymphatic drainage which is always a treat, Sarah gently massages your body and I hold a lot of stress and tension in my belly but afterwards my stomach was soft (that hardly ever happens!) The treatment was amazing, definitely worth the money! Turns out I also lost 38cm in total over my arms, chest, stomach and legs! Highly recommend this new treatment to anyone who has stomach issues and wants to relax as well!

Fantastic experience: I visited Sarah recently for the first time for a lymphatic drainage massage. Upon arriving I was pleasantly welcomed by lovely spa scents and the atmosphere was very peaceful in a beautifully decorated space. Sarah was very attentive and friendly and made me feel very comfortable. The massage itself was lovely and soothing and the results were noticeable straight away. The location itself is also really convenient being just outside the centre of town with free parking. I'm looking forward to visiting again!

Fantastic experience: I have recently had 2 x sports massage/remedial massage with Sarah. She is a highly skilled therapist who works with the benefit of a great deal of knowledge and training, adapting specifically for her client, and I would absolutely recommend her. She has helped me greatly with long term muscular tension.

Fantastic experience: Wasn't sure what to expect with the Led light therapy. But was left very impressed. After cleansing you lay under the light box and relax. After just 20 minutes my skin was left looking more even and rejuvenated. I had a glow to me as well. Will definately use again. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I am working with Sarah on her core restore programme after having diastis recti following 2 pregnancies. I had my youngest child 6 years ago so was worried it was too late to do anything about this but Sarah reassured me that it wasn't. She explained the programme, how it would work and what we would focus on before I made any commitment. Each time I see her she takes the time to listen to what's going on with me, how I'm feeling and how I've been getting on with the exercises set since the last time I saw her. The exercises are easy to fit into the busiest of lives and the breathing techniques help at times of stress. Sarah has also given me several messages and I swear she has magic hands as I always come away feeling relaxed and all my little aches, pains and niggles soothed. I would definitely recommend Sarah to anyone as she really knows so much about the female body and how it works.
