Fantastic experience: Had an Osteo/Massage with Georgia and this was the 2nd Visit and booked for a 3rd, she is really knowledgeable and explains things well and gives great advice on causes and ways to help yourself going forward. She has the deft light touch of painter when needed, but also the strength of an entire Rugby team too so every knot and issue is dealt with, which is quite remarkable. I have been having lower back issues and it's affected my sleep and movement, but after the last session my sleep improved right away and I've got great advice of things to work on to improve it going forward. Georgia is really great at what she does and I look forward to the next session

Fantastic experience: Paola is Amazing. I thought I would have to live with my pain forever, especially since I went to a chiropractor twice a week for 3 months with no improvement, but Paola was able to help me and reduce the pain from the first session. I've now had a total of 5 sessions with Paola and have seen a massive difference, she is lovely, polite, caring, and experienced. I would definitely recommend her to anyone where movement is painful, to get the right treatment.

Fantastic experience: Re: Course Review ”8-Week Pilates Plus Circuit” Hello Bridgeham and Gordon Sheats, I wanted to relate my experience around a recent course taken this past Thursday the 18th of September at the clinic. When I signed up for the course it was initial excited then it went to fear of the unknown. My mind raced thinking about how I wasn’t going to be able to keep up. After arriving Gordon greeted me with energy and confidence that made me think, “hey I can do this”. His way of explaining using technical details and by demonstration worked so well for me. I love learning the finer details of what’s going on in my body when doing Pilates. I have signed up for the full 8-week circuit program and don’t regret it for a moment. I look forward to seeing myself progress under Gordon’s direction and maybe not hurt as much as I improve my strength and flexibility.

Fantastic experience: Review 8 week Pilates Plus – Circuit with Gordon Skeats My first class on Thursday was filled with apprehension and dread although I have been doing Pilates and Reformer at Bridgeham now for 5 years, it was the Circuit part that I was nervous about, thinking I was a bit old for circuit training and would make a fool of myself or be unable to keep up. Boy oh boy was I mistaken. Gordon was amazing, he was extremely patient and went through each exercise slowly and technically (which I loved). He critiqued me making sure every position was exact and that I was not doing it wrong (which again I loved as I am a bit of a perfectionist). He certainly took me out of my comfort zone and filled me with confidence, I even did sumo squats lifting 10kg and lunges lifting 8kg. OK 48 hours later I certainly knew my legs had a work out, but for me that’s a positive it shows I worked hard and could do it. He adapts exercises to your needs and abilities and takes note of any injuries you may have. The 50 mins flew past I was hooked and have booked all 8 weeks, cannot wait for my next lesson. I highly recommend Gordon and his Pilates Plus – Circuit training he is an excellent teacher as is everyone at Bridgeham. Cheryl Turner

Negative experience: Be careful there with osteopathy. I had problem with my leg and lower back/sciatica (pain was 1/10) after 1st visit (i paid 80 GBP) pain INCREASED to 3.5/10, and my body was not straight After 1 week (2nd visit for 70 GBP) i said doctor about it, he used bigger power (asked holding on the bed and rotate my body) and 3 days i had no chance to get out of bed, the pain was 9/10, i made 2-3 steps and fell down. When I wrote in B.Clinic about problems (evening of 4rd day) -they answered "it's possible to have pain after sessions and invited me again for a visit" i visited another place, X-ray showed that they did not break my bones, but for the return to the stage that i had ±before Bridgeham clinic (now pain near 2/10) i spent nearly 14 visits/2 months in another place (but now i can walk at least) Maybe I was unlucky and the doctor here is ok, maybe not, anyway, be careful. I just explain my experience here.

Fantastic experience: Paola was absolutely brilliant. I had a very painful knee, felt vulnerable and tearful. Paola was reassuring, kind and gentle, gave me a very comprehensive treatment and explained clearly what was going on and how I should look after my knee at home. I’m now back at Bridgeham four days later for a follow up appointment and the improvement is wonderful. It is clear from my experience here that there is a joined up approach to treatment (I have also seen Trevor and Dan who have both been fantastic with diagnosing and treating a previous injury); there is a professional information sharing which I think greatly enhances the care provided. I am extremely impressed with the level of care provided at Bridgeham, and would thoroughly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I visited the clinic on the referral from a family member. I had a scar massage/ acupuncture session with Selina. Selina took the time to discuss my history and any issues that I had after two c sections. She explained the procedure and results that I could expect to see and feel. I’ve booked my next session in for a few weeks times and would definitely recommend this to other women who have had c sections.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been having osteopathy with Trevor and Dan since 2019. As someone with hypermobility, it’s rare to find practitioners who truly understand the subtle complexities of the condition and can provide an expert eye and sensitive, tailored approach. I’d recommend any hypermobile people to check them out! I’ve been doing reformer pilates for about 4 years and wanted a few tips on refining aspects of my practice, in particular how to work around my hypermobility. I had a couple of 121 sessions with Gordon which were invaluable in improving my practice, with a couple of real “lightbulb” moments. I’m now back at my usual Pilates and dance group classes, but I’d highly recommend him no matter what level of experience you’re at. On top of that, the team at Bridgeham are just so warm and lovely, it’s such a welcoming atmosphere that you can’t help but leave with a spring in your step!

Fantastic experience: I visited Bridge ham clinic as i was in terrible pain with piriformis syndrome , and was seen by Paelo , she explained everything . And was kind snd gentle , and really helped me , really alleviated my fear and pain . I have since seen her again . And i am overwhelmed by her knowledge and skill and concern at helping me recover . Fantastic experience: Finding Bridgeham has been life changing for me. After suffering for decades and trying physio, chiropractors, acupunctures etc it was only Osteopathy that gave me any relief from my pain.

Fantastic experience: I recently came to the clinic and have been treated by Charley. She is wonderful, she has made me feel so comfortable and on top of her kind demeanour she is also a fantastic osteopath. She has helped me with my back pain so much, on top of our sessions there is additional help to alleviate pain for when you are not at the clinic I.e. exercise plans or “homework” as she likes to call it :)

Fantastic experience: I had begun to think that I maybe I was too old for dressage as I was really struggling with my position. Bridgeham’s approach is very holistic and between Jo’s customised exercises and Dan’s osteopathic treatment, in a matter of weeks they have straightened me out and brought my joints back to life. Fantastic experience: My first time at Bridgeham last week and I can really say I’m more than impressed!! Dan was super knowledgeable and really funny! And that’s a combo I love In this day and age lightheartedness and funny is very needed especially within business (I run my own and I’m very similar!) I love how Dan explained every single detail to me with his complicated osteopath words and then broke it down so I could understand better and added a bit of humour I knew exactly what I was getting done and what the issues were. I appreciate his care and honesty, telling me that his priority is not to see me all the time but for me to be able to have treatment and maintain it! Fantastic experience: I've now been going to Bridgeham Clinic for over 2 years to fix my old and tired body. From day 1 they have been excellent in getting me mobile and pain free. They can even fit me in at short notice sometimes when I've done something really daft to cause another injury. They offer a variety of services and rehabilitation is available which most High Street Osteopaths are unable to offer. I've recommended them to numerous friends who have been equally thrilled with the result they achieve. So if you have pain and are in doubt as to whether they can fix you - don't be worried. Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Selena for acupuncture for a few months to help with issues, most recently seasickness. The results were fantastic as I managed a cruise around the Bay of Biscay without suffering any seasickness. I saw Selina who was amazing she was my fairy godmother she listened to me and did not judge me with my tears she was so kind and I could tell her anything and really talk to her about everything I was fearing and had been putting up with over the last few months. Fantastic experience: I went to Bridgeham clinic to see Rey as my back was very painful and my movement was very slow. I have seen him a few times and my back is now so much improved. As my back was improved I decided to have sessions with Shireen for one to one Pilates to strengthen my back and body generally after having had five years of treatment for breast cancer. I have found these sessions so beneficial and after struggling to start I now find the benefits of this and less treatment with Rey the osteopath. Both Rey and Shireen are fantastic to work with. Very professional experienced and so kind and friendly. The whole centre is filled with friendly positive staff and it is a pleasure to come here, knowing I’ll get help and support. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have been bringing my 12 year old to Bridgeham for about a year for an ongoing hyper mobility issue that has seen him go from unable to walk without crutches and being in agonising pain to being on physically top form once again. The care he has received by the osteopaths and, more recently, Katy for Pilates, has been excellent especially when we have had no success with any other practitioners. I can’t fault anything about this clinic. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I recently attended Lindsay’s Pelvic Health course. Lindsay is a very friendly and conscientious teacher, and the course was interesting in so many different ways. I had signed up with a slight expectation of it being mainly breathing exercises such as those issued by physio’s, but it was a whole mix of different muscle workouts, core strengthening exercises as well as excellent breathing techniques, all of which can easily be done at home and fitted into a daily schedule. Lindsay clearly explained the reasoning behind each set of exercises we did and cleverly adapted these to suit any individual movement restrictions (such as sore backs and knees). It was like piecing all the bits of a jigsaw puzzle together, and finally understanding how poor posture and movement affects not only the back and other joints, but also the pelvic floor. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Bridgham on and off for years now. Just recently I started suffering with Plantar Fasciitis. On my last visit before today, Seth did some acupuncture on it and then massaged my foot which was soooo painful but the next day I was more or less pain free. Now I am wearing the correct footwear, i am now pain free. Thank you Seth. Also would just like to say the lady I see in reception (sorry can't remember her name) is really lovely, very welcoming and friendly.

Fantastic experience: This was my first experience of an osteopath. I can honestly say, this is a fabulous warm and inviting clinic and all staff I have met so far are really kind. Mike was extremely supportive and attentive and very intuitive as well. I have been a few times now over recent weeks and can already feel a difference. I have recommended to my friends, and feel grateful to have found somewhere I can visit and trust when needed. One of the most loveliest things I witnessed was how the reception staff took time to chat with an elderly patient, asking about her day and how she was etc...it's the little things that really matter and make a difference to peoples lives. Fantastic experience: I've recently been suffering with severe anxiety. It was suggested that I try Acupuncture (Selena) and I honestly can't recommended this enough. Selena advised me on trigger points that I can use when I'm out and my anxiety flares up. She recommended that I take Iron supplements and have a B12 injection as my body was lacking this which was also effecting me mentally. Selena advised on some Yin and Blood foods that I can eat to also help with my levels. I feel as though from seeing Selena, I can see light at the end of the tunnel into overcoming or even just controlling my anxiety.

Positive experience: I have had a course of very good treatments with George Hopkins he is kind, knowlegeable and very gentle, but gets to the root o whats going on. I would definately recommend.

Negative experience: I was waiting in the reception for 20 minutes as the osteopath was late with previous appointment. When finally I was seen, my appointment lasted for only 20 minutes instead of 30 I paid for.

Fantastic experience: Went to bridgehams suggested by a friend as I had a trapped nerve, I saw saif and had a consultation for 30 minutes and he explained and showed me what was wrong. So after that I booked a session to help me get out of pain. He was very clear telling me what he was going to do to me and after a few pulls and pushes on different parts of my body I left feeling so much better. I would definitely suggest going to see him.

Fantastic experience: Bridgeham clinic has been absolutely amazing. I have been having treatment with Dan for my back and neck. I have difficult chronic conditions and the team have been amazing and knowledgable helping support me on my road to recovery but also their insight into EDS and inflammatory arthritis and fibromyalgia has helped me to understand my conditions much better to hopefully reduce the amount of flare ups. But also to understand why they occur. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Thanks Bridgeham Clinic!

Fantastic experience: I was experiencing upper back pain for over a month before my brother recommended to see an osteopath. I got an appointment the same day which was great news for me as the pain was worsening. Saif was very thorough in trying to understand what might have caused the pain. It only took one session to release the tension in my upper back and right shoulder. The pain was fully gone within just four sessions. Excellent results, my back is now feeling so much better! The treatments worked very well for me. Saif is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend to friends and family. Thank you!

Positive experience: My first day there was fantastic. Trevor and Michael looked into my issue and they really knew what they are up to. Of course I needed few sessions to see any improvement and I completely understand that. I booked another session with Michael, when I walked in, I was told he is in the meeting and be with me shortly. I waited 25 minutes and no one even bother to check on Michael when he can see me or should I come on other date. After 25 minutes of waiting, I loss my patience and walk off. Don't forget that I came to see Michael on my break from work and I have mentioned that before making the appointment. After that experience I didn't book another appointment with them, as if someone can't respect your time, it's not worth it.

Fantastic experience: I had my first visit at the clinic today, what outstanding customer service from staff, from start to Finnish all the staff are so welcoming and friendly, the clinic is easy to find and there is free parking outside, I had my treatment with Emily and wow this was my first time having this, I was recommended Emily through a friend and I wasn’t disappointed she was so lovely and amazing at her job she worked her magic on my problem areas. I have re booked definitely 5 star highly recommend my only regret is not going sooner! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Fantastic experience: I can't put into words how happy I am with the acupuncture treatment i received from Rachel at Bridgeham Clinic. I've been under a specalist for around 5 years, I've had a number of cortizone injections to help with the pain. Thanks to Rachel I'm pain free after just 2 treatments. No more pain killers or waking during the early hours trying to find a comfortable sleeping position. Thanks to Rachel and all of the team at Bridgeham, I felt so welcome and comfortable despite Covid restrictions.

Fantastic experience: I visited Bridgeham initially while i was pregnant with my 2nd child to try and avoid some of the aches and pains i had after my first. Between Mike (Osteo) and Michelle (Massage) i was really happy with how my back coped with the strains of carrying a heavy toddler and the bending (hunching??) of sitting feeding a newborn. I carried on seeing Michelle for maintenance and mentioned that my lower back is always very tender - more a note for her to be kind to me! But after just 4 weekly sessions the intense ache i have had for the best part of 15 years (especially after walking or standing for more than about 2hrs) has gone, and i can now sleep on my back for the first time in 15yrs too! Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend The Bridgeham Clinic enough. You are made to feel so welcome as soon as you walk through the door. After suffering from migraines and next pain for many years. I have now been pain free since December thanks to Dan (osteopath) and Selina (acupuncture) for working their magic.

Fantastic experience: Went for the first time after a recommendation. The receptionist may be the loveliest person I've encountered this month! So welcoming and made me the best cup of tea ever. The facilities are nice and clean with ample parking. My appointment was with Clemence (osteo) and she managed to loosen up my my lower back that has been tight and painful (at times seizing up). She was super knowledgable and warm and friendly. If I don't edit this, please assume that all my back ache is gone and I am a very happy customer indeed.

Fantastic experience: Trevor Strutt is a magician! After 21 months, 2 Osteos, 3 physios and 100s hours of rehab exercises, Trevor fixed me in 15mins. I waited 3 months and traveled 272 miles to see him and it was absolutely worth it. It was such a pleasure to meet somebody who is so clearly at the very top of their profession. He and all the staff at the Bridgman clinic are lovely. I guess that’s to be expected when they’re putting these kind of smiles on people’s faces everyday. Edit: I subsequently dislocated a bone in my wrist which was agony, and Trevor fixed it OVER THE PHONE! I am stunned, speechless and have run out of superlatives for this man. These are the kind of skills which 2000 years ago would have had you nailed to a cross.

Fantastic experience: Truly can't recommend this place enough, absolutely heaven sent!! I had a car accident back in 2009 and sustained a burst fracture of my lower spine, resulting in nerve damage to my legs also. After surgery, and months of physio, I still didn't seem to making the improvements I had hoped for. We came across Bridgeham Clinic which to me was the last resort before being advised for further surgery due to lack of progress. After my first session with Jo, I cried in pure delight at how I felt almost 'normal' after one session!!!! After that, I never looked back. Not only did Bridgeham Clinic give me hope, but they also gave me my life back, a better one in fact!! Thanks to Jo and Trevor for being my guardian angels, don't believe I could have got to where I am today without you!

Fantastic experience: Walked in this morning not able to touch my knees - Tara and friends worked their magic and i am now able to touch my toes with ease!! nothing short of miracles. booked my next appointment to prevent this in the future, only problem is i am now aware of all my problems and bad habits.. lol

Fantastic experience: I don't know how to recommend Both Trevor and Jo more. They are so knowledgeable and helped me so much more than the NHS physio department. They explained my MRI scan to me which no one else did and the set about a plan to help me recover from my back problem. Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely cannot recommend Bridgeham Clinic enough, apart from the state of the art equipment, the incredibly caring and responsive team, over the past 8 years whenever I have had any issues, they have managed to quickly get me out of pain and put in place a program for me to ensure on-going maintenance and preventative care. I have recently started 1-2-1 Pilates instruction too and I am loving it, it has made so much difference to my back.

Fantastic experience: The team at Bridgeham put me back together when my back "went". They took time to explain where the problem was and talked me through what they were going to do. I had three treatments, followed by some strengthening Pilates and was soon back to normal. Thanks for being there for me!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic clinic and amazing service! From the second I walked in I felt extremely welcomed by the receptionist. The session with the Osteopath was great! They seemed extremely knowledgeable with my knee pain and I'm already feeling some improvement! I would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: I was recommended to see an Osteopath because of ongoing back pain and muscle tightness. My first impression was very positive - the reception staff are welcoming, knowledgeable and put you at ease about your first visit. My appointment ran to time, Kamilla was gentle and efficient. I was impressed that she talked me through where my pain was originating and what can be done to help. She provided treatment on the day and post-visit exercises to help strengthen the area. Although I feel much better, I have no doubt I will be a regular at the clinic ... I already have my first massage booked!
