Fantastic experience: For various reasons I haven’t been able to get into the new salon until yesterday. I always described the previous one as walking into a hug, this one transcends that! You are immersed into the most wonderful atmosphere and surroundings, the space is just beautiful. I had an hour long hot stone massage with Jane, her skill unlocks every knot and tight muscle, I melted onto the (heated, super comfy) bed then floated home. The team here are so professional, but with a friendliness and softness often missing in other places. Highly highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Going for here for massages has always been great. It's very easy to feel uncomfortable in these situations but Jane and her team have always made me feel welcome. My shoulders are very tight but after a bit of encouragement I felt very refreshed and a lot more relaxed!

Negative experience: I've called knowing what my skin issues were and what treatment I wanted to have (Caci), but the lady on the phone insisted on booking me in for a 'skin analysis'. This lady on the phone, who I believe is not permanent staff and was there that day 'just helping', starts talking about pigmentation. I said, "I don't have pigmentation issues." Then she felt the need to say that she was 'white British', and white people have pigmentation issues, assuming for my accent, that I wasn't. I wasn't bothered by this, I thought that was just another patronising ignorant comment, and she booked me in for a consultation that cost £50. Once in the clinic, the consultant spent most of the time promoting the skin care brand that they use from Barcelona (no one knows about this brand in Spain by the way), saying that the line of products I should use is called 'Age'... because, of course, my issues are related to. So it doesn't matter if you, apart from being old, have oily skin, dry skin, sensitive skin, etc, you are going to be recommended 'Age'. This lady put some sort of acid on my face and asked me from 1 to 5 (I think) how bad was the discomfort. I said 3. I also mentioned to her one by one my skin issues. So that was it. 4 days later, I received a 6 pages word document, were she wrote ONE LINE about 'my issues', listing all that I said to her like was her own analysis and conclusions, saying that I have permeability level 3. The rest in the Word document was copied and pasted text about the skin care products that they used. I've complained since there is no way that you can call that 'deep skin analysis '. Jane herself called me. Incredibly arrogant woman. Saying,'What were you expecting for £50?'. That her friends in their own clinics ask £150 for the same thing. She offered me a refund that I never went to collect. Reply to Jane Bulbeck. Thank you for your reply, since it only confirms how arrogant and uncabable of admitting mistakes you are. The receptionist identifies herself as "just a friend that is helping out", she didn't know anything about anything, and she admitted it on the phone. But you call that "committed to delivering a high standard service". So actually, no, I wasn't explained what the consultion was about since I've asked something completely different. Regarding the white British comment, that is the first time in my life I've heard something like this. If you are so well educated and smart, you should know better. Neither, you or your staff should generate any situation where a client could "misinterpretate" your "respectful communication." There is no need to point out that YOU ARE WHITE BRITISH AND I AM NOT, just for my accent on the phone. PERIOD. No second guess, no misinterpretation. No out of context. Regarding the "rejecting the tailoring advice", there was nothing tailered to reject since your "Professional" said that they always recommend the "Age" line for 40+ ladies, no matter they type of skin. So it wasn't really tailored, was it? By the way, if the Consultant is going to speak all the time while applying products on the client's face, I would recommend you give them a face mask. I was able to smell her breath. When you called me, your tone was far from being respecful. I would call that plain passive aggression, using sarcasm and underestimating my intelligence all the time. You are a person who clearly can not tolerate criticism. If you stand by what you said, don't edit your reply.

Fantastic experience: I had spent so many years trying every off the counter acne treatment possible before finally giving up and going to the doctors to get a cream. It absolutely killed my skin and I really thought I would never be able to feel comfortable in my skin. For years I’ve been told by doctors that as I have PCOS I will always have acne and I just have to deal with it. I put my trust in Maddie though and it was the best decision I’ve made! The difference to my skin is actually unbelievable and I no longer have any active acne at all. This is far more than a vanity treatment, it’s a confidence booster and one that is priceless. I’m not someone who usually spends any money but Maddie helped me trust the process and was so encouraging throughout my journey. I can’t thank you enough!

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Jane Bulbeck highly enough. My go to expert in skincare, offering warm hearted, professional bespoke treatments. Gorgeous treatment rooms with opulence and sheer loveliness, the treatments are so relaxing. I just love all of her products they are ethically sourced and there’s a vegan range to choose from too! I always feel like I’ve had a spa afternoon after a treatment with Jane !! Just gorgeous and worth the trip from Brighton ❤️❤️

Fantastic experience: After a long long winter working outside on the farm, (small farm) I was exhausted and after months of rain and weeks in the mud I felt very low. My daughters bought me a Top to Toe Detox and Revive, wow, amazing, incredible. From the moment I walked in I relaxed, all tensions seemed to fade away, the staff the atmosphere out of this world and the treatment I didn’t want to end. I felt quite emotional when I was finished. Fantastic experience: I've been going to Jane for years. As a busy mum, I always look forward to going to a place of calm. Everyone there does everything to make you feel welcome and Jane's knowledge of skin care is second to none. I'd really recommend the soul ritual treatment (I don't think I've ever been more relaxed!) My toes always look amazing after having them done too!

Fantastic experience: I had the most amazing facial yesterday, it was the WOW! Facial, and it certainly lived upto its name. 1.5 hours of amazing ness and my skin afterwards looked so fresh and renewed. I have also had the Nano eye facial and that too is a regular monthly must for my skincare regime. After leaving each visit Jane prescribes me some personal skin care to take home and keep my skin in its best condition. Jane and all of the staff are extremely knowledgable and highly recommended.

This clinic does everything they possibly can to make their clients feel confident and comfortable in the treatment they receive. Our sessions are always booked with Meral, whom combines her own skills with high quality equipment to achieve the best results. An initial consultation is required which aids in the structure and fluency of appointments, where the client feels closer to their desired outcome each time. The setting is hygienic, calming and relaxing with highly trained staff you can trust. Meral is clearly highly competent in the area of laser hair removal and other skincare treatments. We are extremely satisfied with the results in ourselves and would like to thank the clinic for such a painless, harmless and fantastic experience!

Fantastic experience: I had a voucher and decided to have the Cocoon Body Wrap. It was amazing, the most relaxing treatment I have ever had. It made me feel so relaxed, my skin felt like velvet and a cheeky glass of prosecco with Jane and Lou was the perfect end to the perfect treatment! Fantastic experience: I popped into the salon for some advice. An appointment was duly made with Jane. I have sun damage on my face, which gets much darker in the summer. Jane suggested some treatment, and gave me invaluable advice on skincare and products. I could not believe the difference to my face! After the first treatment, some marks disappeared completely, whilst others started to fade. Amazing! I feel like I have a new face. At 57 I assumed the damage was permanent. Highly recommend. Jane and her team are clearly very knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: Not just the perfect place for your skin and beauty needs! I suffered a minor injury recently, and with Jane's recommendation used Marine Magnesium from Pevonia. Within a week it was practically gone and stayed infection free. Great thinking outside the box by Jane!

One of the downfalls was not having my well regarded facial specialist down this way...BUT I found Jane (via Laura who specialises in electrolysis), a hidden jewel in the industry, esp to be outside of the Central London hub. Jane suggested tailored Caci and RF...exactly what I had with my last specialist. Though trained she tailors its to your structure and build, which very few are able to do. Extremely happy. Fantastic experience: Simply the best salon, starting with the fab friendly reception ladies, always knowledgable about the services and products. The products used are the highest quality and plant based, you can also refill the main ones to save on plastic waste! Absolutely the greatest massage I have ever had from Jane, I wouldn’t have anyone else now. Informative event nights with fab on the night offers. Fabulous Microblading and Dermaplane. I always feel complete at ease with every service. The Moor Mud Mask treatment is divine, I think the best massage style treatment I have ever had.
