Fantastic experience: Tried many chiropractors/osteopath's prior, tbh they at Forte have made my life so much more enjoyable, all my issues fixed cannot that Nero, Chris and the team enough, yes igo back once a month but worth every single penny

Various from IT band to lower back to hamstrings all the main ones that runners get !! And I’ve gone to Chris as my no one Guru with unquestionable knowledge and experience and of course his magic hands !! Back again this year with hip bursitis and tight glut. With a few sessions and encouragement from Chris, I’m now doing strength training with a PT in local gym! It is not just the physical treatment I appreciate, it is the significance that Chris places on what I should be doing exercise wise to help myself. I visited recently for a shoulder problem and after a couple of treatments and doing the exercises it's much better. Osteopathy has changed, no more the crunching a cracking of your joints, it's gentle rhythmic massage with some deep manipulations, not painful. I recommend this type of therapy. I went for a specific issue and now regularly go because she has (a) solved the problem and (b) worked hard on reoccurrence and general well being. If anyone needs a sports massage try her. Fantastic experience: Went for a first appointment for RSI with Chris. Simply incredible. Listened carefully, very calm and then offered helpful advice. Worked on my back and shoulders and arms and explained connections between different parts. Provided exercises via video and Youtube (for a secondary issue which he was kind enough to offer help on as well even though the session was meant for RSI). Already booked a 2nd appointment and feeling super happy. The receptionist was lovely and kind and the atmosphere of the place is superb as well. 10/10 overall for everything.

Fantastic experience: I've seen Niro on and off for a few years now when needed and would highly recommend. I even took my 11 years old daughter who's Autistic to see him, he was amazing with her. His manner is professional but friendly. I've previously had a negative experience with another well known clinic in Chelmsford, felt as if they were just interested in the money and doing more treatments than needed, i have never had this with Niro. Great staff, lovely place, highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I have seen Chris several times in relation to running injuries. Not only is he helpful and knowledgeable on the injury I have presented with but he is very keen to advise on how I can help myself with my running in the long term - he has made me think differently about how I run and what my long term aims are. Chris very much sees the "whole picture" and will send helpful videos and links to you by email after your consultation if necessary.

Fantastic experience: Amazing treatment to help me recover from a sports injury. James Di Cicco is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I will be going back the next time I manage to injure myself! Highly recommended

Negative experience: First time user of this clinic. There are three reasons why I was not happy after my visit. I have had sports massages before, but never have I been left completely uncovered during the one hour treatment. Usually if the top half of the body is being worked on, the bottom half is covered. When the bottom half is being worked on, the top half is covered. By the end of the hour, my body was cold. I mentioned this to Gemma and she said that since ‘covid’, they did not use blankets. Why not? Other clinics I have attended, just laundry the used blankets. Gemma indicated that the session was over. I told her that my neck was stiff and I asked her if she could do a little massage on my neck. SHE REFUSED. There was 5 minutes of the 60 minute session left. I was so disappointed that she refused to do this small request. On the couch where I was required to lie, was placed a sheet of paper. This was soon torn. I consider this un hygienic. Again I think that toweling should be used. I guess that this would increase their laundry bill –but then I am sure that they will just pass it on to their clients.

Fantastic experience: Saw James P today who was very helpful and gave me instant relief after treatment and some homework to be getting on with until my next visit. I have also seen Chris in the past regarding a separate issue and still have the videos on my phone with the stretches to refer to when I need to stretch out. Great place and great team. I've never been one for going to these sorts of places and was a little apprehensive as to what to expect compared to your standard gp visit however, it's nothing like that and I have 100% confidence that my current issue will be resolved as was the previous.

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend Forte highly enough. Niro was my osteopath for several months and was very warm, professional and thorough. His suspected diagnosis was confirmed by an MRI and he helped me to manage my pain via treatment until I needed to have surgery to resolve the problem fully. The ​practice is very clean and covid safe. Should I need an osteopath again I won't hesitate to go back.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Niro for osteopathy on and off for 2 years now. I have a recurring back issue from a childhood sports injury which is further exacerbated by the strain that pregnancy and breastfeeding puts on my body, meaning I need some work 1 or 2 times a year, and he's always been able to help me in a couple of sessions. He does really good soft tissue work as well as manipulation (i.e. when your back cracks). Initially I was a bit worried seeing a male osteopath as previously I have gone to centres that specialise in women's care, but Niro is super professional and kind, and I would recommend him to anyone that is having back,/neck/hip etc pain.

Fantastic experience: I have suffered bad back for a number of years. And although I still have issues now again, it’s so much more manageable since I have received treatment here. My back has improved a million percent. There has been occasions where I can barely walk in the door due to my back pain, and once seen by Niro, there is an immediate improvement. I would go as far to call their treatment life changing.

Fantastic experience: I went to see Chris with an injury that just wouldn't go away just over 2 weeks before I was due to run a 2 day, 33 miles/day ultra race. I fully expected to have to pull out of the race but Chris identified the root cause of the injury and gave me some physio and some stretches to do which produced an almost instant improvement. I completed the race with no issues from my injury either during or after. I would have no hesitation in recommending Forte Physical Health to anyone but especially runners!

Fantastic experience: I went to see Chris as I had Plantar Facitis - a very painful foot condition that was affecting my running. We went through a series of different tests and Chris surprisingly found the problem was coming from another part of my body - my hip ! Not what I expected at all and hence gave me some brilliant exercises which really helped. Not only did he tell me what I needed to do he encouraged me to video him doing the exercise so that I could then get it right when I needed to do it by myself at home. I would have no hesitation in recommending Chris ! the ultimate professional, who has a real passion to get to the bottom of what is causing your pain. You can't miss Chris' central practice in the heart of Chelmsford which is made even easier to access as he has parking too...

Forte Physical Health is such a friendly practise, right in the centre of Chelmsford and with ample parking. Chris treats you through the clothes you wear so there is no need for the embarrassment of stripping off. He was able to tell where my problems were just by asking me to move in certain ways. It was such a relief to find someone who really understands how the body works. He gave good clear explanations of the exercises I could do at home and I was able to video him doing the exercises on my phone so I didn't forget anything. I can honestly say I think he has magic hands as I have never felt better. My teenage son had a problem with his foot and Chris was also able to help him. Fantastic experience: I had been suffering with a bad neck and painful breastbone, Chris worked out what the problem was and fixed it within a couple of sessions. I had previously spent a lot of money and time with a chiropractor which had not helped at all. Chris is a very gentle osteopath and the results are extremely effective. Where previously I had severe back pain first thing in the morning, this now has gone. I particularly like your approach to overall treatment, together with the invaluable advice and stretching exercises to perform between treatments that help me to help myself and understand how to avoid future problems.

Fantastic experience: My girlfriend has suffered with back pain for the best part of 5 years, and it has got gradually worse as time has passed. Having met Chris and got to know his unique approach, I booked her an appointment to see him to hopefully find a remedy or solution. Chris first analysed how she performed day to day movements to assess where the actual issue was, and after several motions he was able to find the source of her pain and get to work on it with some tissue work which both made her laugh and nearly cry. Whilst the pain in her back is something that will never fully go away, she walked out of Chris’ practice feeling more relaxed and in far less pain. Not only that, but he gave her some stretches and exercises to take away and use at home that she is still using to this day. I have had no concerns in referring Chris since then and I will continue to do so, he applies a different approach to healing which assesses everything rather than just the direct pain, so that you can get a long lasting result to ease pain and discomfort.
