Fantastic experience: I joined Fruci Fit in May and can honestly say I wish I had done it before! I wanted to lose a stone in weight which I am on my way to achieving but Matt and the team have totally changed my mindset about weight and body shape. So for once in my life, I don't care if I am under a certain weight, it's become what I look like There is so much support from the coaches when you are doing the classes, showing you how to use equipment and get the best out of the sessions. And the thing is, it really is ok to not be ok at any of the exercises as noone judges you on what you can or can't do, its about finding what's achievable for you at the level of fitness you are at.

Fantastic experience: Before I started with FruciFit kickstarter I felt stuck and unsure of how to make real progress toward my health goals and I hadn't exercised in years! I was juggling a lot, feeling like I didn't have the energy or the time (or the will!) to exercise. Since joining, the support has been absolutely brilliant. The personal coach support, Matt's motivation boosters, small achievable goals, short and varied exercise sessions together have been so effective in getting me into a manageable, achievable routine that works for me. Before starting my knees were often painful, while now I never feel any pain anymore. This year we went to Paris, clocked 30K steps every day for a week and climbed everything there was to climb, including the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triumph and I kept up with it all! It simply would not have been possible before! I wanted to get stronger and healthier for my young family and for myself in the future and I can confidently say FruciFit has helped me getting on that path! I’d absolutely recommend this programme to anyone looking for a supportive environment, where you can achieve your goals at your own pace.

Fantastic experience: I joined this gym in December and then became a member the 1st of January. I’ve signed up for six months. I’ve seen what they can offer and the variety of classes. It really is good value for money. I have found all the instructors really helpful and they all offer something different. The classes are for all levels and abilities and you just work to your own Capabilities with no pressure from anybody else. The other people in their classes are really nice and supportive and everybody’s concentrating on their own work so you don’t feel intimidated in any way shape or form. Matt is really responsive to any communication and I would say that they bend over backwards to make sure you are happy with everything they offer and they are incredibly flexible. I never know quite what to expect when I intend a class as they can be a little different which makes it very interesting. I am pretty sure by the time my six months is up I am gonna be much fitter than I was even though my level of fitness was not too bad. There is always room for improvement and I certainly feel worked after each session. My advice don’t think about it. Just sign up. You will not regret it. Health is wealth.

Fantastic experience: Frucifit is a game changer - it has given me the direction and focus and (most importantly) inspiration and support to make changes to my life that I know I need. For my health as I near menopause, my confidence, my wellbeing and my ability to be the best version of myself that I can be - for me and for my family. Before starting Frucifit, I was feeling sluggish, tired, a bit overweight and having lost a lot of my confidence after a hard few years (covid, intense job, bereavement, big relocation). From the day I joined, I was so impressed and inspired by the excellent support, motivation and brilliant sessions from Matt and all the team. It’s like an instant, high focus, high challenge yet hugely supportive framework has immediately come around me and given me concrete, practical tools (not just the fitness sessions) to make changes to my fitness, diet and more generally that I know are establishing really positive and hopefully lasting changes. Even just a few weeks in, I’m blown away by how much stronger and happier in myself I’m feeling. The support, positivity, and expertise from the team is really inspiring and motivating, and also the camaraderie of the other ladies is so powerful too. Today as I drove home from the session I actually felt myself welling up about how joining FF has changed my outlook and how I feel. I still have some way to go on my weight loss goal (steady progress though!) but it’s about so much more than that. I feel inspired, more confident and stronger, and proud of the changes I’m making to my wellness and outlook, which is just amazing. I can’t recommend Matt and Frucifit highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I started at Fruci Fit in September, feeling frumpy and fed up. I’ve always exercised but the menopause (I’m 52) was presenting some challenges and I’d lost my fitness mojo. I absolutely love the variety of classes offered with Fruci Fit and my fitness has increased dramatically in 3 months as a result. The classes are inclusive to all levels of fitness and the trainers are excellent. I’m looking forward to doing some of the Fruci events next year which are based on the Hyrox format, the emphasis is on taking part, progression and competing against yourself rather than hardcore competing. Matt is proactive in sharing useful information every day, and is passionate about well-being, which really comes across in his communications. The community of women are very friendly also so you’ll feel welcome if you join. I now know I’m managing my mid-life fitness as well as possible and that feels really good. Fantastic experience: I started at Fruci Fit in September 2023. I was unfit, sluggish and always tired. After about 8 weeks I started to feel much better. Matt and all the coaches are very helpful and encouraging. The classes are small, fun and varied. All the ladies are very friendly and encouraging. I did 2 sessions a week in the gym and some online replays of classes. They also have a couple of events throughout the year which are great fun. Matt is very knowledgeable about health and fitness and I now have his voice in my brain, like a little worm, with his sayings . I didn't set out to lose weight but my body has changed shape, I have better posture, am fitter and feel much more confident now. It may seem expensive compared to some other gyms but I think it's worth every penny. You have so much information you can access online and you have a personal coach who checks your progress regularly. I would highly recommend Fruci Fit and I wouldn't be where I am now without their help. Don't think about it, do it . Thanks Matt and team.

Fantastic experience: Before i started Frucifit i was tired, lethargic and unmotivated. After 3 months i feel fitter than ever and i have met an amazing group of ladies who were in the same boat. The instructors are lovely, encouraging and supportive. It was an enjoyable experience.

The trainers are amazing, patient and supportive. A great range of classes for all abilities and exercise preferences. Classmates are very supportive too. Fantastic experience: Joining Fruci Fit has really changed so much for me. Before I felt that my fitness journey was past , that it was a gentle slide into old age ! I was finding simple things like getting out of a chair harder and getting off the floor impossible. This wasn’t good for my mental health either; I felt old before my time. With ease of access to workouts, support through a variety of means, lots of encouragement & joy Fruci Fit has empowered me to strive for better physical health, strength & flexibility. I feel very different now, physically & mentally. Physically I’m able to bounce out of a chair, get up off the floor, squat to tie my shoelaces. Fantastic experience: For the last 11 weeks I've had lots of fun sampling Fruci Fit classes, asking Matt about nutrition during live Q&As, changing my eating habits and I've actually lost 2.5 ins from my waist and 5.4 kg in weight! My clothes fit again, I have more stamina and flexibility, and I feel so much better. You can do classes online, but it's even better to go to the studio and enjoy the banter with other students, as we try all sorts of funny positions in yoga, pilates, Tai Chi, boxing, etc. The meal plans are handy, too. I never go hungry. Best of all, everyone at Fruci Fit is so encouraging and positive, enabling each student to do what they can, and have fun. Recommended.

Fantastic experience: I had started to feel very lethargic and sluggish toward the end of last year. I had been following Fruci Fit on Facebook for quite a while then after Christmas thought to myself 'Why not?!' so I clicked on the 'More Info' link. I was so pleased I did - Matt and the other coaches are amazing. I didn't feel intimidated at all when I went to my first class, just seemed all so natural. Everyone is so friendly too. I am feeling so much more energised now and my confidence is on the rise. My diet has improved and overall feeling so much better. Thanks Matt and the team!! Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I had seen Fruci Fit advertised, I finally plucked up the courage to give Matt a call, he explained how Fruci Fit worked. Matt is very knowledgeable, regarding diets, nutrition and exercise. My mood, motivation were all very low and fitness wasn’t what it was!! I am 5 weeks into Fruci Fit, my mood has definitely lifted, my fitness and stamina have improved, and my clothes are more comfortable!! I have also made some simple changes to my diet, which means I feel fuller longer and not snacking. Matt and his team are great, they support and encourage you all the way! Fantastic experience: I joined FruciFit in August 2022. My partner was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes in 2019 and we took all the professional advice about making changes to our lifestyle very seriously (we had some pretty poor habits in terms of diet and fitness) and committed to trying to reverse it. As a result, in well under a year we were delighted that he had indeed reversed it. In working with my partner, I also lost 3 stone and found a love for open water swimming, cycling and running. Whilst my partner has the on-going incentive of keeping the diabetes at bay, in 2022 I was finding it somewhat more challenging; my old ways were creeping back in in terms of diet. My fitness levels were still pretty good, but I knew that I needed to lose at least another stone, tone up, improve my strength and generally try to adopt good habits for life, not just for a period of my life. Having also completed 3 super sprint triathlons since 2019, I wanted to challenge myself to a longer triathlon in 2023. But to be really honest, I just felt like I couldn’t do it on my own. I knew someone who was undertaking a very strict online programme of diet and fitness, and initially this appealed to me, perhaps as I was thinking I just needed to quickly lose some weight, gain a bit more strength and tone up. But something in my head told me that for me, in order to make sustainable changes to my lifestyle, I needed to ensure I wasn’t too restrictive in terms of diet – because I love my food! – and it was more that I needed to start being more mindful about my eating habits and be curious about my attitude towards food and general lifestyle. I had seen FruciFit on Facebook and I lived near the studio so had seen Matt from time to time (always carrying some sort of gym equipment and looking full of energy!) and so I did a bit of research – finding out that FruciFit is for ladies over 40, and having read some of the reviews and watched the podcasts from other members, I realised that this was possibly exactly what I was looking for at this point in my life. I filled out the very straightforward application on Facebook and Matt arranged a call with me within a couple of days – this prompt follow-up to my application was key because I was in the right mindset and ready to go and it was great that there was no delay in his response, otherwise I might have lost that momentum and incentive. I have now been on the programme for 6 weeks, attending the studio 3 times a week as well as doing lots of online workouts, alongside my normal triathlon training. Both the in-person and online sessions are really good - you have the flexibility to fit them in around other commitments. Everyone is so friendly – you do everything at your own pace in a supportive and relaxed environment. There is a huge variety of sessions to choose from, and there is always clear instruction about how the exercises can be differentiated according to the individual. Since joining Frucifit, I have now lost over a stone, I can feel I am toning up and my levels of fitness have vastly improved. I can run up hills that I struggled with before, and I feel stronger and fitter than I ever have. Needless to say, the impact on my mental health and wellbeing as a result is huge. I have adopted daily habits that are getting easier every day, for example taking a few minutes in the morning to write down my goals for food, fitness and focus that day, which I then look at at the end of the day and reflect upon, ready to start again the next day (which is important on days that aren’t as good as others!). You often hear that improving diet and fitness leads to a boost in energy – I can not emphasise enough how my energy levels have gone up since I joined. Matt and his team are brilliant: so knowledgeable, friendly and supportive - and they also are very good at making everyone laugh, which for me is a great combination!

Fantastic experience: Definitely worth ago, it's only been 4wks but I'm so into it. I was unsure at first as not been great at committing to going to the gym. But the online classes have been great for me and if I can't make the time it's live, i just do it on reply which is brilliant. This way I didn't beat myself up that I'd missed it coz something came up then give up. I just done it when I could. I love the 1 minute work outs as these can be done in most places at anytime gets the blood pumping warms you up and have done these on busy days throughout the day, before I knew it i done 10 mins 12mins ect. Love love love the phrase all or something being better than all or nothing. Looking forward to watching my progression and this has made me want to do it rather than just think about it.

Fantastic experience: Before joining Fruci Fit I was at my heaviest and at 41 I was worried that my health was starting to suffer. My self esteem was low and I was struggling to stay motivated when trying to lose weight. I didn't feel confident enough to join a gym and the dieting alone wasn't working for me. From my first meeting with Matt I knew that I would have the guidance that I needed to achieve my goals. I love the classes which are always full of friendly faces. The ongoing support provided by Matt is amazing, in addition to regular in person check-ins I know that I can reach out at any time for advice. I joined Fruci Fit in the summer and I have lost two stone and dropped two dress sizes - I'm over the moon! The biggest change I have noticed is the massive improvement in my level of fitness, I no longer get short of breath or struggle to keep up with my family when we go out for a walk. Fantastic experience: I am so pleased I found and joined Fruci Fit. I have learnt how to adapt exercise to suit me . I have several limitations due to illness and injury but now know how I can exercise the bits that work to improve my muscle mass. Fruci fit offers such a huge variety of exercise ranging from Tai Chi and yoga through to high intensity. Each person is encouraged and supported to work at their own pace. The team at Fruci fit also help you with food strategies again to suit you and support you with sustainable weight loss if that is what you are looking for. Also your general well being is taken I to account. The community is so friendly and supportive. I would encourage anyone to give it a try, put your faith in this fantastic team. Fantastic experience: Thank you so much to Matt and the whole team at Fruci Fit! Before starting I was stuck in a rut in terms of eating habits and fitness. Despite always having an active lifestyle I was struggling with my weight and my fitness abilities. I was very demotivated about making any positive changes to my life and I felt like nothing was making a difference. I thought I was going to have to completely change my entire lifestyle to reach my goals. However, as soon as I started with Fruci Fit and spoke to Matt I realised that I only had to change my mindset and break a couple of bad habits to start seeing results. Making small changes to my diet and gaining further understanding of nutrition helped me realise that I could achieve my fitness goals without having to cut anything out of my diet! I loved the range of workouts available and it was easy to find workouts that fit in with my day. Checking in with Matt on a regular basis was always nice and supportive. Now I am on track to reaching my ideal weight. I have so much more energy, strength and stamina. I look forward to my daily workouts as they no longer feel like a chore. Fantastic experience: I joined Fruci Fit at the end of September. I wasn’t massively overweight, but really wanted to get rid of the stubborn, ‘rubber ring’ that had appeared around my middle. In my head, I couldn’t work out how this had happened as I didn’t eat THAT much and did lots of walking. After meeting Matt and starting the programme, it dawned on me that walking wasn’t ‘cutting the mustard’ for fitness and losing the pounds. At first, I found the workouts really tiring - I wasn’t fit at all. Quite quickly though, I started to keep up and enjoyed doing them (which I wasn’t expecting at all!) The flexibility of the classes and the fact that you can do them anytime on Facebook was is great - they are quite short, so are easy to fit into the day. Matt is extremely knowledgeable and more importantly, FUN. His programme works - I have lost 12lbs over 12 weeks and it really wasn’t hard. I am stronger and told by others that I walk much faster. Thank you to the team at Fruci Fit - I thoroughly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: After 3 months of lockdown I was feeling unhappy with my weight and fitness. After seeing a link on Facebook for Fruci Fit I decided to give it a go. I'm so glad I did! 1 month in and I'm 6lb down and have lost 13 inches. I love being able to access the exercise classes at any time meaning I have no excuse not to take part. Matt's advice and motivation has been a constant throughout. I now sleep much better, have so much more energy and feel like me again. Fantastic experience: Before l signed up l was finding 2020 overwhelming. So much seemed out of my control and my options were to take comfort in the biscuit tin or, could l take control of me? I saw the 28 day challenge on my Facebook feed. I've historically tried every diet under the sun and failed miserably every time plus l really don't like workouts as l just can't do them. But it's only 28 days right? Surely l can manage that? Every journey starts with that single step right? So in that moment l impulsively signed up. Fast forward 28 days and l have lost 6llbs and 5 1/2 inches. It's not just the numbers tho', it's the way l now FEEL. I'm gaining control of me! The days have raced by, I have lots more energy, and l'm changing shape too! I began tentatively with a Fruci Fit guided workout for 3 minutes and now 30 minutes every day because l enjoy them! Who? Me? This is the me who didn't even own a pair of trainers! The 28 days are fun, informative, friendly and fruitful. It's such a varied, engaging way of getting fit, healthy and losing weight too! I do it at my own pace, my plan is personal to me and l never feel l'm not good enough. I have 1 2 1's with Matt who is really knowledgeable and makes everything fun. The group support keeps me inspired as do the choices available, its like pic 'n' mix! There's beginners levels, yoga, zumba, cardio, info evenings, live sessions, meet ups etc. If l'm feeling tired l sign in to a meditation. If l want inspiration l join the live cookery sessions and make a really tasty dish. I've learnt about food and sabotage and l'm learning how to eat well for a better me. I get all these benefits AND l get to have biscuits! I love this programme and so l'm riding this wave of positivity and motivation by continuing the journey with Matt and his team by my side. I've a long way to go, l still can't do a push up...yet.. and the biscuit tin is still a challenge...but l want to be a butterfly emerging from my being a Covid Chrysalis so much more than l want another biscuit!

Fantastic experience: Having spent the last 6 months with FruciFit I want to highly recommend Matt and his team for their ability to motivate, their skill in demonstrating and explaining the correct way to do the exercises and showing how to personally adapt them. I am 65 and need to take care of my joints but need better muscle strength. After joining in the live sessions in Marlborough we had Lockdown and I was so inspired to continue with the excellent, wide choice of virtual sessions at home, I surprised myself that I would do that. I actually did a session every day during lockdown, choosing either a full workout, a stretch session or a back to basics learning the correct moves. Sometimes 30 minutes, sometimes just 15. I have achieved my goals to improve my muscle strength and increase my energy level. In addition I have a greater awareness of a good diet for me. Also Matt personally advised on supplements and I am now confident that I am choosing the right ones for me. Something I hadn’t expected at the beginning was how much the ‘habit forming’ concept along with the daily exercise helped my mental well being. This was a particular support during Lockdown. Fantastic experience: I started with Fruci Fit during lockdown, my chocolate eating was getting out of hand, comfort eating and feeding my emotions. To be honest, I felt the fact that, at 60, I had no self-control over stuffing the sweet stuff pathetic. Matt has a fantastic approach to diet (snacks included!), fitness and focus, together with a great sense of humour! It is the whole package - short, manageable exercise sessions - in person or live online or catch up when you are free, meal plans, coffee morning catch-up, live cooking sessions, Q&A’s, meditation, all tailored around your personal goals. Fantastic experience: I had a body composition scan in January and discovered I was lacking in lean muscle and strongly advised to add resistance workouts to my exercise plan to ensure good strength and tone to support my body as it ages. On discussing this with a good friend, she recommended me to Matt and I can honestly say, joining the FruciFit group has been the best I could have hoped for. I don’t live locally so I joined the programme on a virtual basis which has worked extremely well. Matt conducted a face to face session with me via video call to establish my aims and goals and put a plan in place for me to follow. I’ve enjoyed the numerous recorded video exercises I can follow along to with Matt, and the live classes he does within his private facebook group which he always makes such fun, entertaining and varied. The beauty of these is that they are also saved so you can do them at a time to suit you. I’ve had regular follow ups to check on my progress and Matt has readily been available to answer any queries I’ve had. Five months on and I’m very satisfied with the progress I’ve made. I can see a definite change in my muscle tone, particularly my upper body which was very weak. I’m delighted to be able to do 20 proper press ups (ie not on my knees) when I could barely manage one at the start. I’ve loved the way the programme has been tailored to my specific needs and whilst I’ve not needed the diet element of the programme, I’ve seen how beneficial this would have been if I’d needed to lose weight. The big thing I have learned is how important protein is for healthy muscles and it became quickly apparent I’d not been eating nearly enough previously. Thanks to Matt, resistance exercise has now become one of my good habits. I highly recommend Frucifit, Matt goes out of his way to support his ladies, listens to them and makes sure exercises are adapted to their level of fitness and ability which enforces his mantra to remember that it’s you vs you. I’ve definitely achieved results beyond my expectations.

Fantastic experience: Wow! What a year! Flicking through my note book with weight, chest & hip measurements dating back to Oct 2014, Aug 2015, Jan 2016, Jan 2017- new diet start dates all starting well & all ending with weight loss going back on. I signed up with Matt’s 28 day kick start programme in June last year & a year later- 4.5 stone weight loss!!! Fun exercise classes, expert nutrition and daily help and advice has kept me going. The biggest thing Matt has helped me with is changing my relationship with food - I’m not on a diet - if I choose to eat cake that’s fine - but the food choices I’ve made have enabled me to lose the weight. Fantastic experience: I cannot rate Matt and his team highly enough. Having completed this week a 28 day kickstart with Matt Fruci and his team at Fruci Fit - Personal Training Wiltshire (all online) I just wanted to share with you how much progress I have made just by changing small things and using his systems. These small changes and accountability create a compound effect that when used consistently produce results. My personal results in 28 days are 10lbs down in weight and 10 inches off across my body just by changing small things. I have had takeaways and fish and chips during this time as well. So don’t ever think you need to deprive yourself to achieve the results you would like. Small progress is better than no progress. I shall continue to work with him and his lovely team to get to my goal which is not necessarily a number but a place where I feel comfortable in my body and I feel physically feel healthier and stronger. Maybe next year I can consider walking up Snowdon again, lighter and stronger and without the pain and sheer grit and determination that it took me in 2018! This is not the quick fix dieting that I’ve done in the past, this is lifestyle changes to a stronger me, eating real food and moving my body to be the best that I can be Thank you Matt

Fantastic experience: A friend had been enthusiastic about Matt’s training and it has surpassed my expectations. I was stuck in a rut with exercise, needed to lose a few pounds, so thought I would try it. The training sessions are brilliant! Short, sharp, sweaty but effective and huge fun! We all have a smile on ours faces every time. Matt also makes them different every time which keeps your interest up. His personal attention and being ‘on your case’ means you can’t slacken and you genuinely want to do your best with all the help we gives you including the tools, nutrition advice, and psychology necessary. Fantastic experience: At 45, overweight, miserable & generally down on myself I saw Matts advert to help “Busy Ladies over 40 lose weight & get fit” Just what I needed, but I had lots of negative thoughts before joining, “What if I can’t do the exercises as I’m so unfit that would be so embarrassing in a group environment “ After meeting Matt my outlook was so much more positive, “I can try and I’m sure I will get better in time”. This has absolutely happened, I can do a push up, & my bottom now actually leaves the floor in a hip thrust and believe me that was no mean feat with my bottom Matt totally put me at ease, I didn’t feel like a fat 40 something, I was a 40 something that can make a change! The classes are fantastic, Matt gives you variations on the exercises to suit your fitness level or any injuries/ medical conditions. They are so much fun. All the ladies that go are so supportive & we have a good giggle too. After my 1st 4 weeks I can already see the change in my body shape and I am nearly a whole dress size down which is a game changer for me with PCOS, losing weight has always been so hard. I have so much more energy & I am much happier. If you were like I was and wondering if you can do it before you join, my advice to you is “yes you can” go for it! You won’t regret it. Matt is an amazing trainer, so calm, patient & above all realistic, he gets life is busy with work, kids, home life and his classes totally fit in with this lifestyle. Fantastic experience: I had seen the posts on Facebook but as I didn't live in Burbage I put it on the back burner but finally decided that if I didn't ask if I could join the answer would always be no. I met Matt and we talked through what I wanted. Initially when he mentioned the exercise word I did wonder if I could do this as I am no fan of exercise groups plus with added joint issues it was a question. But I turned up for my first session and met the lovely ladies in the group who were so friendly and welcoming. It didn't feel as if I had done a class as there was not getting all hot and bothered ( you do work don't get me wrong! ) there was no competition to be better than anyone else. In 4 weeks I have lost weight and inches that I thought were there to stay. I can now make food decisions that suit me. If I don't want breakfast when I get up I don't have to have it. If I want a gin I can because I am in control of my actions without having to "confess to class" why I did or didn't lose as much weight as maybe I could have. The only person to judge me is me. Very empowering. I am thoroughly enjoying my journey to be fitter and lighter.

Fantastic experience: Matt's knowledge about nutrition, habits and exercise is fantastic. He's enthusiastic, friendly and helpful. The exercise sessions I went to were a revelation to me. I used to exercise regularly but had got out of the habit. I found the boxing element to be great fun and much more of a work out than I expected. He makes every session fun so you don't know you're working hard. I've found the daily nudges to do short fitness challenges and drink water to be so useful that I've already incorporated them into my daily routine. He really knows how to keep you motivate and to make small changes that are sustainable. I'd highly recommend Matt :)

Fantastic experience: I can highly recommend Matt and the Fruci Fit programme. It has certainly transformed me both by helping me lose weight and toning up my body as well as giving me an apetite to stay fit and focused. I knew I was overweight but considered myself reasonably fit, until I joined the workout sessions and discovered just how weak by upper body and core strength was. The sessions are great fun (not something you expect) with the other ladies both supportive and competetive in a light hearted way. With a one to one personalised programme set up at the start with goals set, the meal planning using Matt's program that counts your calories and offers lots of suggestions. Matt's prompts on Messenger to drink plenty of water and exercise and well as responding to queries and offering help whenever you need it really helps to keep things on track. His 3Fs - Fitness, Food and Focus are points I know I stay with me.

Fantastic experience: So this year marks our silver wedding anniversary and to celebrate and be even stronger together, we have enlisted Matt Fruci Fit - Personal Training Wiltshire as our now not so secret weapon. Both Tim & I can’t rate him highly enough (even though I know that after today’s workout I am really going to hurt, again) In just 8 weeks we are more balanced, fitter and feel healthier as a result of Matts advice on food, micro work-workouts and one hour weekly sessions. Obviously this means we can party longer and harder – watch this space and do get in touch with Matt if you want fun and productive training sessions.

Fantastic experience: This review is long overdue! I've been working with Matt for just over 9 months. When I came to him I was 52, overweight and, because of an ankle injury I'd picked up on holiday the year before, I had put on an additional 2 stone in just 12 months, even though I thought I was eating the same and still doing a fair amount of walking and was generally active - I was frustrated and rapidly losing confidence in myself and my abitlity to stop this downward spiral. Fast forward 9 months and I have already lost a stone and a half of that excess weight but more importantly, I've toned up and lost inches - 27 of them to be precise and 9 of them are off my waist, which is beyond brilliant as I now go in at the middle instead of out. And best of all, I've done it slowly and steadily without ever once feeling that I'm 'on a diet' or that my lifestyle was 'on hold' . This is very important to me as I didn't want to do just another diet - get the weight off only to have it creep back on and more the minute I stopped (I've done that so many times over the years with all the 'big name' slimming clubs you can think of and it's not good for you). But that's where Matt is different - he promotes healthy eating that is tailored to you, your lifestyle and your preferences. He meets you where you are and knows the best diet is the one you will stick to for good. He looks at the whole picture and gets you to do the same, by tracking your fitness, food and focus, looking at environment, stress, sleep and more. I've never worked with a coach who cares more about your success and works so hard to come up with new and ingenious ideas to keep you on track. He thinks of everything to make sure you can keep it up (or get back on quickly) even on your worst days! He is funny, understanding, thoughtful, very knowledgeable, non judgemental, supportive, and very, very good at what he does. Fantastic experience: At 51 I was feeling fat,unhealthy and had no energy. I was also faced with being 'the mother of the bride' in September and didn't want to be 'the fat mother of the bride!'. I joined Matt's plan nervously after feeling deflated after diet groups and not being able to stick with them. Matt immediately puts you at ease! He takes care of you as 'a whole'. Food,fitness and focus. The food part is easy to fit into every day life and there is access to hundreds of recipes. Matt has made fitness fun. His classes are for everyone,whatever you can or can't do. And it's easy to fit 5 or 10 mins exercise into your day at home. To be able to focus for 5 mins on yourself each day helps you to relax. Within 2 weeks,I had lost 11lbs. At 4 weeks,I had lost 3 and half inches from my waist. 2 and a half from my hips. An inch from my bust and an inch off each thigh!! And Matt is always there to answer any questions. I'm looking forward to seeing more results in the future. I'm feeling more confident about myself. Stronger and higher energy levels!! Only wish I'd found Matt earlier!!

Fantastic experience: I came to Matt for a very different reason to most. As I am recovering from anorexia I needed some help in building my body; with both food and exercise. Matt has been the most amazing person along this entire process. His constant reassurance, patience, expertise and knowledge has helped me through a very difficult time. I am slowly getting there with food and his continued positive attitude, professionalism and just generally being there for me has been such a HUGE support. I cannot recommend Matt enough. For most people losing weight is the goal, but for me gaining weight is the goal and I have no doubt Matt is the person to help me do this.

Fantastic experience: So I started my journey with weight loss and the vicious circle of what's the point and feeling low and wanting abs in June last year. When I started I was 87.6 kg I tried going with various different PTs throughout Jan to March and leaving everytime after being killed in the gym by high intensity workout hating it feeling awful afterwards and genuinely believed it was the only way to loose weight within a week I was back to my old habits because it isn't substanable. Then I met Matt. He is my god! He totally made me believe in myself. Made me realise actually the gym isn't scary and you don't have to physically throw up after a work out to loose weight and keep it off. My eating habits wernt great Im very busy and on the go snacks were all I ate. Chocolate, haribo and energy drinks were mainly what I ate. Chips and pizza if I had time. Zero fruit and veg. Not because I didn't like it but because I just didn't have time.... Well so I thought, until Matt taught me to make time for myself I'm important what I want it important. So my journey was tough but the results pushed me through. I've had some major set backs, with a blood condition that make me lathargic and sugar levels low and I also had a knee injury meaning surgery, meaning sitting down for 2 months when I was just hitting my target weight In November. I was beyond gutted. I totally threw the towel in, my surgery got prosponed due to medication mix up which upset me even more as another month not doing anything but I did what I could and have so much support from Matt. I had the surgery in January and promised myself 1 week of feeling sorry for myself and then back to it... So we worked on some home workouts that I could do sitting down with resistantance bands. Ate as well as I could and curbed my boredom eating with fizzy water.... Trust me there was alot of boredem!!! Only this month (march) have I been able to work again and walk properly and get back to working out. Im very proud to say today I weighed in at 73.4kg and my goal is 70. Prior surgery I was 74.6kg It really shows that consistency is key. Mindset is what it's all about. Sleep well. Everything In moderation. If you have a bad day. You have a bad day. Make tomorrow a better day. Don't beat yourself up. Your goal can change and life will throw you curve balls. Go with it, enjoy it. Life's short. Eat cake :)

Fantastic experience: I was looking to lose weight but this time, wanted to know and understand exactly what I was doing. I found Fruci Fit through an email from a gym I used to be a member of. I went on to the website, and added my name to the mailing list and started to receive (and still do) Matt's daily blog. It took a couple of months of emails before signing up as I wanted to be sure this was the right route for me to lose weight and keep it off for life. I have not been disappointed. It's now the start of week 10 and I've lost over a stone and 5 inches from my waist. Matt teaches you how to prepare balance meals eating the foods you love and there is no such thing as a bad food. It is amazing how your mindset changes as this is worked on too. This is now a way of life for me and not another diet. There are short daily exercise sessions which really help to tone you up and one of Matt's phrases is "it's you verses you" this really helps. If you're looking for a different approach to losing weight without counting calories, syns or points, I'd highly recommend you give this a try. You won't be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: I had reached "that" stage, turned 60, weight steadily rising, little exercise apart from walking the dog. Really believed that this would just be another one of those diet things. How wrong I was. Anyone can plank or do push ups, squats etc but Matt tells you which muscles should be being used when and teaches you to engage them properly (while still enjoying it!). The results speak for themselves. I have already lost the best part of a stone - and I feel good. I thought I knew all about nutrition - but even old dogs can learn new tricks - and I still drink far too much red wine, without feeling guilty.

Fantastic experience: I was introduced to Matt looking for help with my daughters weight loss. We were apprehensive about where to source help, Gp hadn't helped, and we wanted to help my daughter learn to fuel appropriately for the amount of exercise she was now doing. This was resolved by my daughter, guided by Matt, filling in a fitness pal and him guiding her to the amount of calories needed to ensure appropriate weight gain with advise of fuelling correctly and adjusting the calories per week while learning appropriate food groups to help her fuel correctly and gain weight with her aim of being athletic. We've had a slow weight gain and better understanding of the calories needed to ensure the energy for a teenager who loves her sport, to continue on a healthy pathway.

Fantastic experience: I have tried so many diets in the past which resulted in very slow weight loss and then me getting disheartened and putting it all back on and more. Having recently changed jobs and able to commit more time to getting myself back to fitness and feeling good about the way I look I decided to try Matt's programme and I haven't looked back. He has a simple approach to food. No gimmicks, just simple guidance, and weekly feedback if things need tweaking to get results. And the early morning fitness sessions are fun- and I'm not a morning person! But they set me up nicely for the day, giving me more motivation and inspiration to keep up with the diet and fitness programme throughout the week. Matt gives great feedback and advice and keeps my motivation levels high each week. He encourages me to push myself more than I ever would myself. I'm 7 weeks in and I've lost 10cm from my waist and friends have started to comment on how well I look. But like everyone l get carried away and get influenced by the media of what's good food, bad food, should do or should give up. So l came to Matt's fitness training to see what he had to offer. No gimmicks thank you. I was sceptical, and concerned l was wasting my money, wondering which of my favourite foods l would have to give up. Could I do the weights fitness he would ask of me...well l am closer to 60! Well, working with Matt has been just what I needed. Common sense approach to nutrition, no more diets, clothes fit better, weight loss without hunger. Oh yes, and still having my favourite cookie. Most of all he met me where l was at in my fitness, life style, and psychy. No more putting limitations on myself and blaming age, or negative thoughts. Small changes with encouragement, and continuing to eat the food l choose. Really enjoying the fitness training with Matt, and the results. And what about the results. What can l say.... I am less hippy, belt in two notches, gradual decrease in weight. My normal eating, not relying on recipies that l won't really use again. Still eating my favourite foods without guilt, just moderating my intake. Enjoying my fitness training with him and l love the way he helps turn negative thinking around. Matt's common sense approach and encouragement is just what l needed to re-educate myself. Fantastic experience: When I first met Matt I was not in a good place due to depression and anxiety. I had been in the fitness industry myself so know when a trainer is out for themselves or for their client. Matt is out for the clients, with his help I got back the path that I wanted to be on. I can't express enough how much the sessions have helped me and even made me fall back on love with exercise.

Fantastic experience: When I first approached Matt, I had low self esteem, depressed at fact couldn't wear clothes I wanted to wear. In particular, I couldn't fit into the shirt I already bought. So I was looking for a personal trainer in the Swindon / Wiltshire area. I was originally worried about how little time I have working full time and at our family curry house. Also, the food I eat is all Indian food that I thought I'd have to give up. I'm now more active, educated on what to eat, make good swaps to keep me on track when I'm eating at my family Indian restaurant and even grabbing something from McDonalds. I've now lost over 4 and a half stone, 4 inches from waist and an inch from my chest. Plus, I've dropped a clothes size and have now got people asking me how I've done it and how to lose weight.

Fantastic experience: Due to personal circumstances I had actually lost weight so as well as nutrition advice and help sleeping I needed increased fitness to help me with the physical job of setting up a market stall. Matts model of food lists and recipes were easy to follow and his fitness workouts have kept me motivated and are fun! I am now two months into the 90 day programme feeling better and sleeping better. I have put the weight on I lost but gained no inches because of the strength training. All round win win for me! Fantastic experience: I initially started to work with Matt because I felt like I had plateaued with my own gym routine and struggled to get the results I was after. With so much information available on 'fad' diets and gym programs I started to feel a little lost. Having looked around at local trainers it was an easy decision to go with Matt given his personal achievements and qualifications. Instantly I was impressed with his knowledge of nutrition, enthusiasm and desire to help people achieve their goals. Working with Matt has been brilliant. I now feel a lot more educated about what I should eat and portion sizes. More importantly he helped me to find a sustainable diet that allows me to keep in shape and still enjoy everything I did before. Obviously it takes a little will power on the individuals part but the meal planner, personalised gym programs and recipes made it a lot easier to reach my goal. Fantastic experience: Feel more confident in my meal selection, i now know what and when to eat. Before i started with matt i felt less organised and stressed a lot about what i was going to eat. This problem has now been resolved..... with all the recipes and meal options i can comfortably plan my week having full confidence in what i'm eating, this also saves me time. The meals are very easy and simple to make, and the family love them too! I can now make better choices when eating out with family and friends giving me the flexibility to eat the foods that i like without going off plan.

Fantastic experience: When I first started with Matt I felt disheartened with my body shape and never achieving my goal. I was fed up with going around in circles with diet, exercise and always landing back at square one. I was afraid of committing to something new in case I didn't succeed however those thoughts were quickly diminished once I met Matt. Matt offers the whole package, a host of nutritious meals, exercise and he helps you learn how to make better food choices. The biggest gain for me is knowing that I do not have to deprive myself of the things I love and with that in mind I know I will succeed. My attitude towards food has changed I no longer crave what I can't have but I am learning to moderate what I eat whilst knowing that my body is getting what it needs. I am just a few weeks into my programme but I have already lost almost half a stone and 2.5 inches off my waist. My body is feeling more toned and I feel positive about what the future will bring. Fantastic experience: I have spent the last year very unwell and hence putting lots of weight on. I know I didn't have control and that was what was so scary..I have reached a point where enough is enough. I wanted to be able to get on the floor and play with my family again, but I couldn't. Starting with Matt was the best thing I have done. He has modified the exercises to work within my limitations. The food is easy, quick and the family ask for seconds. And having the opportunity to plan with lots of different choices, certainly has taken one of the stresses from a busy life. He makes you work for it, yet the encouragement is inspiring. And his knowledge is endless. In 6 weeks I have taken back control. I have lost 4 inches around my waist already and people are making comments that they can see the changes. I am hitting goals before expectations and I am able to play on the floor already! Yes it's hard work....but it definitely worth it! I am excited for the future and seeing just how good I can feel.

Fantastic experience: Before approaching Matt for advice I had been completely lost in fitness and had goals that have pushed my body to the absolute brim of human capability because I have. It actually made me really unhealthy. I’d cut out complete food groups and become best friends with a treadmill to step on stage in the bikini fitness category, and be so fed up with it that I just wanted to go home. I originally signed up with Matt to do this all over again... and through discussion and rationalism we together are working through the best way for me to be a healthy version of fit (not ridiculous diets). He encourages there is no one way, and that being fit is different for everyone. He focuses on individual goals that are manageable for every client. He is fantastic at staying in touch, and truly wants everyone he works with to reach their goals and be happy in the process. It isn't just about the gym, or just about food and it doesnt forget about everything else in life... its how these factors can work together. Matt is so so so qualified but what is nice is that he isn't throwing stats and facts in my face about different food groups. He believes that food is a vital part of socialising and lifes enjoyment, and works around finding a steady place with how being fit and healthy can fit into the everyday - without it becoming totally overwhelming and un-maintainable. I've wasted many many ££ on the fitness industry but being coached my matt is certainly money well spent.

Fantastic experience: Since joining Fruci Fit, Matt has taught and guided me with my diet and fitness regime. It is the best decision I have made, my life has changed dramatically, I feel good and I feel stronger and fitter, physically and mentally. My Type 1 Diabetes is under much better control and my intake of insulin has be reduced considerably. Learning about foods has also changed the way I cook for the family so everyone is benefitting!

Fantastic experience: Signing up to Matt's programme is clearly one my better decisions. I was concerned about the cost initially though, I now know, it's the best investment in me I have ever made. So what's happened. In three months I dropped 6 Kg but more importantly I am now a size 12 from 16!! Even my bra measurement has changed from 38 to 34 but still kept the cup size. I am loving the physical exercise with weight training and my new found pleasure in learning to box!! With Matt pushing me to improve my posture, movement and energy levels, my enthusiasm for exercise grows daily. My food intake and choices now meet my needs no hunger, no cravings and despite feeling I am eating more than ever I am continuing to lose weight and get leaner and I am getting into a wardobe of clothes I haven't been near for years. I am never giving Matt up so now I am joining his maintenance programme so there is no chance of ever returning to the bad old days. Happy to recommend to anyone who wants to be healthy and fit. Fantastic experience: I knew I wanted to gain control over my eating and exercise habits. I had tried diets that had worked initially but I ended up putting the weight back on plus more. I craved sugary carbs. I thought I was quite fit (walking & skiing) but needed advice on how/when to do more targeted exercises. I had heard good things about Matt from a friend and thought it might be worth a try. I was worried that it might end up as the same old story & my negative thoughts would win again. I signed up (I did think long and hard about this because it seemed quite expensive) knowing I could just try a month to start but also focussing on the 90 day plan. I was amazed that as soon as I got to grips with Matt's instructions about my food intake I stopped craving those carbs. I am three weeks in and already feel stronger & fitter and the inches & pounds have reduced. My mind tries to tell me it isn't working because I have eaten 'too much' but the evidence shows it is wrong! Matt encourages small changes that can be sustained as part of daily life for the long term and he gives encouragement and support all the way. Watch this space!
