Fantastic experience: Alison has helped to relieve the pain in my shoulder, she identified the problem straight away. Massaging the area causing the problem. I would highly recommend her to anyone who has a problem.

Negative experience: Visited the shop to arrange a session, the man that deals with sessions I needed wasn't there so the lady I spoke to took my name and number fir him to give me a call. 3 weeks later and I still haven't heard a thing. Very disappointing.

Fantastic experience: I went to see Claire for a allergy test which I’ve had a few times, I was having panic attacks, which after testing everything it was gluten, Claire goes trough everything and it’s done by the muscles, plus I have a frozen shoulder and it was affecting my shoulder and hand, she massaged a few points on my shoulder and elbow movements it definitely eased my arm and hand. I came out feeling very positive more than what I felt like when I went in thank you so much claire

Fantastic experience: I have been suffering with trapped nerves for approx 4 weeks. Alison treated me regularly over the last 4 weeks gently releasing the nerves by gentle massage and acupressure. She has provided me with exercises that have aided my recovery and explained to me how she is treating me and why she has targeted the areas she has been working on. I am due to go on holiday tomorrow and yesterday's treatment, helped me to sleep pain free for the first time in quite a while. I really was worried that i wouldnt be able to manage the holiday but now im reieved to say i think ill be ok. I can't thank her enough for helping me. She really knows her stuff and has healing hands. I have been having regular massages over the years as she is so tuned in with knowing where my aches and pains are. Fantastic experience: I have Kimsince 2021when she helped me recover from a chest operation . It was an opportunistic meeting at a therapy centre . I was in a mess and Kim using her professional skills helped me to recover and feel in control of my life again using her reflexology skills. Kim is a skilled sensitive therapist with intuitive communication skills .I have continued to see Kim on a regular on a regular basis and recently she got me on my feet again following a hip replacement. Obviously her skills worked in combination with my physiotherapy exercises and my own determination to succeed. I have known Kim now for 3 years and can thoroughly recommend her .

Fantastic experience: I saw Claire for a Kinesiology food sensitivity appointment about 7 weeks ago. I hadn't been feeling my best for a while and decided I wanted to investigate food sensitivity without a huge cost. The testing process threw up some sensitivities that were completely unknown to me. Seeing how my muscles reacted to certain food groups blew my mind ! After following Claires recommendations and excluding certain foods I have felt better and stronger than I have for quite some time. I have recommended Claire and the Kinesiology process to many of my friends and family . Fantastic experience: I was referred to Claire for Kinesiology and food sensitivity/intolerance/allergy testing, following a period of digestive problems that I felt were leading to me feeling tired and lethargic. Over the first two sessions Claire identified two prime matters, one of which involved a couple of foods that my body was not tolerating well and the other was a Vitamin D deficiency. At this early session of Kinesiology,I was a bit cynical as to how such could be identified. By chance ,two weeks later I had my full annual medical with a Harley Street consultant. Such a medical,as well as a physical check ,ECG etc., also has full blood tests. The results of these tests confirmed that cholestrol was fine,as were other tests BUT the test identified "a Vitamin D deficiency". From that point I have even greater faith in Claire's work and followed her advice as to supplements to address the then identified concern and subsequent matters that Claire has identified (NB Subsequent Medicals have been ok !!) I am grateful to Claire for her help and advice

Louise was so warm and welcoming and put us all at ease straight away. The whole group was a great group of people and we all connected so well, everyone from different aspects of life but we all had lots in common at the same time, this made us even more comfortable to be working hands on with each other for the practical side of the course. I had such a relaxing time with the meditation and the reiki energy that sometimes you would forget you were learning and would just be enjoying the moment. Fantastic experience: I called up asking for the Bowen Technique as I heard that this therapy could help me and the pain that I was in. I had been to my chiropractor but there was only so much she could do and I did a bit of research and found out that I needed someone to release my connective tissue. Well I found Linda and after three sessions she helped me so much. My pain and discomfort has become a lot better and I feel like myself again. I know I will have to have top up sessions every 6-8 weeks but that’s fine. I strongly recommend Linda as a Bowen Technician.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Claire for Kinesiology for about six months now. When I first saw Claire my main issues were digestive/food sensitivities and aches and pains. She has been fantastic at getting to the route of my problem ( have low stomach acid and digestive enzymes) and was able to suggest some nutritional supplement to help me digest food better. I feel so much better and am even able to eat a little of some of the foods which I couldn’t before. Kinesiology has also identified I have a sluggish lymphatic system which I had no idea about and stressed adrenals. So glad I found Claire. Would highly recommend going to see her if you have issues that you just can’t shift. I go once a month to help me keep a check on things.
