I went somewhere previously that left me bleeding and in blisters but Daniela is incredible, a tenth of the pain, no bleeding and blistering and extremely quick recovery time. Fantastic experience: I was hugely impressed with my visit today and was delighted to meet Daniela. Initially, I was minded to top up with filler in the tear trough area, due to looking perpetually exhausted. Daniela very prudently advised that it was not an appropriate treatment as it could leave with an "overfilled" appearance; she recommended an alternative, which was virtually painless and gave an immediate improvement. In addition, I had a "lemon bottle" in the chin-neck area, and I am amazed that apart from the fact it was not particularly uncomfortable, the swelling is already down and I expect the results will be forthcoming soon. I can't wait to see Daniela again soon, and wish her and her lovely practice a wonderful Christmas and a very prosperous New Year! An absolute 5-star treatment!

Fantastic experience: I had my neck and lower face lifted using PDO threads. I was fairly wrinkled in this area due to some stubborn sleep creases, general ageing and sun damage. I needed a fair amount of threads for the treatment to be effective. I have a lot of strong muscle in this area and I am of petite build with not much fat, so the areas were not easy to tackle. However, Daniela put me at ease and carried out the treatment professionally and efficiently. She is clearly well practiced and well qualified and she knew exactly how and where to target the stubborn areas. The wrinkles are vastly improved and almost gone. I have never had such great results. The trust that is needed to allow this kind of treatment to be carried out on your neck and face has to be high and I would have no doubt in recommending Daniela. She is talented in her field and a true professional. Thank you for great results!

Negative experience: Lips: Poor injecting, and a major aftercare fail. I first used Forever Clinic, Cheltenham around 4 years ago and over that time, I’ve had lip fillers, botox and plasma treatment on my eyes, with the owner and practitioner, Daniella. When I first had lip filler (Russian lips) a couple of years ago, after the two week wait, I had to have corrections as I had large lumps on the inside of my lips which, when my mouth was open, hung down. She willingly carried out the corrections. I was happy, so much so, I recommended her to a couple of friends. 2 weeks ago, I visited Daniella to have a top up of my lips and some wrinkle relaxant. She injected 0.7 in my lips and with the balance of the 1ml, she suggested filling out areas below/at the side of my lips. I trusted her to do whatever improved my appearance. After communications throughout the two week wait whereupon I sent her photographs of areas I was a little alarmed about, she asked me to wait for the two week period which I did. At two weeks, the lower right side of my lip was odd. So much so, a friend said I looked like I’d had a mild stroke. When my lips were together, they looked super. However, when relaxed and slightly open and also, when fully open, it was very clear that there was something not quite right. I sent final photographs to Daniella which she reviewed and she asked me to book a free review with her, which I did. The Forever Clinic is a 2 hour round trip for me but I always felt it was worth the time and distance. Not on this occasion. In short, firstly Daniella said there was nothing wrong with my lips. She was already behaving somewhat hostile. When I pointed out that you couldn’t see the right lower teeth and that the lower lip was pushed over to the left, she denied it. I asked for a mirror as she told me I was being dramatic. She told me that no face is symmetrical. I agreed, and said that my face certainly wasn’t but that I hadn’t visited her to make my lips that were originally quite perfect (in my opinion), wonky. I asked her if she would be happy for me to share her work on my socials, if she felt her work on this occasion was good. She then promptly agreed to fix her work at which point I reminded her that she had told me there was nothing to remedy. So, what exactly was she going to do to my lower lip? She aggressively asked me if I wanted the lips dissolved or if I wanted more filler. I said that I wasn’t the aesthetician and had no idea what she needed to do to fix it. She then accused me of holding my lips in this odd position to make it look like there was a problem. What on earth would the purpose of that be? I was asking for a correction, not a refund. How terribly insulting. Finally, she mocked me by pulling a face not dissimilar to that of a stroke victim. Childish and not the behaviour of a professional. I think Daniella’s work is generally good but you’d better hope that you don’t have any issues that she doesn’t feel confident in being able to resolve because she then becomes thoroughly unpleasant.

Fantastic experience: How do I even start this review?! I am a first time mom and have gone through the experience of bringing a precious life into this world which in itself is life changing. One thing I wasn’t really prepared for was although being a mother is magical..it really does take its toll on one’s body and face especially with the zero sleep and not much time to “pamper” oneself. The initial game changer was one day I walked pasted a mirror and I honestly did not recognise myself..tired sunken eyes and some major post pregnancy pigmentation and not to mention the lack lustre in my skin. Now normally I would try and do a routine that would fit into my busy schedule as a mom but a last minute Emmy nomination and an award ceremony to attend in Los Angeles I needed some major help fast. Enter Cheltenham’s Best kept secret Daniela and her gorgeous team at Forever Clinic. The past two weeks I have had some treatments (Tear trough filler, Pigmentation removal, Profhilo) and not only do I look and feel 10years younger but when Daniela had finished her incredible work and passed me the mirror I burst into tears with joy at my results. Not only could I smile again without the sunken under eyes I once had but the pigmentation was completely gone. I never write reviews..especially long ones like this but I feel that Daniella is a master at what she does and not only is her skill set beyond what I thought humanly possible but she has given me my smile back and the confidence as a woman. This really is a review for all those new moms out there who feel last on their “to-do” list or needing to regain your confidence in how you look at yourself inside out! Negative experience: 1 Start is being generous! I called and booked PRP for hair loss was told I needed a consultation. I paid for the consultation which was cancelled the following day as the lady I spoke to called back to say she made a mistake. Prp was booked the following week and due to lack of information I wasn’t told you cannot dye your hair a month before I dyed it and tried to rearrange. To my Horror I was called back by the SAME lady who was quick to cancel my appointment as she made a mistake - she told me I cannot reschedule as I will be charged! This company behave like co artists in my opinion as I should be refunded for my consultation fee as I didn’t happen ( and it wasn’t my fault!) instead I was told I cannot have it back. It’s a real shame as I would have happily took my custom here consistently until my hair grew back. Due to Miss information im at a financial loss. UNACCEPTABLE!

Fantastic experience: I was super nervous looking for a clinic for my tattoo removal; firstly because of the type of laser (is it safe / is it the right one for me) but also because I have 4 tattoos (one very sentimental) that I was looking to remove and I wanted to feel like I was in good hands. A detailed client consultation is taken and each treatment is considered. No treatment will be pushed for profit and Daniela and Mina are very honest about how each treatment works, the pros and cons and whether the treatment is worth having.

Negative experience: Rude and unprofessional. If I could give it 0 STARS i would. Extremely disappointed but very glad they did not get my money.
